Every time I've gone to the staff at this facility with concerns, they've been on it and quick to get back to me and answer my questions and concerns. They've always been very helpful. For example, I requested they install a grab bar in the shower for my loved one and they had it put in and completed the next day. The nursing staff has helped my loved one with anything and everything she has needed. Housekeeping is once a week, as well as Laundry service if you choose to use it. They have activities and outings. My loved one loves the transportation bus driver. This was the best decision possible for my loved one. The transition was fabulous and she loves it here. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

This was an excellent community. It didn't feel it was the right fit for my loved one.

I’ve a few past residents and a few current residents and have said the same thing great atmosphere and friendly caring staff and love it there. The place is always clean and presentable plenty of things to do to occupy your time. Plenty of parking space and a very safe environment to live in.

Friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff was clearly evident. The comfort and ease of semi-independent living is perfect. The options and payment methods make it easy and affordable. The taste and quality of food is delicious. In addition the residents have opportunities to develop friendships and plenty of activities to choose from to stay active.

I came in for a tour, and I was instantly greeted by a young lady with a very positive attitude. She welcomed me and had me take a seat. When I went for the tour the first thing I noticed was how clean the facility is and there were no bad odors. It was during lunch and when I looked at the plate of food I was jealous. I should have asked if I could have a plate. The residents I ran into were smiling and happy. This will be the place to bring my parents when the time is right.

They get a 5 for everything. Regency on Whidbey has been just awesome. My mother-in-law loves it there. So much so that she doesn't want to go back to SoCal in the fall when we go back. That says a lot! Covid has affected the food experience, because she doesn't like eating alone, but we can't fault Regency for that!

Out of all of the places that we toured, Parkview Estates was my favorite. The facility is absolutely gorgeous- you walk in the lobby and there is someone sitting there playing the piano. It feels like you are at a resort and is set up very nicely. They also have more nursing care here, there is an RN, LPN and someone that is on call. From what we were able to see they also had a ton of great activities planned out for the residents. Unfortunately they would not take my loved ones large dog. If they would have, this would have been our first choice.

I would like to say what sold us was cleanliness and greeting by staff. Mom has been here 3 years and has been quite happy. For what we have all been through since January of 2020 Regency has done an amazing job. Thank you.

Three years ago it became apparent mother was no longer safe living on her own. We looked at several options before discovering Regency Village. As soon as we walked into the building we felt we had found a home for mother. In a very short time our feelings were confirmed. The building is kept clean and in excellent repair. Mother’s apartment is very nice. Management, nursing staff, Care givers, maintenance staff and kitchen staff all truly care for the residents. They talk and tease in a way that we all enjoy but they are serious about meeting the needs of the residents. I believe there are only 65 units which adds to the family feel. If the time has come to provide a safe place for a loved one to live, I highly recommend the Regency Village.

This staff is very caring. The compassionate care they take with my mother is a welcome relief to our family. It's unfortunate that we as a family cannot care for our mother due to a multitude of health issues that we have of our own. From the office to the nurses you will not see a better team of care givers. I am truly thankful for you all.

we toured Regency Park Place at Corvallis and everyone was nice, the community looked wonderful. we chose another community because the highest level of care they offered wasn't a good fit for what our loved one needed.

I toured and was so pleased with everything they had to offer. Everyone was very polite and even the residents acknowledged me. The facility was very clean and it was so nice seeing everyone being so active. I am so excited to have this place to move my parents to. It was my first choice after visiting three other communities.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was very good, but the way it is laid out it seems more hospital like and closed off. However the staff were very nice and the lady was extremely informative.

We went with Parkview Estates because some of the studio apartments are located at the end of the wings of the hallway and they are a little bigger but the same price. She also liked the setting, it is set back in a residential community so it is not on a main street. The value for the money especially for the area is also something that really stuck out to us. Mom has had nothing but glowing things to say about the food. The facility does accept Medicaid, they were one of 5 places that accepted it in the area. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

We chose Regency Park Place because of the friendliness of all of the staff members and they seemed to have everything that we wanted and needed. The location also works out great for us, we could even walk there if we wanted. The facility is all on one story and not quite as large as some others. I like the way they work with us, they are very accomodating to our requests and needs. I think they are a little slow with response sometimes so that is something they could improve on. We would definitely recommend them to others.

We chose Regency Village at Prineville because they had availability right away when we really needed it. It was also in a great location for all of our family so we were able to visit more often. The care that my loved one received while she was here was great. I would recommend this facility to others who are looking.

We had a great tour experience with Regency on Whidbey. The lady showing me around was very kind and the facility was super clean. I pulled my mask down and there was no smell at all. We did not go with this facility because memory care is only in one unit and we wanted something that was more spread out. It was also more expensive than I would have liked.

We liked this community but the only thing that we did not like is that if assisted living was needed we would have had to move to a whole new community. My parents wanted to be able to stay in the same community if a move was needed. The tour guide was amazing and everything went well it was just not the right place.

This place is a gift from God! What a beautiful place with beautiful people working there! I need and want to thank [name removed] (director), and [name removed] (sales) for going out of your way to accept and welcome my Mom into this community. These two welcomed me in to talk about the possibility of moving my Mom there and were so over the top accommodating! My Mom is so happy and very well cared for there. I (and my Mom whose is a resident there) feel a sense of love, compassion, happiness, contentment, stability, commitment, feeling safe, truly caring, passion, and joy from the staff. I love seeing residents with smiles on there faces. There are so many activities for the residents to be involved in and so many different options for every individual’s needs and wants. It’s an amazing and incredible community and I’m blessed to have my Mom be a part of this!
