Everyone from the housekeepers to kitchen staff to management are friendly, happy and helpful. The place is beautiful with many amenities, lots of things for residents to do. We are pleased with our choice and our mom is happy.

Our experience thus far would indicate they've had some issues with staffing, leaving them short handed at times but overall care has been good. My folks are 95 and 94 years of age so activities are not necessarily of great interest. I know long term care is not inexpensive and certainly not quality care but it is expensive and of concern for my parents. I think likely normal movement by staff looking to better their pay, hours, etc.

They are very friendly and patient. They have assisted with my mom's transition to make it smooth for both of us.

Vitalia has relieved me of all of life's problems which one should not have to worry about after a certain age Cooking,cleaning, yard work, house repairs,etc. It is a beautiful facility,well cared for, lots of activities, friendly people. I highly recommend!

My mom moved in mid-summer after having a tour a few months prior. As soon as a studio apartment opened up my mom received a call and management worked with her to make her transition an easy one. The other residents that live there have been very kind and my mom has made a group of lady friends she has lunch and dinner with every day and if my mom doesn't come down they check on her and ask if she needs any thing and bring her up a plate. There are daily games you can get involved with my mom enjoys that and the Bible study! I am so happy my mom can get out of the house now and not only get involved with things to keep her busy but also socialize. Montvale is currently making some upgrades and my mom is very excited about that. One of the big things residents are excited about is the meal time will be available 7am to 7pm soon breakfast all day. You won't have to he down to eat at a set time (currently 8am, 12pm and 5pm). Very happy mom is at Montvale!!!

Very,very good staff, polite, helpful, caring.... residents look after each other. Alway neat and clean. Highly recommend using this facility. The food is excellent and the serving staff is wonderful and knows every one by their first name

Overall, the facility is very clean. Dad's room is not always cleaned though. A couple of things made us choose the Summit. It was a new facility for one, and the director and staff were just so awesome that we just fell in love with them! We love the Summit! They are awesome!

The facility is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and caring about the patients. There are a variety of activities that fill the week. There is a nice variety of food offerings and the food is really good.

When I fell at Innisfree I could not use my pendant as the battery was dead. I had to butt Scot out of the bedroom all the way to my phone. I fell here and became of GPS I was able to speak to someone assuring I was not hurt just needed lift up accomplished by EMT. A staff checked on me at breakfast. They care about their people

We toured several facilities and thought Vitalia was the best fit. It is a perfect place to send a loved one needing care.

Dad is very happy at Boulevard. He feels safe and staff is great. I appreciate the respect and personal care given to him. I marked cleanliness down because his bathroom is not always spotless but is never dirty. I gave value a 4 because cost is high but I understand that quality care does cost and to keep employees constant, it is necessary to pay them appropriately.

It's a very welcoming community and just the right size. I would recommend to others.

I’m not leaving till they tell me to leave. I love this place. I’m glad my kids have found this place. It’s wonderful to be in this place. I can’t imagine what the future holds for me. I’m in love with this

I would definitely recommend The Boulevard. It's a wonderful community, and we love having mom there.

Unfortunately, my loved one was only there a few months and passed away. Nothing but great comments concerning Cedar Stone.

I'd tell new residents, "get involved"! My mother has enjoyed all of the activities! I highly recommend The Princeton for retirement living.

My mother refused to go to Montvale. All interactions we had with staff were wonderful! All of the staff at The Montvale Senior Living are professional, compassionate. knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

All 5 stars! It is a little experience, but the quality is very good!! They are very friendly and thoughtful of each person! They put in a lot of effort to help us stay active and keep us engaged with activities and that helps us stay in better spirits and health!!

The rooms are clean and tidy at Montvale. I am very pleased with Montvale and feel they do a great job. I was getting another text from Hampton Inn I stayed at. Sorry for the confusion. I would refer anyone to Montvale and feel they do a wonderful job.
