Everyone there is so nice, love the facility. Rooms are very nice, trying to figure out how I can financially work it out!

They sent a vehicle to get me, very friendly. [removed] dollars a month vs everyone else were asking for [removed] a month for the same thing. I am going there as soon as I have furniture to use there. Loved the courteous nature of their personnel.

[Name Removed] the host was great! Attentive, patient, informative and thorough. I loved the serenity and over all ambiance, was impressed with the menu immensely, the openness and aviaries were a sublime touch to the earthy colors throughout and the living spaces were so much more than expected. They definitely set the bar!

Comfortable and friendly atmosphere and people. Watercrest is a lovely place to live.

It is a newer community, a lot of opportunity for fitness classes, people are very welcoming and they a calendar with special events. I have lived in several Senior communities and this one is by far my favorite.

[name removed] was very helpful and answered all of our questions They are great so far for my parents. They have only been there a couple of weeks, so they haven't attended much as of yet. They are excited to try water aerobics, use the gym and hair salon. They are happy with the apartment and it is a good size for them. They are in the middle sized apartment. They have a lot of activities going on and I know they enjoy the live music on Friday nights.

5 for all of them except food. 6. Food I would give a 4. They don't provide dinner. That was a little more difficult since my mom can't cook anymore. The staff is top notch. They get to know the residents. They are always friendly and available to help

[name removed] was great! She was very informative and provided a lovely tour of the facility. The residents appeared very happy and well cared for. I am looking forward to bringing my friend (future TV resident), for a tour with [name removed].

Overall experience is a 5 for sure. But I do have a few questions/concerns. Nothing urgent. We, meaning [name removed] family, never really got an orientation, if there was one. Maybe we missed it or somehow his moving in was at a busy time. But I am asking questions and getting some questions answered. But besides that, he seems to be getting acclimated well and making friends. Thank you for reaching out to see how the Landing is doing. I really appreciate you all.

I have sought help from A Place for Mom before. It provided me options I could never have found on my own. It presented me with many different places and most would not work. But Watermere at Firewheel was a great surprise and offered hope in a dire situation. My efforts to secure for my sister a safe and caring place were rewarded because of a wonderful staff at Watermere, [name removed] was a godsend. I’m confident in February my sister will be thrilled with here new situation. Hopefully for years to come.

I was given the tour by the resident director/manager. He took time to do a complete and thorough tour. It was great. I am totally interested in the facility and I will keep in contact with them, and pursue moving there me and my mom.

My tour of Raider Ranch was a very positive experience for me. It is a lovely place with a lot going on for the residents. It will definitely be in the top of my list for mom to go and tour herself.

The residency counselor was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She was patient with my parents throughout the tour. The facility is wonderful and will be renovated next year. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The residents we saw were enjoying their activities. Watercrest is a perfect fit for retirement.

I really liked the Landing for my husband. He went with me on the tour & seemed to be ok with the rooms. The staff was very warm during the tour & very professional. I like that the rooms are monitored for falls & have 24 hour nursing care. Location is within 3 miles of our home so that is a huge plus. His Dr had ordered PT for balance & leg strength & he is receiving PT 5 days a week. I see some improvement in his walking. They are also pet friendly & I am able to bring his dog for visits. The Landing has been everything I was wanted for [removed name].

The facility and its staff are wonderful. I appreciate the menu of care the most. The staff not only helped me with the tour, they also put me in touch with resources to help my family member transition. Thanks to [name removed] and the very friendly staff at the Isle at Cedar Creek.

That the staff is very nice and it's very clean. I would recommend. Just for potential residents to get the full price with all the fees before they commit.

[name removed] was our tour guide. She treated us to lunch and we met some of the people that lived at Watermere at Firewheel. They we friendly and welcoming. [name removed] walked us through the dining area, the fitness room, the room that could be reserved for special events and then to the apts. we had inquired about. Both apartments were very nice. [name removed] was a wonderful guide and we appreciated her very much. My son and I had visited the site a week earlier. He was also impressed with the facility. My partner and I are the ones visiting the places we are going to move to once we sell our house, which has become too much for us with the up keep of the house itself and the yard work required.

Exceptional care, consideration, and top notch staff with a well kept facility. Very accommodating and supportive staff that follows up regularly. What I like the most is the positive feedback I’m getting from my mother about her experiences. She is very satisfied and always talking about how she is enjoying herself.
