Traditions Management

The staff at traditions is exemplary, from the director to the aides. They are willing to listen to our concerns, and any questions are quickly answered. The arrival at traditions was a bit confusing and traumatic for us, and the staff made the transition much easier.

We had an excellent experience making the transition to a senior living situation for my mom. As we considered Quincy Place Senior Living, we were met with kind and supportive staff who helped ease the feelings of uncertainty that come with a new living environment for seniors. There is a spirit of inclusivity and families are encouraged to join their loved ones in a host of activities. The community is safe and accessible. I have recommended it as a great consideration for all I know looking to transition to senior living.

Quick and understanding. Was contacted in less than 24 hours and assisted in scheduling visit quickly. They provided information and support that was extremely helpful. They helped my family during a difficult time and we will always be grateful. Staff is always friendly and care for residents as a person. Facility is always clean, open and welcoming.

The facility is well designed and all on the ground floor. That's great. The staff was fantastic. Dad really connected with the person who checked on him for each mealtime and once at the end of her day. Dad had a fall (he slipped in the bathroom while he was changing clothes and couldn't get himself back up) and he was absolutely amazed that 3 people came to his aid within 2 or 3 minutes.

My sister’s needs and wants are addressed in a professional and compassionate way. Just yesterday, my sister said to me, “I think she loves me,” speaking of one of her nurses. When my wife speaks about Park Place, she regularly talks about how friendly the staff is.

Loves the food. Staff is extremely supportive, especially the maintenance guy that will do anything to the room that he asks. People are friendly. Lot of things to do. Doctor on staff is very convenient. 24 hour nursing. Facility is well kept.

Overall highly recommend the five star residences of Lafayette.

I can’t say enough positive things about Traditions. They were professional and so caring. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, get my aunt involved, etc. When they noticed we were having having troubles with our hospice care, the Traditions staff and Dir of Nursing stepped in to care for my aunt and the Dir of Nursing helped me switch hospice providers. The ladies who greet guests coming in are the best! Many of our visitors commented on how welcoming and helpful they were. From a safety standpoint, they knew who belonged to who. We always felt safe. The dining room staff and food were also wonderful. Would recommend Traditions to everyone!

It is a very nice facility and clean . Staff is very helpful with the patient's. in the main house. We just got a new chief have to wait and see on this. Activities are weak they do ok . Lots of Bingo,cards do have events for all of us . This is very hard to say they do try to entertain all of us.

Traditions of Lebanon is very open to having family there and ensuring a place for family to be. I.e. places to sit a community area. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would without question recommend this community to others I just did this week

We are in an independent care villas. We basically care for ourselves. The best part of living here is the attached garage which is perfect. Of all the facilities I have visited the garage is the best. I have my stained glass shop inside the garage with my full size car and it works great. I think it cost too much per month but haven't found one cheaper that could match this Traditions. They are very friendly and helpful in every way. We enjoy living here.

Traditions proved overall care beyond our expectations. The overall care cost is reasonable for the services given. The staff was very attentive and professional. Management responded to the basic and additional family needs. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking elderly care.

I lived at Meadowbrook fot one year and really enjoyed my stay there. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, helpful, upbeat and mingles with the residents well. The day I walked in the door to move in, I felt really welcomed. There is always something on the activities calendar from daily card games to board games and other daily activities. They have weekly activities such as movie night, entertainment on Friday and a monthly lunch outing to keep you occupied. They even had a really nice activity for the eclipse. The medical staff is very caring, knowledgeable and very helpful as they helped me a couple of times. They also have on-site physical therapy which I used a lot and loved it. Overall, it truly is a great place to live and the only reason I left was to move closer to family, but I really enjoyed my time at Meadowbrook.

We like that Meadow Brook Senior Living is a smaller facility, which means they really know my mom. She is happy there. They have a variety of activities to choose from. Based on the experience we have had with this community, we would recommend them to other who may need a place for their loved ones

when it comes to the meals and dining our loved one things they serve way too much pasta. They could also improve on frequently assisting our loved one with shaving and brushing their teeth. However, based on the experience we have had, we would recommend Traditions at North Willow to other families.

This facility is very flexible with responding to individual needs. My husband has Alzheimers but I am not yet ready to place him in Memory Care. They allow him to attend the activities in Memory care during the day and then let him come back to the AL side during the rest of the time. The building is very clean; the Aides are kind, caring and polite. The food is absolutely superb!!

Staff is excellent! Lots of activities to participate in. Good food and a very friendly staff. Facility is decorated for holidays. Van transportation is available. Newly remodeled and very clean. Highly recommend!

Traditions is very warm and welcoming. From our very first step inside the facility, everyone was super nice to us. They sat and listened to our needs, showed us what they had to offer, and never once were pushy or overbearing. It was exactly what we needed for making a decision that was emotional at the time. We were moving my dad from a home that he had spent 57 years in, to an independent living apartment. It was a big decision! They helped make it a smooth and easy transition. Dad is very happy there and has made lots of friends along the way. Traditions is a top-notch facility!

I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean, modern, and bright the facility was. The dining area especially was very inviting. My interaction with the staff has always been professional and caring.

Traditions at Brookside is excellent. Unfortunately, we had to move our loved one to a new facility. They did not have an opening in memory care at Traditions and she requires that type of care now. The person in charge of memory care at Traditions when there was availability insisted that my loved one did not need that level, which was incorrect. That is the only negative thing that I can say about Traditions, everything else is top notch.
