Tour was great. Staff seemed friendly and caring. Plenty of activities to do.

Met with sales dept. They were very kind and helpful. Everyone was so friendly. The place looked beautiful.

The staff has been very helpful, cooperative and pleasant during my stay here at Traditions at North Willow the past three years that I’ve been here. Having chair yoga, every week has been a delight! There are many activities available on site, as well as our outings, offered for us here, and I enjoy participating in all of those.

I give them all a 5. We are so happy with my dad being here. They are so caring. Our dad is in memory. Their director [name removed] is amazing!!! So is her staff. I recommend Quincy Place Senior Living to others I know all the time!

The people make the difference. [name removed] is the activity director and is so wonderful. She is always creating fun and meaningful experiences. Her enthusiasm and energy is boundless. Our mother considers [name removed] her good friend. [name removed] at the front desk, [name removed], and [name removed] have also been helpful and considerate. The facilities are beautiful, mom’s apartment is well appointed and safe. The dining room is open and bright, and most of the wait staff is friendly. The meals could be improved, but the optional choices are always available. All said, we are very pleased with Traditional at North Willow after a year of residency.

Traditions at North Willow has been a positive experience for my Mom. When Mom and I are in the hall, any employee that walks by can call Mom by name. Maggie, the new resident coordinator, went out of her way to help Mom adjust to her new home. She walked her to activities for the first few days and introduced her to other residents. Mary, the activities director, is outstanding. The activities are a highlight for Mom. She loves the daily exercise class. She loves the Monday afternoon chorus. Mary goes out of her way to create extra-special events, such as Mardi Gras and Kentucky Derby parties. Mom has made friends at Traditions, including a special best friend. The entire staff - from receptionist to nursing to dining - express kindness and interest in all the residents.

We needed to find a facility for my Dad and we’re happy to find Traditions in Columbus which we had heard about from a friend. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful upon moving into the facility. My father not being so talkative was always greeted with a friendly smile and hello engaging him in conversation. Traditions is a beautiful facility with a movie room, chapel area, exercise room, game room, outdoor dining and sitting area and beautiful sitting spots with fireplaces. The dining room is very beautiful and they provide good meals. Most importantly I know my father is in great hands with all of the staff at Traditions as they hire great people who are very good at their jobs. When there is concern over my Dad the family is contacted which makes for us all being out of state so very confident in his care. Our family is thankful God found us Traditions!

The Facility is well maintained and staff are friendly. Staff to resident ratio is not optimal. Memory care staff would benefit from additional training dealing with dementia.

The staff at Park Place Senior Living are excellent and are all very friendly. They have a few concierge people who visit each day and respond to the 'help button' that the residents have around their necks. They allow small well-behaved pets. The housekeeping is fine (a man's opinion, I admit). They communicate with us (the family) very well. Our 99 year old dad slipped to the floor while putting on his pajamas one night and they had 2 people there to help him within 2 or 3 minutes. They called me to let me know and to ask if Tylenol was ok with us. The move-in process was smooth and easy. One important thing that we liked was that if our dad were to run out of money, they will help us get Medicaid going so he can stay in the facility. At age 99, this is not a likely problem for us, but it's good to know. The meals are tasty and they are working on expanding the menu selections. We would recommend Park Place Senior Living to others.

Recently visited Meadow Brook and toured with [name removed]. I was blown away by the upbeat & welcoming atmosphere, hallways were buzzing! The staff starting with the receptionist were very welcoming and were sure to greet us as we walked through the community. The memory care neighborhood was amazing, the staff were all engaged with the residents and there were plenty of activities to keep the residents busy High recommend this community. I understand why they are on a waitlist!

Roomy apartments, excellent food, cheerful staff, charming fellow residents---what more could you want! I can have my fur children here---dog and cat. I don't have to cook or clean up! I'm a very happy camper!

My loved one was previously a resident at Meadow Brook Senior Living. The facility is warm and welcoming. After looking at several facilities and getting our list of questions answered, it was the feeling of being welcomed and valued that drew us to choose Meadow Brook. We liked the cozy areas provided and we observed residents mingling just like we hoped for my loved one. All of the CNAs were friendly and spoke kindly in dealing with my loved one. The administrative staff were helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns that we had. The food choices are given on a monthly calendar and there are always options of salad, sandwiches and burgers that you may choose instead of the planned entrée. I would recommend Meadow Brook Senior Living to others.

What we like the most about the Five Star Residences of Lafayette community is the low turnover rate. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It was the nicest facility and had options for both of my parents available, memory care and Assisted Living.It has been an overall great experience. There have been growing pains but they have been very helpful along the way

My mom is very happy at the Traditions of Lebanon community. What we like the most about the community is the overall environment, it is beautiful and the staff members that work there are fantastic. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend them to other families.

They are very helpful in getting me an apartment to rent. I picked this community because, the lease was month to month. I would recommend to others.
