The staff is very professional, the home is always clean and meals are well prepared. I know that my Mom is receiving excellent care. Very friendly, pleasant atmosphere and professional staff. We would absolutely recommend.

What we like the most about Angel Assisted Living is that they do a great job with my uncle we are on a budget and they work with us. I wish I had a place like this in northern VA. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The facility is always clean whenever i visit, and i have visited different times of the day. The staff is friendly, and the supervisor is amazing! Quality of care is good! Administrative and support staff are all friendly and professional. My mom seems to enjoy the food. She doesn't eat much. The biggest opportunity for this program is a more robust activity plan. Most times the residents only activity is to watch tv. Overall i am satisfied with the care given and value paid for these professional caregiving services.

We chose Anel Assisted Living because there are multiple nice seating areas, many windows with lots of light. Mom's room is very big. We were also told initially that this was a Medicaid waiver facility, but I have recently found out, they've applied for it, but don't have it yet. The biggest difficulty has been the language barrier with the caregivers. The other residents are very low functioning so there is no socialization, something we unfortunately did not pay attention to.

Good location, max of 8 residents, appeared to be 2-3 caregivers working. House appeared neat and clean. Pricing starts at $2000/mo rising with level of residents' needs.

Nice home; well kept inside and out. Living room was small. Residents were eating in the kitchen when I was there. Shared room. 2 1/2 bathrooms. Eight residents. Someone comes twice a week for exercise. They have a visiting doctor and poditrist.

One of the reasons we chose this facility was because the owner told us they accepted Medicaid waiver. We discovered almost a year later that they do not and don't plan to. The two primary staff members are very caring, unfortunately there is a great language barrier. My Mom doesn't understand 90% of what they're saying. In hindsight, I should have paid more attention to the other residents. There is very little socializing, a couple residents are nonverbal. There are no activities. They've had a problem with bugs which our family has repeatedly reported to the owner. This has improved with the monthly pest control service. The owner described multiple renovations that were planned when Mom moved in [date removed], one of which was enlarging the small bathroom Mom has difficulty using with her wheeled walker. No renovations have been started at this time. They did give Mom a large size room, moved a second bed out before she arrived. They take her meals to her in her room since she has difficulty walking. The primary caregiver does her best to help Mom and manage her arthritic pain.

20 hours would be 160.00 per day, 24 hours = $170.

This community was horrible to me. This is not what we were looking for for our loved one.
