Traditions Management

Extremely nice. Unfortunately my brother never got to move in. The weekend he was to move in he was hospitalized and became very ill. After hospitalization he was placed back into a skilled nursing facility. What I didn't like and what I have now learned was the community fee in addition to the first months rent. Then I had to give 30 days notice so I had to pay more. I have now learned about asking for incentives and negotiating these fees. I had no clue that was an option. So my brother paid around $[removed]k and never spent one night. They should be ashamed taking his money. The facility is very nice - I do believe he would have loved it there.

The facility is very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful and keep you updated on what's going on [name removed] is great and and [name removed] always seems to be on top of anything that needs repaired and helping get my mom moved there all great people there. The rooms are good we got the smaller of the 2 and my mom said there is always something to do there I haven't been able to get to any of there music night or anything yet.

I would recommend to others. Also, when you don't know what to do, calling you guys was so helpful. You guys have been a huge help.

Our experience with Park Place has exceeded all expectations! The staff is warm and welcoming, treating my parents with dignity and respect. I have been kept well updated regarding their care. My parents are thriving in the community. They have been made to feel right at home there and are taking advantage of all the wellness and social programs being offered. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an Assisted Living for themselves or a loved one!

What we like the most about the community is that it is a perfect size for my mom. Grounds are very nice and the location is great, very close to our house.

Everything is still going great with Traditions! Dad still loves it there and has made great friends with other residents along with the staff too! The Facility is beautiful. My Dad is living in an Independent Living Apartment. It is spacious, has 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen, which was one of his requirements. He still loves to cook and bake. He also has his own garage for his car. All of the apartments are on one floor which is a huge plus for the elderly too

What we like the most about Traditions of Saginaw is the location, size of apartment, friendliness of staff, laundry and housekeeping, and especially the food service

The staff gets a 5+. My mother did not adjust well to the move. She had medical problems before she really had a chance to adjust. I would recommend Traditions at Beaumont

I would rate Brookdale Lakeview Crossing with a 5 Everyone was very nice and the food was good too. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for loved ones.

My father is so happy in the memory care. Quincy Place is excellent! Highly recommend to others!

it's clean, staff is amazing and abundant programming options. we love it!!

She feels safe and confident there and yes we would recommend Bridgepointe Gardens to other families based on the experience so far.

They were amazing!! Meals, management, and maintenance were great!!

Continuity of care independent, assisted and memory care with medical staff 24/7 8 location was key 9 welcoming for visitors

The fact that they allow people to bring their pets with them, sets them apart from every other facility in the area!

I would recommend Brookdale. They have been very good with my mom who has dementia. She gets interaction with others and participate on activities

The response to my request for help finding a facility was fast, appointments were set up for me making it easy. Helpful questions to ask and things to know were emailed to me. All with kind understanding words.

All the aides plus [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were great

My mother needed a lot of assistance and was reluctant to move around. The staff was excellent in helping her with hygiene and getting her to take part in some of the activities outside her room.

Overall the community is very upbeat and has tons of activities. The staff is eager to support all your needs. The staff is extremely courteous and willing to go above and beyond to help. My mom loves the other residents and enjoys the food, happy hour and all the activities like name that tune and trivia.
