I and my son visited first as my mom was feeling a little overwhelmed. Everyone was so kind that day as well as the day when my mom visited. It’s a warm, clean, peaceful, inviting atmosphere. The staff and residents that we came in contact with were very welcoming. I know my mom is nervous about moving as that is a very stressful time. However, she is also very excited to get to know new people and have some new adventures. She has lived on her own for a long time because my dad was disabled in a nursing home for several years before his death. I think this is going to be a great fit for her. I feel a great sense of relief, knowing that she is going to have more interaction with people on a daily basis. The fact that she can take her dog with her was definitely a selling point.

This was my first time ever meeting with a touring a facility for senior living. [name removed] was extremely informative, patient, and helpful. Being my first time at this, I didn’t even know what questions I needed to ask. But he helped guide me in the right direction For the beginning of my search. I toured the facility also which was cheerful, bright, clean and festively decorated for the holidays.

May Visit went very will meet many friendly individuals. The place is clean and staff is very friendly. The food for lunch was very tasty. Units are very nice for the price and extra help is available.

We had to make a hard decision about my mother in law, [name removed]We were from Alabama. Very unfamiliar with this area. We had tried to keep her at her home but we couldn't. Her anger and frustration with her illness was just too much. Realizing that while in the ER at the [removed name], I placed a call to a Place For Mom. Within 30 minutes I had a list of facilities for Memory Care. We started that day doing unscheduled visits. One of my wishes , as a retired RN, was a licensed nurse on the premises 24 hours a day . In Alabama, that is a lawyer. It is not in Michigan. Unless things have changed, that is a policy at University Senior Living. They were so kind to us and to Marie. They made sure Marie was very well cared for. We were welcome to visit day or night. They would call us if there were any problems with Marie and we were encouraged to call if we had questions or concerns. We were very pleased with University Senior Living.

I had a wonderful tour. The staff was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, and gave me a folder to take with me. They are out of my price range., but it is a lovely place.

What we like the most about the community is the director of nursing and knowing what is going on at Wildwood. The staff of aids, RN"s. The food is outstanding. Yes, we would recommend Wildwood Senior Living to other families.

The community is very nice and well heated. The food is average; my dad didn't enjoy it at first but has learned what to order-though I'd recommend avoiding the chicken. The manager is generally pleasant, though interactions can vary. Maintenance does respond to issues, but for upgraded or higher-end features, residents may prefer to purchase their own. Housekeeping does a good job overall.

Very nice facility in both the ALF and Independent living areas. Fremont is a little more expensive than [communities removed] nearby. However, the units and facilities are very nice. The staff was also very friendly.

[removed name] was very kind and answered so many questions I didn’t know I should ask. Lovely facility, food smelled wonderful. Residents looked clean and happy. Emphasized the need to evaluate my husband before quoting me a rate. Not clear what their levels of care are and what they cost, but I did expect a pretty steep increase over their base rate for memory care. Lovely place if you can afford it.

Our loved one enjoys the Friday happy hours with music, refreshments and the camaraderie. He also likes all the pets that are there. Everyone is also extremely friendly. Thank you for all of your help in making this transition easier.

I rate Mallard Point as a 5 in all categories. Great place! Administration and staff are very supportive and care about their residents. Yes, we would recommend the Mallard Point Senior Living community to other families based on the experience.

It is a beautiful facility with great food and friendly staff. My mom was in memory care with dementia She died after a fall and broke her hip. It was because she could not remember she couldn't walk. Her funeral was this past Tuesday.

The very first day of being at Vitalia in Stow, my sister was content and didn't want to leave. She is safe, happy and loves everyone and everything about her "New Home!!"

What we like the most about the community is that the residents seem happy and are really friendly. Yes, we would recommend Curtis Creek to other families based on the experience so far.

Mom hasn't been in any activities so far. She is still adjusting to new surroundings. Her apartment is nice size with a balcony. She is not sure about the food just something she has to get used to.

The meals are great and the staff is friendly...I would recommend it to others. The location is great! The apartment size is good for one person.

We moved a family friend's grandmother into this facility, and it is very beautiful. Newly remodeled and nice and bright, they are decorating for the Christmas season, and it's looking a lot like Christmas for the people who live there. Very friendly staff and residents, very curious about who you are and why you are there. They just want to be in the loop of what is going on. I had a few ladies who went and visited our family member just to get her acquainted with the people who live there. Very relaxing for our family member, and she is going to flourish in this home.

Staff very nice, [name removed] rearranged her schedule to offer a tour when we had family in town for Thanksgiving to see their apartments. The apartments were very nice and clean and they had a lot of activities to offer.

My visit to this facility was delightful. Staff and residents were very friendly and informative. It did help me realize that I'm not ready for this type of home at this time. I'm completely healthy with good mobility and don't yet want to give up a kitchen and the space of a modest home. My only criticism is the food that was served for lunch. It was bland and plated in the plainest possible way - similar to a faded motel cafe. The dining room was lovely as were the many residents I met, but the food was extremely disappointing. The employee who met with me mentioned the long time the "chef" has been with them, so obviously my reaction is the exception to the rule. Maybe some day...

Never before visited a place like that of Seniors Living. This place is very open, great lighting residents gathered in the main lobby talking and sharing with each other, rooms were spacious. I would choose a place like that for me.
