The staff knew my name at first meeting and have always remembered. The atmosphere walking in the facility is upbeat and light. Noticeably different than the other communities I visited. The apartments are plenty accommodating for my parents and my dad loves having his own garage.

I toured multiple facilities [more than 12] while looking for a "home" for my mother. It is a challenge. Watercrest at Bryan was not the cheapest nor the most expensive - but consistently my choice. [name removed] was wonderful and took time to show me around multiple times and answer my million questions. Here are my highlights and what mattered to me: 1. It is not "institutional" - it looks and feels like a home 2. Every single staff person has been friendly, helpful, welcoming. 3. The response time to any questions or concerns I have had are very timely and complete. 4. The food is delicious. Honestly - much better than I anticipated. 5. The activities are wonderful - you can see the thought in the offerings. 6. The fitness center is staffed by physical therapy folks - and they can do PT on site. 6. Many of the residents have been there 3 plus years and all had wonderful things to say about their experience.

She is in a Villa and is enjoying it this far. My other set of in laws were also at Watercrest for a couple of years until my father in law passed away.

They were great! I have no complaints other than the food is hit or miss on taste and quality. They are currently working on making some changes to the menu. Staff is friendly!

A place for Mom was very helpful and professional. I am very impressed. I was very impressed with Watercrest in Katy and will probably be using them for a place for my mom in the future.

Our Tour Guide was thorough and well informed she answered all of the questions that we had and supply us with information we needed concerning behavioral dementia!

I would be happy to! The staff is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are bright and open; they feel like home while being clean and beautiful. The activities are so creative; my father wants to attend more. And he's enjoyed the food greatly!

Moved here (Watercrest at Mansfield) almost 3 months ago. Thanks to A Place for Mom for referral! So far has exceeded our expectations. Staff excellent. Residents friendly. Excellent activity planning. "Wellness" activities planned for seniors with an on site physical therapy company providing services and PT medical services. Beautiful surroundings. Enclosed heated swimming pool that is well maintained. Great dining room with a variety of menu selections (quality: very good) that change every 5 weeks. Bus transportation provided into community for shopping, lunch outings, medical appointments, etc. Independent living apartments are well maintained with onsite housekeeping and maintenance staff. We are "settling in" and very happy here!

I am very pleased with my husband's care. The attendants are very kind and thoughtful, the food is very good and special needs are accommodated. It is a memory care so the residents are together in the large dining area most of the time. Music, simple games And guests help occupy the residents. It is very clean. Although this was a hard decision after 67 years I know he is safe and cared for.

Watercrest Katy offers so many services that it almost approaches Assisted Living. They do not offer Assisted Living or Memory Care but we can be comfortable there for a long time. With all the healthy programs they offer, daily assistance should not be required for a longer period. In other words, their approach will keep you active longer.

[name removed] our tour was outstanding which made our tour of the beautiful facility all the more impressive. We don't believe the to the attention that has been given to th residents could have been more intentional or complete.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The tour was comprehensive and informative. I was really impressed with how clean and orderly the facility is. There appear to be plenty of options with regard to activities for residents.

The people were so terrific in so many ways. Giving you the best information and details regarding of activities the establishment so warm and exciting to join. Such fantastic rooms with great outsides to enjoy. You immediately feel at home and being excepted with such a warm feeling.

I was impressed by [name removed] and the Staff members I meet. All were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Everything about the facility was better than I expected. I would have no reservations with my relative living here.

I've been having some health challenges, and so I haven't gotten to experience the community of people here as much as I had hoped to (but still hope to in the future). Yet what I have experienced both of the staff and the community of residents is an exceptionally welcoming group of people. So much so that the experiences I have had so far make for a really strong incentive to work through my health issues as well as I can so that I can get on with becoming a real part of this community myself.

The facility at Raider Ranch is very attractive and every staff person I encountered was congenial and knowledgeable. Raider Ranch has a variety of living options, which is terrific. Unfortunately, my financial situation is too limited for me to be able to live at Raider Ranch.

I would rate Watermere A+. To me it's exactly what I dreamed it would be. The staff is awesome, food is excellent and there are more than enough activities if you choose to participate. Communication is A+. It is strategically located with plenty of shopping and eating places close. It is super clean and everything is very updated. I am very happy here.

Raider Ranch is a very nice place. Staff was very pleasant and nice. Facilities and rooms were very clean.

This was my second tour with my sisters very much approved by the tour. Extra questions were answered. I am looking forward to getting into Watercrest of Katy sometime in the summer.

Staff and residents are all very friendly. Place is exceptionally clean and smells good. Lots of activities, more than I need personally. I do play cards and attend bible study. Food is good and plentiful. Apartment is very spacious, 1100 square feet. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Open living area and kitchen, new appliances. Extra large closet off of master bath. I am very pleased with my decision to move to Watermere.
