What we like the most about the community is that the residents seem happy and are really friendly. Yes, we would recommend Curtis Creek to other families based on the experience so far.

Mom hasn't been in any activities so far. She is still adjusting to new surroundings. Her apartment is nice size with a balcony. She is not sure about the food just something she has to get used to.

The meals are great and the staff is friendly...I would recommend it to others. The location is great! The apartment size is good for one person.

We moved a family friend's grandmother into this facility, and it is very beautiful. Newly remodeled and nice and bright, they are decorating for the Christmas season, and it's looking a lot like Christmas for the people who live there. Very friendly staff and residents, very curious about who you are and why you are there. They just want to be in the loop of what is going on. I had a few ladies who went and visited our family member just to get her acquainted with the people who live there. Very relaxing for our family member, and she is going to flourish in this home.

Staff very nice, [name removed] rearranged her schedule to offer a tour when we had family in town for Thanksgiving to see their apartments. The apartments were very nice and clean and they had a lot of activities to offer.

My visit to this facility was delightful. Staff and residents were very friendly and informative. It did help me realize that I'm not ready for this type of home at this time. I'm completely healthy with good mobility and don't yet want to give up a kitchen and the space of a modest home. My only criticism is the food that was served for lunch. It was bland and plated in the plainest possible way - similar to a faded motel cafe. The dining room was lovely as were the many residents I met, but the food was extremely disappointing. The employee who met with me mentioned the long time the "chef" has been with them, so obviously my reaction is the exception to the rule. Maybe some day...

Never before visited a place like that of Seniors Living. This place is very open, great lighting residents gathered in the main lobby talking and sharing with each other, rooms were spacious. I would choose a place like that for me.

We loved the facility and the personal care you showed for the residents. The fact that a resident left her key in the mail box, and you took extra steps to return it and make it feel respectful meant so much to the resident and made us feel happy. Thank you so much.

I was blown away by University Senior Living! It is an amazingly beautiful property with an amazing staff! The rooms were spacious and cozy. The entire facility makes me feel like I am on a vacation in a fancy hotel! [name removed] showed me around. She was fantastic! She took the time to get to know the backstory of my family so that she could understand where we are in our journey for trying to find a home for my mother who is struggling with dementia. She took something like five pages of notes as I answered her questions. It really made me feel cared for. I have toured three different facilities at this point and University Senior Living is my current choice for a place for my mom to live. I look forward to working with them in the future! Great job guys!

My mom is very happy there. she's made friends, takes advantage of all the activities and likes her accommodations. Little pricey. I was a little shocked by the rent increase this year. kinda wish they would cap her rent as she is turning 98 in January afterall. She loves the staff. She also loves the fact they provide Catholic services every Sunday there. She does complain about the food sometimes, but she is a very picky eater. Even when we take her out to dinner, she's rarely satisfied. I've had the food there several times and I think it's good. I just think her taste buds have changed as she has aged. That being said, they do make an effort to improve the dining. I know they've changed chefs several times and they have a periodic meeting with the residents to let them air their concerns.

The food is great! Everyone knows her name, very friendly and helpful staff. She's getting physical therapy, and lots of exercise walking to the dining room, and a nice haircut.

The staff are very kind, thoughtful, thorough and helpful. The amenities offered at Vitalia are second to none. Absolutely everything is included. The apartment sizes are large.

I love living here. I was welcomed by the staff and my neighbors. I have friends to each meals with and have been invited to join mahjong and physical therapy. Apartment sizes are great. Living room is huge and the bedroom has a queen size bed, round table and 2 chairs ,two huge dressers and a bookcase. My kids are very happy with my move.

The Summit Memory Care Center was the best place for me mom. Clean and modern. Once she was transferred out of the Assisted Living to the Memory Care unit, she received the best care. I enjoyed watching her participate in the activities and engaging with others. She was only there about 4 months before we lost her but everyone on staff was lovely.

All staff are very attentive and nice some go out of their way to say Hi or offer help.

Mallard is a wonderful place to spend my senior years in. The management and staff go out of their way to make sure we are well taken care of I.e. lots of activities , entertainment, social gatherings and friendships that we all cherish. I had no idea what to expect when I first visited - I was totally impressed- this is not a job for this staff this is a family that takes care of their own!

The facility is very clean & well maintained. All staff are friendly and very qualified for their positions & the quality of care is excellent! The variety of meals the chef prepares are well balanced & very delicious! Room sizes are adequate to meet the individuals needs. There is a large beautiful dining area, physical therapy/gym room, theatre room, large meeting room & game/Kraft room.

Everything is really good there. The staff is very nice, he doesn't do the activities but there are a lot and the food is good.

I love Kentridge. The help, food, and surroundings are wonderful. I had my aunt at a [community removed]facility and this far exceeds them. I strongly recommend to others. We went several times before we booked. Oh and important factor is the food is wonderful.

Staff is wonderful. They use the point system for patient special services needs. My only fuss about the place is they don't always tell you when the number of points for special needs and therefore your bill has increased.
