Most of the staff have been working for me, not for them. My kids decided for me. The others were just too much for me

It was a brand new facility. About[ amount removed] a month. We did get special deals because it was brand new. It was two separate living quarters that shared a bathroom. So a single would probably be more than that. He was in memory care and they did activities every day. I loved the place. We have even been back to visit the people that work there.

The facility itself is beautiful and has a comfortable homey feel. The staff has always been great at answering questions, or adapting to whatever changing needs my parents need/needed. I appreciate the personal interaction they share with all the residents.

5 for all. They have been absolutely wonderful! The staff have all been responsive, flexible and accommodating to all of our needs. Very clean and inviting facility. We love that physical therapy is on-site too!

I would tell others looking to take a tour. And maybe ask to see different apartments. Ask about events very friendly staff. It is a very nice community, I have been living here about a year and a half and would recommend it and a friendly staff. The activity's keep me busy.

All were 5 with the exception of activities which seemed a bit lame. Clean residential area. Nice room .responsible staff and allowing the residents to live independently. Food 3x daily. Residents will frequently skip meals if they must prepare their own

5's across the board! They are phenomenal! They are always quick to address any issues that come up, and communicate with us about what's going on. They are also great about adding pictures and updating their social media with activities that the residents have done daily.

The staff is kind and professional. I receive updates on my mom health and well being. My mom is thriving and doing so much better in this environment. The family feels relieved and calm having mom live live at Kent Ridge.

The facility seems very well run and the staff have been fantastic to work with on every thing. The staff has been very supportive of our resident and family.

This was the third community my parent had lived in in just a few years, and by far the best one. My only regret is that I did not move my parent in earlier so they could have enjoyed Independent Living there before moving into Assisted Living and ultimately, into Memory Care. The facility is beautiful, and the residents are lively and engaged. The facility hosts fun theme-based beautiful dining events for all residents. The majority of team members were great, cared deeply, and were very responsive - significantly better than at any of the other facilities we experienced. My interactions with the facility director were personal, positive and compassionate. My only negative is that often I was not able to reach nursing management for assistance on an issue or question.

Staff is friendly and good care is provided. The meals are good. Snacks and drinks are provided. Medical staff is consistent with dispensing medication and does follow up checks if there is an issue. Costs are as agreed and reasonable for the services provided. Transportation for medical issues is currently limited but working on expanding days.

Really nice and clean facility. Highly recommend for memory care for patients that are still mobile and able to feed themselves. Great activities to keep the residents engaged.

I have lived two of the Vitalia’s one in North Royalton and now I’m living in the one in North Olmsted. I would highly rate you as a five and my family loves that I live here too. When I see people coming here to look, I’ll tell him right out. put your mom or dad here. This is a wonderful place.. I tell them that the people who work here are fantastic and they treat you with so much respect and true caring. I also told them that the residents are really really nice and her mom and dad there will find so many activities to do and keep you busy. If my mom and dad were still alive, this is the place I would put them.

There is a community feel there which I like. They could improve on communications and weekend staffing. Yes, we would recommend Vitalia Active Adult Community at Highland Heights to other families based on our experience.

A place for Mom was incredibly helpful and compassionate. I appreciate all I learned throughout the process and it took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I would recommend using A Place For Mom to everyone.

Cleanliness is great. Food is good. Secretary is wonderful. Admin is not very responsive. They could try to integrate new residents into activities.

My husband [name removed] and I moved into The Independent Living at Westbury Senior Living the 2nd day after opening. We enjoyed a two bedroom apartment for 3 1/2 years, and then medical needs suggested that we needed Assisted-Living. In October, while my husband was in rehab, I moved into a studio apartment in Assisted Living to evaluate the care. I was very nervous about making the change but [name removed] the Director of Wellness made all of the difference. She and her staff that she has trained have been so kind and thoughtful. In November, my husband was able to leave Rehab and return to Westbury Senior Living when we moved into a one bedroom apartment in Assisted Living. Eventually moved my husband needed total care and the staff was so kind and attentive to him. [name removed] was very knowledgeable of his changing condition and knew when to recommend hospice. [name removed]is a joy to know. I look forward to her visits. I feel safe with her leadership.

Staff and admin are caring and personable. Facility seems well maintained. There is a positive vibe there.

5 for all responses. We continue to recommend Vitalia to anyone who asks for recommendations. Quality of the food at Vitalia was excellent. The ability to eat meals without a scheduled time + the huge menu to choose what she wanted was wonderful. Her previous only allowed 8-12-5 times plus had to eat what was served, no selection. The cost between the 2 residences was about the same!

Good food good service friendly staff and residents poor pharmacy. Frankly, it was luck more than anything. I did a virtual tour of three facilities, and this was the last one and I trusted in my instincts and chose it. The cost was less here I am blessed this turned out to be a very good facility and it is located very close to my son's house which I did not know when I chose it. A lot of luck.
