Traditions Management

I have been taken care of. When the chips went down they picked me up. They let me do what can do without being pushy. Couldn't have picked a better place if I had done it myself. Is it perfect? No. Is it excellent? yes

The place is welcoming. It feels more like a really nice apartment building than a facility. The location is closer to family. Other places felt institutional, this one does not.

My mother has been at Traditions at Camargo for almost three years, first in Assistive Living and now in Memory Care. Mom wanted to move here to be with long-time friends from her church, and it has proved to be a great choice for her. The staff is friendly, caring and (especially now as her mental capacity diminishes) patient. They do an excellent job keeping me informed on any issues Mom encounters, and they proactively take steps to ensure Mom's safety and well-being. Mom is very comfortable around the staff and feels very much "at home." The facility is well-maintained and offers a wide range of social and physical activities. They provide OT / PT capabilities through a 3rd-party provider and hold monthly social events where we can gather as a family. It's a blessing knowing that Mom receives good care and is in a safe and friendly environment.

Our mom moved into Meadow Brook and we now have to schedule an appointment to spend time with her. She went from sitting on her couch all day to playing cards, enjoying friends and actually having fun in her retirement years.

I'm so very pleased with Traditions in general. I visited several facilities prior to making the decision for [name removed]. Traditions was superior in all categories. [name remmoved] is happy there, also. When I initially visited the facility I was so impressed with the environment and how clean it was. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The patients that were in the lobby were happy. It was a warm and homie atmosphere. I immediately felt that this was my decision for my friends placement. Also, there was absolutely no displeasing odor. You can use my name. I truly couldn't be happier with my decision. I have had previous experiences with the placement of my parents in assisted living at Marquet. I had the same positive feeling with Traditions.

They were a beautiful, wonderful, modern facility, very clean, very attentive and well trained, and they were very good at guiding us through the process of moving from assisted-living to nursing care to hospice care. Mom passed very peacefully in October in their care along with the hospice provider. They were so good to my mother, and so good to all of my family throughout her stay there. I just can't say enough good things about Traditions Of Lebanon.

I live in a cottage

All the people we've been in contact with, or interacted with have been absolutely wonderful. The quality of their food and temperature of their food for the memory care area is below subpar. I seriously doubt if they serve the same food at the same temperature for the other areas. I also strongly dislike other people coming in and taking things from each other's rooms. We're still missing items.

From the staff to the facility, they are above and beyond with their service and care. They made us feel like we knew them and welcomed my grandmother.

The move in process is amazing! There is a person that came to get her daily to walk with her to meals and even got her to do some activities. This happened for two weeks! It really helped. The staff is very caring. After a year, she now has a table of friends that she eats lunch and dinner with. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff take the time to get to know each resident and really care about them. Every person there is willing to do a little bit extra on everything they do. The intake process was incredibly smooth and the staff are great at helping the resident and their caretaker navigate all of the requirements - they know this is a stressful time and try to make it as easy as possible. Our experience so far has been wonderful. The only reason Quality of Care is not a 5 is because of a couple of hiccups in meds and care, but those were quickly corrected.

My mom has had a good experience there so far. Staff and residents have been very welcoming. What the community offered overall. Independent and assisted living rooms are integrated on floors and allows more flexibility for spouses to stay together and/or limits moved within the community. My parents felt like they would be more comfortable there than other communities they toured or considered.

Have stayed at resorts - this facility is the same! No shopping, no cooking, do not need to arrange transportation to get to a primary care doctor. Admin, nurses, caregivers, & staff are exceptional.

My father really enjoyed the activities. The memory care really fits his personality. Can't wait to move in.

My experience here has been pretty good. After my husband passed I was living alone down in southern Indiana and my children wanted me closer. At first, I was hesitant at the idea of moving up to Indianapolis but once we started touring communities I decided on Traditions at North Willow. There were many reasons I chose here one being the amount of activities and outings offered to us. My kids and I came to an agreement that because it was month-to-month if I did not like it I could move out but fair to say I have enjoyed it because it's been 4 years since I moved in.

Socialization was improtant for me when it came to looking for a community. As soon as I moved in here I made some good friendships and have enjoyed being able to welcome new residents to the community. While wakling down the halls staff and residents always say hi to each other.

As soon as I walked in the front doors I could tell that the residents enjoyed living here. Moving from out of state was hard, but knowing that Traditions at North Willow came highly recommended by multiple people allowed me to feel confident in my choice of the community. I was able to take most of my things from my home to my apartment which helped make it feel more like home. Going down for my first meal was nerve-wracking but quickly my nerves calmed down after meeting the dining room staff and other residents. I never imagined I would be in a place where you can order what you want and I really like that.

I have been very happy with my family's choice in choosing Traditions at North Willow for me. The dining and food is very good. We can get a meal/snacks whenever we want during the day which has been nice. I love how open and wide the halls are which makes it easy for me to walk around during the cold months of the year. I have enjoyed the friendly staff while living here for the past 1.5 years.
