My daughter’s and I have an emergency situation. We walked in unannounced and found that this is such a very quiet and pleasant community. All the residents seemed very unease and peaceful. They were served a very delicious meal upon our tour. We were able to witness the interaction between the staff and waiters/food servers. We are going to move our father here!!

Very pleasant staff. I went to visit my friend who has lived at Quail Park Memory Care for 3 years. I can tell she is very comfortable and enjoys living at Quail Park. It makes me happy to see how wonderful the care team is and all the staff there are so nice and always helpful.

I toured the beautiful community and loved how open it was. It did not seem like a memory care. It seemed like a beautiful independent living community. The courtyard is so beautiful and open. Those nice residents out enjoying the sun.

Wanted to see this place for my brother-in-law. He lives in an independent living community and has been wandering and getting lost. I wanted to see how this community operated. It is a secured community and very open and large setting. Each resident has their own private studio and is very well kept.

Such a peaceful and beautiful community. When I walked in all the residents were participating in activities there was over 10 residence together. [name removed] in activities is amazing. It has all the residents happy and smiling. I also observed many family members visiting in the community as well. Let’s make me feel confident that I could trust my loved one to be cared for here.

All of the staff doesn't just care for the residents but they care about the families too. They see us when we need them the most. The activities are all engaging and encouraging for the residents. They also have monthly activities that they invite the family members to join. The food is always delicious. Plus if the residents don't like a meal, the staff will provide an opportunity for the residents to enjoy something else. I have never seen any area unclean. The room has space for a queen size bed, two bed stands. Plus a small table and two chairs. My dad also has a recliner.

Activities are really fun. Food was really good when first moved in but they've gradually changed things - not as much variety now.

Great place! My sister says "you go here to live, not die!" She is extremely happy and I am less stressed knowing she's in such a caring place! Everybody is friendly and caring. The food is excellent. I go once a week for dinner. They are very responsive to the needs of their residents. Downside is cost (of course).

The place is absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean with a truly amazing complement of amenities for the residents. One thing that really impressed me was that after only a few days there all the staff knew my brother's name and greeted him cheerfully wherever he went. The food is excellent and the flexible dining schedule is much appreciated. Attention to detail and resident safety is obvious. Overall, Quail Park at Shannon Ranch is outstanding in every way!

After exploring care options my siblings chose Quail Park, both wound up in the dementia area. Both my mother and then my aunt really appreciated the staff, they were great ... as "advertised " My siblings and I were very satisfied. We really appreciated the clean and well maintained the entire facility. My mother was there approximately 4 years. My aunt about 6th months. We did explore other options as we were deciding where to find a new "home" Quail Park was #1 by a mile. It really was a good experience, that is why we still, occasionally, refer people who are needing a great place to check out.

I've been here a little over a year, and I've enjoyed every minute. I've made lots of friends and kept very busy! The people that work here and the residents. Also the activities and the food choices. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families! Also Washer & Dryer in unit!

All categories get a 5 from me. Always clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Admin staff was responsive. Food was yummy. Great activities (my mom loved Bingo). Expensive but a great value. My mom was on the medical side of the facility and I wanted her to consider her to move over the apartment side. Therefore I did not see any action on the part of the staff to endear my mom on staying at Quail Park.

We just recently moved my mother into memory care at Quail Park of Lynnwood. We have had a wonderful experience. Despite it being a very difficult time for our family, the staff has went over and beyond to help, provide support and care for my mother and our entire family. The staff is extremely kind, patient and [name removed] . [name removed] , [name removed] , and [name removed] (who work with assisted living and memory care residents) are some of the most wonderful people I have ever met. Their passion for caring for aging adults shows in every interaction they have with residents and families. The nursing staff in memory care is fabulous. They are kind, responsive and very invested in the health and overall well being of the residents. The facility is beautiful and my mother raves about the food. I cannot express enough praise and gratitude to Quail Park of Lynnwood for taking such exceptional care of my mother. Thank you!

My sister needed more care even though she’s pretty independent. She just wasn’t able to thrive in her regular apartment. Quail Park is a great place. She says that you go there to live, not die and they make it so easy to be happy and just live! I eat dinner there once a week and it’s very good. Everyone is so nice!

I have been at Quail Park since [date removed] and it is no comparison to my last community. Overall this is the best place for me at this time in my life. The staff is here is the greatest you could ask for.

Father is an introvert and does not engage with the community beyond his caregivers... but that is enough for him. He is not a people person. We are confident he is well taken care of. Just want to say that my husband and I really appreciated the help we got from A Place for Mom last summer at a time when we were completely overwhelmed and out of our element! You guys jumped in and arranged for the right people to call us. We were so grateful. You guys stepped up to the plate and helped us, immensely. Thank you so much.

My loved one was a resident at Quail Park and it was a wonderful place. The staff was great, very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Quail Park Memory Care to others.

It wasn't older in appearance and gave me a comfortable feeling. I would recommend it to others.

The staff is awesome and I have had not seen any problems with the facility. I believe there could be a little bit more coordination of care with the families. As a family member you have to be proactive if you want information about your love one and there progress towards stated goals. It would be helpful to have one person to contact with specific questions. It was evident it was a well run facility when we visited a few times. Mom felt like she fit there right away.

They are all willing to help, if they can, to solve any problems. Housekeepers do a great job in my room, but some of the common areas need extra work, mostly due to pet issues. The quality of food and the many choices can't be beat. I would definitely recommend Quail Park of Lynnwood for all of the reasons above.
