This is the best place to be if you need any assistance to survive on your own. Best staff, food, and accommodation. I would highly recommended to everyone.

Park Place has been great for my loved one! Her quality of life, socially and physically, has improved dramatically since making the move to Park Place.

One place didn't have any openings in memory care. The other two turned her down after their assessments of her. I looked at four facilities in Grove City where I live.. It turned out to be the only one of the four that accepted her.

They've had a lot of changes in personnel...from the top to the bottom...no consistency. My mom complains about this. Since she's in independent living, I don't think it's really affected her too much. If/when she moves to assisted living, I think this will be an issue. The place is very nice and well maintained. My mom doesn't love the food (she says it's "institutional") but my sister has dinner with her pretty regularly and my sister said the food is good (not great, but not "institutional ".). They have a happy hour every day that my mom enjoys.

Over all experience was good except the cost. Good people doing good.

Park Place has a warm family atmosphere. The staff is amazing and there is little staff turnover which is unusual in care facilities so everyone feels close and comfortable. I am so glad I chose it and know if the day comes when I have to move up to assisted living I will feel at home.

My father has been in memory care since the second day it opened. The director of memory is very compassionate and willing. To listen to and do what she can to help with any of our concerns. Since our father can't be home this is a wonderful place.

Five Star won't take Medicaid which is crucial to those who have nothing coming in .It's definitely not home but no place could fill that position. So it's just where u want to try. Five Star does all our maintenance which is wonderful! I don't think I could get much better than Five Star.

I feel like the staff is family. I can easily talk to them about concerns with my mom. They know our family by name. The kitchen staff knows to cut up my mom's meat because her hands are weak. The activities are amazing!! My mom has a studio. It's large enough for a woman's dresser, recliner, queen bed with a nightstand and even a desk. She has a walk-in closet. It's just perfect for one person. There is a small kitchenette with cabinets, a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer and sink, and that is all she needs. Plenty of room for us to keep a stock pile of Kleenex and other necessities. Lots of storage cabinetry in the bathroom as well. Her window looks out onto a courtyard with rocking chairs, tables and benches. She even has a bird feeder right outside her window.

Our experience with Traditions at North Willow was wonderful. What we liked most about the community was the residents, the staff and the activities. We would recommend them to other families based on the experience we had.

The staff at traditions is exemplary, from the director to the aides. They are willing to listen to our concerns, and any questions are quickly answered. The arrival at traditions was a bit confusing and traumatic for us, and the staff made the transition much easier.

We had an excellent experience making the transition to a senior living situation for my mom. As we considered Quincy Place Senior Living, we were met with kind and supportive staff who helped ease the feelings of uncertainty that come with a new living environment for seniors. There is a spirit of inclusivity and families are encouraged to join their loved ones in a host of activities. The community is safe and accessible. I have recommended it as a great consideration for all I know looking to transition to senior living.

Quick and understanding. Was contacted in less than 24 hours and assisted in scheduling visit quickly. They provided information and support that was extremely helpful. They helped my family during a difficult time and we will always be grateful. Staff is always friendly and care for residents as a person. Facility is always clean, open and welcoming.

The facility is well designed and all on the ground floor. That's great. The staff was fantastic. Dad really connected with the person who checked on him for each mealtime and once at the end of her day. Dad had a fall (he slipped in the bathroom while he was changing clothes and couldn't get himself back up) and he was absolutely amazed that 3 people came to his aid within 2 or 3 minutes.

My sister’s needs and wants are addressed in a professional and compassionate way. Just yesterday, my sister said to me, “I think she loves me,” speaking of one of her nurses. When my wife speaks about Park Place, she regularly talks about how friendly the staff is.

Loves the food. Staff is extremely supportive, especially the maintenance guy that will do anything to the room that he asks. People are friendly. Lot of things to do. Doctor on staff is very convenient. 24 hour nursing. Facility is well kept.

Overall highly recommend the five star residences of Lafayette.

I can’t say enough positive things about Traditions. They were professional and so caring. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, get my aunt involved, etc. When they noticed we were having having troubles with our hospice care, the Traditions staff and Dir of Nursing stepped in to care for my aunt and the Dir of Nursing helped me switch hospice providers. The ladies who greet guests coming in are the best! Many of our visitors commented on how welcoming and helpful they were. From a safety standpoint, they knew who belonged to who. We always felt safe. The dining room staff and food were also wonderful. Would recommend Traditions to everyone!

It is a very nice facility and clean . Staff is very helpful with the patient's. in the main house. We just got a new chief have to wait and see on this. Activities are weak they do ok . Lots of Bingo,cards do have events for all of us . This is very hard to say they do try to entertain all of us.

Traditions of Lebanon is very open to having family there and ensuring a place for family to be. I.e. places to sit a community area. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would without question recommend this community to others I just did this week
