The facility is very clean and well-maintained inside and outside. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is good and a large variety is offered. Cleanliness is amazing the interiors as well as the grounds are quite clean. I've been here a week and I know I will enjoy living here. Thank you for recommending it.

Mom has lived in assisted living at Park Place for over 3 years now, and has had an amazing experience! The staff are wonderful and caring, and really take time to get to know each resident. The office staff responds quickly to questions, the dining, nurses, and aides pay attention to individual needs, and the activities staff are so creative and attentive! Mom will be moving soon to be closer to me, and it was an incredibly difficult choice for both of us, as she so throughly loves living at Park Place, and I feel so good about her care there. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone considering.

It is amazing!!!! I mean it. I would never believed there would be a place like this for my dad. It's gorgeous for starters. Views out big windows of trees etc. But honestly the people at the top Sarah and Sandra have worked in ways I can't imagine to welcome my dad. They really integrate the tenants gradually according to their own pace. They have eased my heart and soul in putting him there. The staff is amazing. Easy to talk to. Each person there is in tune to each tenants needs. I don't know how they do it. We have several friends who have recently taken their lived one there. We talk and are all shocked at Brookdale! It's hard to take a loved one somewhere. All of the horror stories. Well this place is open and transparent. Nothing and no one is left hidden behind closed doors! I suggest it to anyone looking for a place to engage their loved one whatever level of care they need!

My dad was not there very long before he passed, but they made sure he was comfortable, well feed. His room was always clean. And the people were very patient with him and very helpful when he needed anything. They were great.

Mom's been there less than 2 months, but we are pleased with the service. She really enjoys the food and the restaurant style dining. Happy with cleanliness, amenities, staff.

Overall, it's great. The staff are engaged and communicative. They respond to his needs in a timely manner and are proactive. The facility is clean and has no smell. The apartment is small, but that's intentional in memory care.

The staff is great. Directors, Parker and Sean, always take time to talk with me. The nurses make me like we've got relatives working there. The food is fantastic. They bring in great entertainment and lots of activities. I feel so good about mom being there. They really watch out for her. The nurses make me FEEL like we have relatives working there.

The facility was very clean and up to date. Everyone I met was very friendly and answered all my questions plus took me on a tour. It seemed like a very active community and everyone seemed happy.

I have had the best experience at Brookdale in Zanesville Ohio. I have had my 90 year old dad living with my husband and I. It was a blessing but dare I say a curse. At 90 my dad has dementia but is still unbelievable and able to do a lot of self care. But he was bored and sometimes I felt that even though I gave him the best “care” I wasn’t able to care for his mind or his interests or being around others. And he needed their beautiful walking paths and fitness options. Finally the staff is amazing!!!!!!! I spent months getting to know them before I chose to take my dad there. I have made true friends there and the staff have always had my back!

The staff is top notch in not only their attention to detail but their attitudes and positive spirit. My mom really likes the food. The last two years have been the hardest of our lives for both my mother and myself. She had a house she lived in for 40 years that had stairs and understandably refused to give it up. She had a very bad fall in [date removed] and had to go to assisted living against her will (and to my relief). She has lived at two separate facilities before brookdale which seemed like they were doing much less than they should but I had no point of reference. Once we got to Brookdale I saw how much care and attention to every detail they give. Then I realized exactly how much her other places had been neglecting her.

There is a strong sense that Park Place cares deeply for its residents' physical and spiritual needs. This is evident in the overall culture of the facility and in the actions of staff.

I liked Traditions well enough to move Mom in. Looking forward to the opportunity for Mom to experience the care here. It sounds great!

The rep. Was so nice and helpful. She asked and answered all my questions. The facility is within my budget and I just fell in love with the place. My timing was right, I wanted to move this summer and they have 3 units opening up. I'm excited to become a the resident --so is my dog [name removed]! Thanks for recommending?

It is bright with a warm feeling atmosphere. All the staff have been friendly and welcoming.

I give all of them a 5. We are very pleased with Brookdale and she loves it there which gives us peace of mind knowing she is being taken care of correctly! The place is very clean and the food is enjoyable to eat as well as the executive director [name removed] is a pleasure to work with and her staff are very attentive to the patient's needs.
