Staff members know the residents by name, anticipate their needs, show kindness and compassion. Facility is beautiful and open without an institutional feel. It's clean and easy to navigate. Having independent and assisted residents eating together and attending activities together exhibits as a more active community. Apartments are spacious with multiple designs to choose from.

We toured Parkview assisted living for my Mom and it's our #1 choice. It's very bright with lots of light. We want a one bedroom and theirs is a good size, clean white walls, and includes a kitchen with a stovetop. My Mom may still have a feeding port when she moves in, not using the feeding tube but the port needs to be flushed periodically before it's removed. Parkview can handle that whereas other places could not. Pricing is reasonable with all services included. Staff we met are wonderful! No big issues or fines reported to WA State in the past year.

Parkview Estates is a beautiful community. We were able to see the actual living spaces and had an informative conversation with the Community Relations Assistant. Unfortunately the cost would be prohibitive for either of us. Our retirement finances would be drained in about 2-years or sooner as their rates increase 5-7% a year.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Parkview Estates! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a spotless, well-maintained environment. The cleanliness here is truly impressive — every corner feels fresh and cared for, which gives such peace of mind. The activities calendar is always full of fun and engaging options — from arts and crafts to group games, exercise classes, and special events. There’s never a dull moment, and it’s heartwarming to see residents laughing, socializing, and truly enjoying themselves. Meals are well-balanced, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared to meet a variety of dietary needs. You can tell the staff puts real care into making sure everyone is happy, healthy, and well-fed. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be safe, cared for, and surrounded by joy, this is it!

Friendleness is the best to describe the staff. Everyone appeared to be ready and willing to help. The facility was clean and in good condition. Residents appear to be happy with their surroundings and friends.

Visited several other residential care service centers in the Fallbrook, CA area and fortunately found "The Regency Fallbrook Assisted Living Community". The entire staff we met was friendly and accommodating. They took the time to interview the future resident to be sure he was a good fit for their facility. My friend has been there for over a month now and we remain convinced that we made the right choice in getting him settled into his new environment.

Something that is great about Regency is that it’s not too crowded or too big, it’s a great size where we get more attention individually. The personal care is wonderful. The activities director is wonderful as well, my husband and I attend most of the activities especially bingo. There’s great security, we feel really safe here and everyone is trustworthy. I hope to have more of my friends move in here!

I am a current resident at Regency and have lived here for over 2 years. Out of all the great activities at Regency, I enjoy the entertainment and chair exercise the most. I love the convenience of the beauty salon within the community. I also enjoy the friends that I have met and the camaraderie we developed. Everyone at Regency is wonderful between the residents and the staff, I have no complaints.

My Mom is currently a resident at Regency Fallbrook. I am so glad I found this place. The entire staff from the director to the cleaning crew have made a profoundly positive influence on my mother's daily life. The caretakers who watch over her are angelic and treat my mom with the utmost respect and dignity. The director is approachable and the head nurse is experienced in her craft. The activities director is top notch as is the marketing director who was extremely patient with all of my questions prior to my mom moving in. The food is of high quality and enriching. My mom's room and the entire facility is quite clean and does not smell from unattended residents. I thank God each day that my initial contact with a long term employee on New Year's Eve night two years ago led me to decide this was the perfect place for Mom after looking at many other options. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a great place for your parent or loved one.

I got a place for my mother here a few years back, and she is now 103 and doing well. The entire staff is always supportive kind and happy. I don’t think she would have made 103 without them. If you’re considering a place for a parent or yourself to retire and have fun things to do this would be the place.

Staff is amazing to work with, and awesome to residents in facility. I would recommend to others.

Even before becoming a resident I have thought of Regency as a possible residence and now it is my residence. Rooms are neat, cleaned once a week comfortable. Medical assistance 24/7.

The staff is amazing capable and kind. They are people I trust to care for all my sister's needs.

I am very happy that I had made the decision of placing my mom at Regency Fallbrook in assisted living. The food is great, the rooms are perfectly sized and comfortable and cozy. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff is wonderful, they all go above and beyond caring for my mom. From the cleaning personal, the kitchen staff, the front desk and the nursing team and all of the other staff in between, I cannot express how truly grateful I am of everyone at the Regency! The activities that are provided everyday are great and everyone that participates have so much fun. My mom loves it there. It has changed her life in so many ways and she has made many friends since moving in.

This has been a wonderful place for my parents who are in their 90s but still very active. The Staff is very caring. The facility is well kept, with a comfortable Homie atmosphere. Food has been excellent. All the rooms have a small kitchenettes as well. They provide activities and outings and have a cute courtyard if you want to spend time outside . We’ve been very happy and my parents have settled in to their new home with a sense of safety and knowing they are well cared for.

The staff at Woodland are all exceedingly warm and friendly and take good care of my brother. His physical needs have changed since moving in, and Woodland continues to meet his needs. They involve the residents in planning meals and activities. The facility is well maintained and clean. We made the right choice.
