Toured the facility and it was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Facility was clean. It is definitely a place where I feel comfortable leaving my family member. This was our first choice, but unfortunately they passed away prior to being placed at the facility.

I have been looking for help in taking care of my mother. I have been taking care of my mother for over 14 years hiring Help to come into our home occasionally when I am out of town. Over the years this worked until it didn’t! Let me explain. No one takes care of my mother like I do giving her love and attention, her medication on time and extra patience when she tells me the same story over and over again! The director, [name removed] was an extension of myself, giving the love and care to my mother that she needed While I took a much need once in a lifetime vacation! It is a wonderful relief to know that mom will receive her medication on time, three good healthy, hot meals, help with her showers, getting dressed and most of all she will not be alone! I am over the moon excited to recommend this lovely home away from home.

Very informative and accommodating! Toured the facility and was very clean and neat. All my questions were answered and I was satisfied with the answers. We seriously be considering moving my mother in.

As soon as you step into this beautiful community, you are immediately enveloped by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The vibrant decor and thoughtful layout create a sense of comfort. The staff members are truly exceptional; they greet you with genuine smiles and a willingness to help. Their dedication to residents is evident in every interaction, as they go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels cared for and valued. My mother has been a resident at Superior Residences of Brandon for almost 3 years. They CARE, she is well taken care of, and they communicate with me for anything she needs. The staff goes above and beyond to interact with residents as well as with family, they understand and are very supportive in such a difficult time & situation that most are not prepared for. My mother is beyond verbal communication, and has not recognized anyone in several years, it is a blessing to have her here and know she is being well taken care of. I have peace of mind in the attention and care she receives.

The patient I am responsible for not only has Alzheimer's but is also blind. It results in wanting to do many things that he is incapable of doing and therefore often frustrated and unhappy with his situation. The Superior staff is doing the best that is humanly possible for him, therefore I am very happy with the facility and have nothing but praise for the management and staff. The patient is happy with the food and the care but of course does not want to be there. Wants to buy a house and live by himself while running a business. It is a difficult situation for the staff and they do an extraordinary job with what seems infinite patience.

Very nice clean facility with great staff. They are very caring and take very good care of the residents. The staff is caring. They have good food and good activities for the residents. Highly recommended for your love ones.

My husband stayed at Superior for a respite stay. His room was very basic but just fine for him. I liked how the hallway was in a square so residents could walk around and around. There is a small outside area in the center that they could visit too. The employees working with the residents were friendly and helpful to them.

They leave nobody out very social with every resident and genuinely cares for the safety hygiene and comfort of every resident Professional staff and Very compassionate About their work Would definitely recommend if you care for your love one to have a safe place to be cared for

My loved one is currently a resident at Best Care Senior Living at Winter Haven and things have been great for her at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, meals and activities are also great. She is doing great! We both love Best Care Senior Living at Winter Haven.

The staff are very professional and perform their duties in a very caring manner. When my brother had a medical episode, the staff quickly responded to ensure the appropriate medical care was taken. Also, the office staff are working with my brother by facilitating the application for necessary government benefits.

Good personal care for its patients. Scheduled full calendar filled with fun and interesting activities to include the majority of participants. Visitors are welcome anytime to share and participate as well.

Really, I don’t think anybody wants to place a loved one in an environment outside of the family, but unfortunately in some cases it is necessary. Reluctantly I started looking for a place for my mom. I visited several facilities through appointments and showed up unexpectantly to see how the residents lived and were treated. For the most part the staffs of every place were nice, but I couldn’t get past the smell. I finally visited Superior. I walked the facility and the first thing I noticed was that it clean and there was no incontenence smell. Also, the residents could walk freely inside. In addition, there’s an outdoor area for them to walk, sit and enjoy a garden in the interior of the building. I apologize as I will miss the names of some of the staff, but all I have met have been wonderful and really do care for the individuals they assist and work for every day. [names removed]are just a few.

Recently I contacted a Place for Mom and they helped me narrow down the different Alf’s according to my sister’s needs. I liked this facility because the residents could walk the whole building and had nice areas for them to be outside. The building is clean with no foul odors. The rooms are large and accommodating. My family is unable to provide 24 hour care that is needed. It’s important for her to have safe surroundings, care and support that she needs. With my medical background I was the one that looked for two days for the ideal placement for my sister. During this time my family was overwhelmed and Superior of Lecanto staff made this transition very easy. Within a couple of days of admission my sister became less agitated and relaxed in her new place. It takes special staff to work in a memory care unit and they have shown to be helpful and caring.

Superior is excellent! The price was lower than most of the places that we researched. And the staff was amazing, very caring and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

All categories listed above for Superior residences at Lecanto would receive a 5. We have been very pleased with Superior and its staff. They watch movies, have balloon volleyball, ladies nail time, card games. My mother in law cannot really participate but she will sit and watch. They staff makes an effort to include everyone.

The staff members are very attentive and very nice - and taking care of the residents with impaired memory can be a difficult job and they are doing the best that they can

I have been very happy having mom here. The area out in the lobby is perfect for sharing time and lunch with her. Mom is happy and well cared for. Her hair/nails and body stay clean and the staff do a wonderful job taking care of her and making sure she is happy.

Even though my dad can't do some activities, the activities are frequent and many. There is a great sense of community here and lots of caring people. It is very clean, lots of natural sunlight, great food, entertainment, socialization, and home for my dad.

I had a beautiful tour and plan on getting my Uncle in very soon. We are from out of state so it’s tough with transportation but I cannot wait for him to move in. I also look forward to seeing how happy my Uncle will be when he sees his new home. Thank you Best Care :)
