My husband [name removed] actually went - he said the staff were very nice. As they went into each area - if someone worked there, they came over and introduced themselves. The building smelled cleaned - we have visited some that unfortunately, smell of urine. The week's menu looked good. The theater room was very nice. The thing that impressed him the most, is on every floor - they have snacks that the residents can help themselves too. His mother is very seriously thinking of moving there.

Friendly, secure, lots of variety for activities and good food service

Westbury is a beautiful community. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many amenities and it is all so clean and beautifully kept. We had residents stopping us and telling us how much they love it there. It was a wonderful experience and definitely my families choice when my mom is ready for community life. I can’t say enough good things about Westbury.

[name removed] was very informative and great about following up on any additional questions or concerns. He was very respectful to my dad and included him in the conversations while understanding our situation in helping dad make the best decision. Due to recent medical issues, we are not able to move forward just yet and hope to still take advantage of the current move in specials.

Positives: - Facility appearance/cleanliness - Friendliness/kindness of staff to us and to our mother - Dining area and restaurant style service was nice Negatives: - Great communication with us in-person but any phone follow-up to questions was unreliable with no follow-up - Food selections on the MC side did not appear as varied and seemed more fried in selections than not

The staff are very warm and welcoming. Carriage Court feels very homey. The front porch with rocking chairs is a big plus. The outdoor grounds were very pretty and inviting. I was there for my father, but I said that I would like to stay there, when that day comes!

We went to check out the place for the in-laws- my husband went in say nope- this will never work- he walked out saying that would be perfect for them! Now we just have to convince them it’d be great for them

My mom passed away recently, but she was very happy here and truly loved living in this community. While she didn’t participate in many activities, we saw them often, and everyone always seemed engaged and happy. She loved her unit—it was bright, clean, and comfortable—and she thought very highly of the staff. The maintenance team was especially helpful; the head maintenance staff member was incredibly kind and went out of his way to assist us with things like her shower head and installing under-counter lighting. [name removed] at the front desk was also very kind and welcoming. In fact, everyone we encountered treated us like family, which meant a great deal to us. Saying goodbye after she passed was very difficult, but we’re grateful she was in a place where she felt happy, safe, and cared for.

Was a nice place. It should fill all your needs. I would recommend it.

You can eat whenever you want. They have a menu to choose from daily and the food is good. There are care givers and staff floating around at all times. Most staff are very helpful and pleasant. Have a locking system to keep memory care patients from leaving without assistance. They have PT, OT and ST on staff during the day. They encourage interaction with each other through out the day. The surrounding areas are very pleasant with gardens and bird feeders.

Very nice people and the facility was beautiful. We were very impressed. The rooms were very large and the whole building was in excellent condition. Staff were very informed and gave us all the information we needed. Thank you so much.

Very nice and plenty of services. I love having the bistro any time and the restaurant had great variety. There are a number of activities and having the washer/dryer in the room for independent living is nice. The bedroom and living area were spacious and inviting.

They were very kind and compassionate. They answered all my questions and made sure I saw everything. They also contacted me afterwards to see if I had any other questions.

My mom is quite happy there compared to the place she was in South Carolina. She can eat anytime between 7am-7pm and can order whatever she wants off the menu. They offer breakfast all day so she likes that. She enjoys participating in the different activities they offer each day. Her room looks well taken care of and the staff are helpful and pleasant. I would recommend The Fremont if anyone is looking for assisted living for a family member.

The woman that gave me the tour was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. The facility was very bright and clean. Residents seemed happy. Two bedroom was a good size with plenty of storage space.

Montvale is just finishing a complete interior remodel. I thought the place looked okay before, but this is beautiful. I live in a studio and it is plenty big enough. Three hot meals a day provided as part of the expense. We eat in a dining room with a menu and waitresses serving us. It is certainly a restaurant environment. There are plenty of activities to do and when spring and summer get here I will be organizing some outdoor activities. The staff is super friendly with a great attitude. Most of the residents are very helpful and friendly. Montvale Senior living is a fantastic place to live.

I was amazed with all that is offered at this facility. The halls and common areas are brightly lit with large windows. The dining options can be customized to your liking. The rooms all have kitchens and in suite washer and dryers. The pool area looked inviting as did the outside areas. The only downside that I saw was a lack of a garage. Thus is definitely a place I'm seriously considering.

I really enjoyed my visit. The staff and the residents made me feel comfortable. I liked the room floor plan. The menu was good. They have a lot of interesting activities. The only problem is I don’t think I can pay the monthly fee.

The small size and cleanliness. Yes would recommend. We still like it. The pricing is good. No buy in and cheaper monthly which is a plus
