The staff are helpful and friendly. The schedule is packed with activities to keep you busy if you want to be, facility is very nice, and clean. They have great amenities! Physical therapy, hair salon, hot tub, sauna, pickleball courts, free week day breakfast. All great! I love it here!

It's actually the only facility we looked at. It was the only one y'all recommended in the Katy area. Mom really liked it. They were awesome to work with and my mom is settling in quite nicely there.

I would rate them all 5s the facility is very clean, everyone is very friendly and a great overall value. Yes, we would recommend Watermere at Woodland Lakes to other families based on the experience so far.

Certainly, no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement, but I have been genuinely impressed with the facility and the staff (as well as the other residents) that my mom has been with for the past few months. It has really met or exceeded all of my expectations for an independent living situation for Mom. The only category I can't knowledgeably comment on is the Activities, as my mom is not at all social and hasn't been involved in much of anything. She did make one use of the driving service, and she commented on how nice the driver was. He really left an impression on her. Overall, I would say they offer exceptional value for the cost.

The amenities are amazing!!!!! A person living there has so many opportunities for social events, exercise, movies, games, outings, and more. It is perfect for my mom.

The staff have been very nice and willing to work with us on my father in law's care needs. Everyone says hello and knows him by name. His apartment is perfect for him. One bedroom for sleeping and one for a living space. There is a small kitchenette that is perfect. Room for his own coffee maker. He likes that the variety of meals. Especially that he can order breakfast at lunch or dinner.

A caveat to this response is that my mom was only in the facility for 4 days before being taken to the ICU so I do not have much experience with town village but their onboarding process and staff is great.

All of the staff here at Watermere at Firewheel have been very kind, exceptionally professional and appropriately sensitive and caring to listen to my interests and doing what they can within reason and their capability as a 1-year old, 55+ independent facility for seniors. They meet if not exceed, my overall welfare needs as well as my fellow residents in how it is structured, and in what amenities equipment are services provided. It's a friendly environment that's comfortable, reasonable, safe and luxurious affordable. I highly recommend it as as the best facility for any independent retiree. For me, its very much worth it, I'm getting more bang for the buck being here in comparison to anywhere else. You won't find better anywhere else. And no, I haven't been paid by anyone to say these things, because it's the truth and I'm experiencing it. Come and see for yourself.

Once we arrived at Watermere, [name removed] and [name removed] were phenomenal. The food was great. The place is clean and absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately I cannot elaborate too much because mom was only there for five weeks and then passed away. It is a wonderful community! My mom and the whole family were very pleased with everything. I know she would've really thrive there, but God had other plans.

We were actually able to move MIL to the independent living side of Watercrest in [date removed] since the therapy staff at Isle had helped her regain her strength on her right side since her stroke in [date removed] and she loves it!!! We are extremely happy with both sides of the facility and thank you so much for setting us up with them initially! It has made a scary, long-distance medical emergency tolerable and now enjoyable as we live only minutes away (as do her great grand-children) and we see her a couple of times a week now as opposed to a couple times a year when she lived in Abilene and we no longer spend our visits fixing things, etc. Watercrest has been a true blessing.... all the way around.... and we would recommend it to anyone!

AMAZING FACILITY. Grade A+ on all facets

Staff and activities are excellent. Facility is brand new and beautiful. Meal service is limited to $[removed]monthly and meals currently only provided for breakfast & lunch Monday thru Friday. But, every unit has a full kitchen. Transportation is provided 2 days a week. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable living environment!

The facility was VERY clean and well maintained. The staff working in the Memory Care Unit were kind and attentive, and kept a close eye on my aunt, who was wheelchair bound but prone to falling (she would forget she couldn't walk). Hospice was very helpful, kind and compassionate as well, and had good suggestions for her comfort.

Everyone there is super helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make Dad's time there as good as it could be.

A few things I like most about the community - The staff; they are all phenomenal and warm and helpful. I have never worried that Mom wasn't in great hands! They always look out for her and help when she needs or asks for it.

Great place the management is outstanding. All staff is awesome, my mother in law is extremely happy. I have met a lot of the residents they are all very nice and happy to be living here. Great place highly recommend it.

My mother in law has been pleased with everything. The staff is courteous and responsive. The food is great. She is on the first floor and has a yard for her dog. She is looking forward to the salon opening. We would like for her to be a little more social, but she may need a scooter- she doesn’t like to walk very far.

My experience was very pleasant working with Isle of Watercrest Bryan. They took an interest in helping to address my questions for my mom. My mother moved in and is very happy. The nursing staff are attentive to her needs.

Consistently professional and warm staff. Organized. Available. I don't have to worry or hover over his care.

Water aerobics. Zumba, Happy hour with soda, tea, corn dogs, ending with "Proud To Be An American " sung by all while our flag is carried throughout the room.
