I could not recommend Hilltop of Greenville Memory Care highly enough. And, in fact, I have! Of course, no place is perfect, but they have done everything possible to make my husband comfortable, feel safe, and loved.

We love Hilltop - put your family here, because they are really nice. We love the staff. The facility is clean. You don't' smell urine when you walk in the door. They take really good care of my loved one. If he has any problems, Desiree always call me right away.

We had a great tour with Hilltop. It is a nice facility and it was very clean. The location was just a little far for me and we were looking for a little more freedom for residents to come and go.

Moved my dad in and he was.loosing weight. Even during covid I saw him everyday. I visited at the door. He has gain 10 lbs since moving and looks great.

We have been thrilled with Hilltop of Greenville. We chose them because it is memory care so we knew the other residents had the same thing and she would not feel out of place. They don't let her sit in her room, they come and get her to participate in activities. Her hair is always done, she always has on clean clothes, it is just night and day difference from where she was previously at. The room sizes here are good, they are only single rooms available and the bathrooms are large and wheelchair accessible. It has been a good experience and I would recommend them and already have.

What I really love about this community is how friendly and kind the staff are and how engaged the residents are with different activities. My moms favorite game hands down is Bingo! We love that this place feels like home and has great food to boot. As my father’s health declined and we struggled with moving him from his home, we were blessed to find Autumn Leaves. It is a beautifully furnished “home” setting facility with spacious rooms, compassionate staff, excellent meals and a multitude of daily activities for people in all stages of their lives. Dad quickly adjusted to his new environment and though he wasn’t able to participate in some of the activities they did their best to include him in other ways. We all enjoyed the entertainment that is brought in regularly and also visiting with other residents and their families. It was truly the perfect place for him.

Good leadership and management. Rooms and facility is clean and inviting. Very much a family atmosphere. Staff works hard to know their patients and meet needs.

The facility is in an affluent residential community in a desirable geographical area. The layout is in an “H” pattern with each wing having its own distinct personality. The entire facility is carpeted providing subdued atmosphere for relaxation and congeniality. The interior furnishings are modern, comfortable and well appointed. It is always clean, orderly and temperatures are always right. It’s always conducive to good patient care and well managed.

My mom has lived at Autumn Leaves for just under a year. The initial move was the hardest part. The staff was so helpful and supportive. They have found many ways to engage my mother and to give her a sense of purpose.

The staff is wonderful and my mom always looks good and cared for.

Felt good when I entered for my tour. Residents sitting in the front room and happy sounds from another area. Residents were playing dominoes in one room and baking cupcakes in another. I saw residents everywhere which I think is how it should be. Gorgeous decor and beautiful outdoor setting. More importantly besides on-site and visiting healthcare providers, they even have silent in-room motion detectors that alert personnel for extra safety.

Wow! This will be a great home for my mom when the time is right. [Removed] very patiently answered all of my questions before during, and after the tour. I was extremely impressed with everything I saw, especially staff interactions with the residents. I feel very blessed to have found Autumn Leaves for my mother.

My wife entered Autumn Leaves on July 29. The staff’s enthusiasm and attention towards her has not changed since that day. Fantastic community!

This place is the best!! I checked all facilities in San Antonio and chose this one for my mom and stepdad! The staff is superb! The facility is clean and run very professional. My parents live there for 2 years and it felt like home to them and too me!!! Love the place and people!!

Very caring caregivers (a difficult job done with patience and pleasantly). Pleasant surroundings. Exceptionally nice food with [a] well-balanced diet and yummy mid-afternoon treats!

Very caring staff. My mom is well taken care of. They go above and beyond, even putting makeup and jewelry on her.
