We have had a fantastic experience with Pinnacle Groves. The move-in process was smooth, and the staff was attentive and supportive every step of the way. They take great care of my mom, and she genuinely loves living there. She speaks highly of the food and the community. Communication has been excellent, and the team is always easy to reach and willing to answer questions. We are very thankful for the care they provide.

What we like the most about the community is how the place welcomed us when we went to visit for the first time. It was very nice and clean, residents were all very friendly and curious at the same time. They really look out for each other. Clean, freshly painted all areas in the dining room are nice and big, well lit, have an exercise room, special guest room you can hold special events. Activities throughout the day. All around great place .

[name removed] was a great tour guide. The facility was clean and organized. Was there to check out memory care. It was very nice and the residents seemed happy. Would need an additional visit to completely gain complete understanding how the people accepted there surrounding. Very nice overall. Enjoyed the tour. Money is the big thing and medicate is not a option with this community.
