Best Care senior living did a great job taking care of my son. The reason I say this is because This care team went way beyond what I would have expected or what I have ever experienced. The food is excellent. Staff is friendly and caring. My son felt he belonged In this unique assisted living community. I would highly recommend talking with these folks before you make another commitment. Gary Halverson

My brother has been in this facility for 15 years, the staff is kind and friendly. The administration is always available when I need to speak to them and solves the issues in a timely manner. my brother is very happy living here.

Very clean, nice accomodations.

A friend of Mine is there. Receives excellent care. Community is Super Clean and feels warm and inviting! I would highly recommend this community.... The Community looks just like the pictures on line....

The only thing they are providing my loved one is a roof over their head and food for them. We have hospice coming in to care for my loved one as well. I don't feel the chef is a culinary expert. The food isn't very good. I wish they had larger portions and better tasting food. The outside aesthetics need to be improved. I wish they would clean their sidewalk and parking lot to make it look nicer and trim their trees. The care for the outside of the community doesn't look good. I would recommend they would hire more maintenance employees (they only have one maintenance employee) to care for the outside, and this would help keep the appearance up after a year. The grass was actually nice, I feel that the $2300/month is not worth it. Since we have hospice coming in to bathe him, and put and clean clothes on. I am looking at the quality and not being able to see my loved one it has been very hard. We used to see my loved one each day and now that COVID-19 has happened, I am a Power of Attorney and his caregiver, and haven't seen my loved one. I am supposed to be able to see my loved one due to state law. I should be tested for COVID-19 to be able to see them. The community is talking about evicting people. These people are getting disability and social security. They sent me a piece of paper stating that my loved one has 45 days to get out of the community. I have to call each month, instead of taking it out of the bank account each month. [name removed] has been trying to cut the residents hair due to the hair salon being closed due to COVID. I feel this is a positive thing. I know [name removed] is a great place and they have a COVID test every Wednesday.

This seems like a very nice facility.

We liked this the care from this community for care for my father. The staff was caring and we did like the care. We needed a small community. I liked knowing that the meals were very good. The community was clean and maintained. They had a nice list of activies that are offered to the residents that are able to participate. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

The care at this community is outstanding. The staff are very caring and attentive to her needs . The variety of the meals are good and she likes the nice variety. I am glad that my mom is activities with the other residents. I would recommend this clean and nice community for other families for the care of there loved one with a great value for care

My loved one is currently at The Cottages for respite care, and it is going absolutely wonderful. They are taking very good care of her. The place is clean and the meals are great, one day when she was late getting to the dining room, they had saved a seat for her knowing she was still going. I am very impressed with the way things are handled there.

Very positive experience. The tour showed a beautiful outside area, and the many areas for the activities, the calendar of activities was extensive. I could feel the commitment of the tour person and the staff that I met, in providing care to the residents

Sangetta is a wonderful lady. My uncle was with them for 9 years. They talk to them, and hug them, and make them feel really wanted. They loved the man and took good care of him, I was there at least a couple of times a week. There were a few bumps along the road, but they did an excellent job, they took very good care of him. There was a lady there that started when she was 17, and she looked at him like and uncle, and took it really hard when he passed. Some places look at you like you are a number, but not them. They were wonderful.

My dad has only been at SR for a month now. Each visit we have made has been met with interest, care, and helpfulness from each individual we have dealt with. This is from the housekeeping personnel to the Executive Director. Laverne at the front desk is always helpful with a smile even though she wears many hats and has lots of questions to answer on the phone calls also. We had been told by two sources that this was a good place for dad. It is. We did expect an adjustment period but seems that in two weeks our dad is participating in activities and is happy when we visit. I see lots of smiles there with personnel and tenants.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They treat you like family there and try to do what ever they can to make the stay better or more comfortable. I felt this was the best place for my mom on my first visit there with Derek. The cleanliness of the facility is excellent. The staff is extremely helpful and are willing to go out of their way to make sure mom is well taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility to any one who is looking for quality care for their loved one.

We've had a very good experience overall with The Palms of Punta Gorda. The staff here is very personable and professional, and they do a great job looking out for the residents. The facility looks brand new, everything is very nice looking and clean! The entire community just has a happy feel to it, we're very pleased!

So far I would rate them a five all categories. The big difference between this one and the other service we used was the staffing. Having more people on staff gives them a better ability to help residents and this is a very important part of why we use a service.

I would highly recommend them to anyone, they are very, very good. Whoever takes charge there is right around there all the time and apparently it wasn't very good but he took over and it is just wonderful. They were wonderful to my mom, I had no problems, her room was clean and everything. They were just wonderful to her.

The people that work with my loved one are wonderful. The office staff are good but sometimes they can be more sells than the concern for my mother that the others that care for her show. The food is really good. I have eaten there a few times and liked it all of the times that I visited. They after lunch get everyone together and do wheel of fortune and family feud and different games. I know this is exactly where my loved one should be.

Superior has been a wonderful experience. although it was difficult to place my mom in an assisted living facility, i believe this is the place for mom. She no longer lives alone with no one to talk to, she has friends,and enjoys the activities. The staff is just wonderful, it has a homey atmosphere, and the residents get along wonderfully. I am so glad that we found Superior Residence. I know my mom is in good hands.

I would recommend The Cottages to families in the search of a great community. It is well cleaned and everything is always in place. I feel that my mother is safe which is very important. The meals are good so far she has not mentioned anything bad about her meals. At the moment she is not engaging in activities but they are offered.
