Plenty of activities to choose from and it's very clean. I have a nice apartment. Staff and residents have all been very friendly. I do the majority of my cooking as not enough choices for my diet, but it works for all other residents.

The staff is wonderful. Friendly, helpful, always smiling. They tolerate a lot, I think, but do it cheerfully!

This facility had it all. What my family was looking for was checked off by Vitalia. I would highly recommend them. My mom is satisfied and is active and safe. One drawback is they are under staffed, but who isn't these days.

It was very clean. I liked that it was a smaller facility. There were immediate openings. I really liked their memory care manager [name removed] he seemed very genuine. They also are moderately priced and no buy in.

Mom and I feel in love with Wildwood Senior Living as we drove up to the door. It's beautiful and all the staff were friendly. Once mom moved in, the service continued. Meals were always good. Cleaning service was appreciated. The activities are just what Mom needed. I have been up to visit her several times over the last 4 weeks, and she is very comfortable and happy.

Food is good. Everybody's so nice to me. Bringing my meds at the appropriate times and always pleasant!! I Really like all the nurses!! So helpful to me

The facility was very clean! My mom was welcomed warmly from the day we moved her in. I was updated periodically on things going on with my mom. Whenever she was low on supplies, I was notified so I could go get them. If she was out of something, they had it covered until I could get it. Overall, I'm very happy with the care my mother received. And the food was pretty good, too!

The entire staff (pt, cna’s, nurses, administrators, cooks, etc) at Cedar Trails are incredibly patient and caring. This is a great place for a loved one to reside.

My sister is in Vitalia. It is a beautiful place! Worth consideration if a person is in need of a group living situation.

It's a very nice high end facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Today is the one month anniversary of joining Walden Place Senior Living. I chose Walden Place because they welcomed my cat, Helen of Toy, and I knew a resident who was happy here, and my tour of the residence impressed me. I needed a place to live that had a community to share meals and meet friends. I joined in on craft and art activities, exercise group, Bingo and Scrabble, and live music performances. I've gone on bus outings to coffee shops, ice cream parlor, and grocery stores. I feel safe, welcomed and loved. I get to have an event to advertise my book, Choosing Dance Over Despair. I hope other seniors find a home to become my neighbors.

A few things that stood out is the Friendly, family atmosphere even from the staff, it is clean, and just a good place to live.

It is fabulous!! Dad loves it!! My Dad moved into The Wellington two months ago and he is thriving! When [name removed] told us he could bring his beloved pets, we said, “sold!”. The Wellington is beautiful. His apartment has a washer/dryer, small kitchen with an oven, microwave and dishwasher! It has everything he needs. Since, cooking is not his forte, having a dining room available 7am-7pm is a game changer! The food is delicious and the menu has great variety. It is a place that you can be as involved as you want. The staff works very hard to provide lots of opportunities. Also, I love that the residents add activities too. I am there every day and everyone is so friendly and welcoming

[name removed] the director and [name removed] are great . Nurses have been great . They answer my emails in a timely manner and treat everyone with so much respect .

We truly felt the camaraderie of the residents each time we visited The Crestone and that has proven part of the culture each time we visit mom. The facility itself is by far the most accessible and safe, especially the full size washer and dryer that can be easily reached by our rather petite mom. The only box Crestone did not check was in-person worship services or consistent group transport to a local church.

I am very happy with The Boulevard at St Charles, the residents and the staff. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning. I have lived in this apartment for for just a little over one month and it is everything I need, It is very spacious, well lit with open floor plan and very peaceful with my balcony to enjoy. There are plenty of activities, exercise classes and outings to keep everyone connected and involved every day of week. It is very well maintained in every way. It provides all care that residents may need at some point if independent care changes to more assisted living memory care. It's a wonderful community. I'm thankful to be here during this time in my life and to be able to communicate and connect with others. It is so different from the apartment I lived in previously and with feeling so isolated and disconnected from everything and everyone. I am thankful.

Staff has been very caring, especially the administrative staff! The food is very good. The staff has always been proactive when it comes to my wife's needs. Overall we've been very pleased. Thank you for leading me to them!

High turnover. I would often get calls letting me know that they couldn't redirect my mom when she was in an agitated state. I would come in and she would listen to me. She was very frightened the last few months. Then her last month. She wasn't cared for as much as I expected. I had to often ask that they change her pants and bedding. They would leave trays of food when she clearly couldn't feed herself the last month.

The staff is very friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Very nice atmosphere. The food is great. My mom is very happy there. She is especially thrilled that she could take her cats. I have peace of mind knowing she is well cared for
