Mom loves being outside and she was disappointed that the room she would have been interested in did not have a private entrance to a secure patio. She loves to sit outside and look at the stars plus the room that they did have available would not have accommodated her cat and that was a must have. Everyone there seemed friendly and helpful answered all of our questions. The inside was very clean and well cared for.

The tour guide that we met with at Quail Park Cypress was knowledgeable and friendly, they took us around the building. It all came down to my mother's decision and she chose another community.

My tour of the Quail Park Cypress went very well. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean, but it was assisted living as well as my mother in law is still very independent.

Very nice facility. Management was very friendly and helpful. Very high customer service focus with full service restaurant style dining room, car service. Very active residents. Our favorite for memory care, very thoughtful design elements. Did not feel "institutional" at all, many high functioning residents, most were fully engaged with staff or other residents. (except that it was a separate location). Affiliated with the local hospital, providing many conveniences and perks. The main Lodge felt a little "fancy" to my mom, but she did not want to take it off the short list. Top dollar, but seemed to be live up to the cost.

Too much fluff and expense. They would not feel comfortable here, although liked the resident ambassadors available to assist them to adjust. Too expensive. Granted many things to do, rooms for on going activity like at their home, but they would not participate. So wasted money. 1 pet allowed.

Working personnel ignored me for several minutes when I arrived for tour. I waited for S.Hagar for 45 min.( I arrived 30 min.early). She was unaware of apptmt. Cost is pricy@5000+ / mo. more later.

It was very nice. They had a lot of activities and things like that for the residents but they were basically a little out of our budget.

This was a very friendly place to visit. The food was great and the staff was over the top friendly and helpful. I like this place a lot but the price was very high.

Quail Park is a greedy, careless, lonely place for a loved one. Moving my mother in there is my biggest regret. Care costs were overpriced and management is heartless. Save yourself heartache and money by finding a different place.
