I just really enjoyed the more open space for my MIL at Best Care. The other places we looked at were either one or two hallways at an assisted living facility. [name removed] was so nice and very helpful. The location was perfect too. The cost was more affordable as well. So far, everything and everyone has been great. It took her some time to settle in but she's exactly where she needs to be.

Whenever my husband was taken to the hospital I was told in a timely manner about it. [name removed] handled the admission very well and put me at ease about the care on the day before Christmas when she was supposed to have the day off. She took the time to put me at ease

5 stars, fabulous personal attention, staff was great, cleanliness was superb. I felt very comfortable there leaving my wife there until she passed.

Best Care truly lives up to its name. The loving, tailored care my mom receives every single day is something I am deeply grateful for. The attention, kindness, and genuine compassion shown to her are absolutely priceless and bring our family so much peace of mind. Beyond the exceptional care, the community itself is full of life. There are fun, engaging activities both on-site and off-site that keep everyone involved. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful work you do and for treating residents like family. Your dedication does not go unnoticed. :)

The staff at Best Care have been truly outstanding in the way they care for my grandma. Every person we encounter is warm, friendly, and genuinely willing to help, which brings our family so much peace of mind. The facility itself is always clean and welcoming, and the lively activities keep the residents engaged. Most importantly, my grandma is happy. She has made so many friends and feels cared for, included, and at home, and that means everything to us.

I absolutely love it there for my father. The executive director is so responsive as well as all the caregivers. My father adjusted so well to the change which generally in the past he has not. The activity director is amazing and she really encourages involvement in all activities which I am extremely grateful for. Initially I was so nervous about the move and I am grateful that I made the change.

They are superior as their name indicates I would recommend anyone to them I loved working with them their staff was great top to bottom and couldn't say enough good things about them

You will find a personal touch at this facility that helps give you the comfort knowing your loved one is cared for. There were many of the staff that were so loving toward my mom and I knew she appreciated them for it.

During the week, they seem to do many activities that get them either moving or participating. My mom spends alot of time there, so she tells me about it. I also see things daily on their FB page. I also notice that they have guests come in often, music, students to do nails, makeup, etc.

Communication, patience and compassion. We would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

Food isn't very good according to my mother. Personnel is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to others who are looking for memory care for their loved ones.

They were attentive to my needs and concerns. Very nice staff. Private rooms are fairly spacious. The rooms that are shared are pretty small overall accommodating.

Mom seems to be adjusting well to the new chapter in her life. Friendly staff speak well of her,and she is making new friends. Activities help her to open up to new relationships. She really enjoys the outdoor area with flowers that she loves.

I'm VERY happy with how my Mom is being cared for at Superior Residences of Brandon. The Exec. Director runs a TIGHT ship. She and her staff, including her marketing director, financial person, medication mgr., and receptionists are kind, friendly and make sure that all is going well. The aides are also great! They ask how they can help her and DO help her. They always greet us with a smile and will talk to us. They get her when it is time to eat. They have called me and shared concerns with me when she has skipped a meal AND tries to skip the next one too, so that I can speak to her & encourage her to eat. The activities director is also wonderful. She plans special games and activities fitting the capabilities of the residents. There are also outings. Parties are held on various holidays, with entertainers, music and delicious snacks & desserts are served. The maintenance staff responds QUICKLY to any requests without me having to ask a 2nd or 3rd time. No complaints!

From our first meeting with the admissions staff, their genuine concern for my aunt’s welfare was at the firefly. They asked questions in regards to her stage of dementia and want ti address her specific needs. They listened and they were patience with our questions. The facility promotes a sense of belonging, community and compassion. A very positive and happy environment. Highly recommend them to anyone that would like a facility that is 100% geared towards providing memory care.

At this point, based on my observation I would not hesitate in giving them a 5. [name removed] and I were very pleased with our visit to Superior Residences of Brandon and quickly decided that it would be the right place for [name removed]. We have been back to visit and with each visit felt that [name removed] was very comfortable living there. The staff is friendly and demonstrated patience as we observed their interaction with the tenants. In addition the general area as well as [name removed] room was quite clean. Thanks for assisting us in locating the right place.

It's great there! It doesn't smell, the staff and admin are super nice and caring. It's smaller , it's clean, my mom has her own room. They're good about communication to the family, the staff is great! Room size is good. They keep, coffee, juice, water out all the time, and have snacks.

If your truly care about your loved one, and want them to be in the best of care, I would encourage you to have the care offered at Superior Residences of Brandon. The staff is caring and personable, and they provide the same warm comfort of care to you, as the care giver. They set their standards high on the level of quality to their residences, and meet them. They provide a complete program of activities to keep your loved one engaged and content. Nutritious menu throughout the day, and the safety and care you would only want for your loved one with special needs during memory loss. When you experience this level of commitment to care, it provides such a sense of peace and comfort to all.

Staff goes above and beyond to help. The facility is clean. The staff members are friendly and listen to concerns. There are fun activities for the residents. Would recommend this facility to friends and family.
