I found the memory care community to be very welcoming and supportive. They are quick to answer any questions I may have and keep me well informed of how mom's doing. If I have concerns they address them. I couldn't ask for a nicer or more caring and respectful place for her.

Thank you for recommending them. Very well staffed. Their goal is to help in any way they can. The facility is very clean and everyone is so kind. I am so glad you helped me with this selection.

The staff was genuinely caring about the residents. They called them by name as well. The memory care is where my loved one was. It is a smaller unit which is nice. The layout of the unit was good. All of the resident rooms are in one hallway. The staff was also helpful in educating us about ways to help our loved one.

The staff is wonderful and the facility is too. I just think the memory care unit is lacking in the food category. There food seemed more like something you would serve at a kid school. It was always cold and I seriously doubt if it's exactly the same that is being served to the other attendees.

After visiting 5 locations and creating a comparison spreadsheet, Traditions at Beaumont met all of our needs and had all things we wanted and needed. We would definitely recommend this community to other families

Memory care unit is like home- cozy but also with plenty of space for family to visit. I’ve visited during activities and see how well the staff work to include residents and keep them engaged. The RN and other staff call regularly to keep me informed or ask questions. I think my mom has a much fuller life here than when she was anxious and on her own.

The staff shows concerns and caring for residents and are respectful no matter the task. The administration is approachable and listen to us. We are provided with activities and presentations also

My father can be very demanding including and critical of his surroundings. He has adapted very quickly living at Brookdale and begin calling it home within 2 weeks of living here.

The community feel when you walk in is like no other, resident's greeting you and giving there experience. When you walk through the halls there is no odor and they are very clean and bright. The activity calendar is full of outings and performances as well as games. The dining room is huge. I would recommend this community to anyone looking.

Five star Lafayette is a great community The employees do a great job. The staff is literally awesome. I highly recommend Five Star if you have a loved one needing care. It is a definitely a place worth checking out

The community is very clean and bright. The residents sit up front and socialize with the receptionist. [name removed] in activities has a bubbly personality. All members of staff are phenomenal. I highly recommend Five Star

My mother is enjoying her new residence. She met numerous current residents on her initial tour. She arrived early and many residents introduced themselves and shared their experiences. The staff very friendly and accommodating.

The Traditions At Brookside facility has been nothing less than wonderful. The administrative staff, food services, nurses, beautician, and more have all been amazing. They had made transition to assisted living much easier and always with patience and kindness. We have been happier than expected and pleasantly surprised with The services and support.

This is the best place to be if you need any assistance to survive on your own. Best staff, food, and accommodation. I would highly recommended to everyone.

Park Place has been great for my loved one! Her quality of life, socially and physically, has improved dramatically since making the move to Park Place.

One place didn't have any openings in memory care. The other two turned her down after their assessments of her. I looked at four facilities in Grove City where I live.. It turned out to be the only one of the four that accepted her.

They've had a lot of changes in personnel...from the top to the bottom...no consistency. My mom complains about this. Since she's in independent living, I don't think it's really affected her too much. If/when she moves to assisted living, I think this will be an issue. The place is very nice and well maintained. My mom doesn't love the food (she says it's "institutional") but my sister has dinner with her pretty regularly and my sister said the food is good (not great, but not "institutional ".). They have a happy hour every day that my mom enjoys.

Brookdale has been great for my father. He is in early stages of dementia and since he’s been there and has a great routine and staff that cares to help him. Now he has activities to do, gets 3 solid meals a day and help with his meds and is in his own little studio-like living space and feels safe.

Over all experience was good except the cost. Good people doing good.

Park Place has a warm family atmosphere. The staff is amazing and there is little staff turnover which is unusual in care facilities so everyone feels close and comfortable. I am so glad I chose it and know if the day comes when I have to move up to assisted living I will feel at home.
