I would rate a 5 on all! I'm very pleased and I visit a lt! Love it!! The staff is Great! Especially [name removed]! The food is good. They have lots of activities! The rooms are a perfect size for a queen bed a sofa and large dresser! Good sized closet too. Waters Edge of Bradenton has given our family peace of mind with a clean well staffed safe place for Mom! I highly recommend!

I recently had my parent at GVE for respite care. Best decision. The staff I met from Director of Leasing to maintenance were actually the most kind and knowledgeable I’ve encountered. What gives this review a 5 star rating is that my mother wants to go back permanently. She loved the setting, the other residents, staff (especially) and the dining hall. Thank you GVE for treating my mother with respect and kindness. God bless

[name removed] was very nice. After discussing with my mom, this is not the right place for her. This has nothing to do with the facility but about how she feels. The location itself was lovely, had a pool, a walking trail and was nice.

Grand Villa of Palm Bay has been a great choice for my family member. Every experience since the beginning has been exceptional, starting with our walk through with [name removed], efficiently signing with [name removed] addressing and meeting all of our needs in acclimating to new home feels. Every staff member addresses by name warm and attentively. The food is delicious and the wait staff is so friendly and accommodating. It is also a pleasure to see all of the residents are so happy, which tells a great deal about the place! It is immaculately maintained too! It’s comforting, and I am grateful to know my family member is well taken care of.

My dad is happy at Grand Villa. He goes on the trips to various stores and restaurants. Enjoys the events with live music and Ice Cream Sundae days. I would recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one. They have such a full calendar to appeal to everyone, multiple outings throughout the week they can go on. My dad even signs up and gets his hair cut in the little barber shop.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with this assisted living facility. From the very beginning, we felt welcomed and reassured that our loved one was in caring and capable hands. We would especially like to recognize [name removed] and [name removed] for the outstanding care and compassion they provide. Their kindness, patience, and genuine concern for each resident’s well-being have made a lasting impression on our family. They are always willing to answer questions, provide updates, and offer support when it’s needed most. What really stuck out to us was that [name removed] greeted each resident we encountered during our tour by name. The entire staff has created a warm, friendly, and safe environment that truly feels like home. The facility is clean, well maintained, and it’s clear that everyone takes pride in providing high-quality care. Knowing our loved one is surrounded by such dedicated and compassionate people gives us tremendous peace of mind.

I recently took a tour, and to be honest I thought this facility would be like the other places I had visited but I was wrong. There was a different vibe when I walked in. I was greeted with a smile but the look and feel of the facility also drew me in. Everyone was dressed in their purple uniforms and they looked so neat, clean and very professional Everything was neat and clean. The main building is beautiful and the dining room is lovely. The facility didn’t have that typical nursing home smell either which was so refreshing.

This facility felt the closest to “home” away from home. The staff dress in a color that is sensitive to their patients needs. But it doesn’t just stop there. The staffs actions are louder than words! There is such a warm and positive energy in this assisted living facility They literally roll out the red carpet and greet new residents with a thrilling and emotion filled welcome home! My mother who is rather shy at first sight was so at home and had a smile from one cheek to another. But they are also focused on the details as well! They are extremely professional and dot the is and cross the tees when it comes to compliance and doing things by the book! Sending a super shout out to Lori on the sales team for her positive and infectious energy. Her passion is in matched. This was our last visit but ended up being our first choice for my mom’s respite while I am away on business! I am sure my mom will have an unforgettable experience there!

Placing my loved one into assisted living was unknown territory. Staff were welcoming as we entered, and the environment on the whole was inviting, and busy with residents moving about their day. There are so many on-site services available to residents, from the lovely salon, the easy flowing dining room and its flavorful menu choices. Social events daily, and medical care, to name a few. Walking each step of the way with us on orientation day was [name removed] who made the whole process feel smooth even though we felt nervous. This lovely human being could see that, and with kindess and humor guided us through the forms process, facility tour, and team introductions. Thank you Grand Villa team for ensuring this feels like a community first, even though it's a business.

Some of the Assisted Living and Memory Care prices in Naples were so far out of our reach...which made finding a place for our loved one very stressful. We were so surprised when we toured the Pineapple House and realized that not only could we afford it, but it was one of the nicer communities we had toured!

I really needed to share my experience at this place. I couldn't be more in Awe at the love and little details that I saw. Seeing how the different staff interacted with the residents, the cute decor and feedback from others about the yummy food was so neat to experience. The residents look so genuinely happy and the place is so well kept really giving the space a home like feel. I really would like to give a shout to the staff that helped me and my grandmother through this process. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were so patient, kind and inviting that it put me at ease with idea of placing a loved one in a facility!

We moved mom here from out of state and, understandably, were worried that it might not be a good fit as it is such a different place from her previous community. We have been so happy with the open communication from the director, office staff, nurse, and housekeeping. People pop in to remind her mom about meals and activities, everyone is very quick to respond and happy to lend a hand to make this transition less stressful.

Most of our experience has been with the memory care facility and it has been wonderful. Everyone has been attentive to not only our family member’s needs but ours as well. However, all of the staff, throughout the entire place have been great. They are thoughtful and generous with their time. The facilities are very well maintained. The common areas are open with large windows to take in the Florida style landscape. We are so happy to be a part of this community.

I recently toured the community and I all I can say is wow! The sales team I met with were super accommodating and compassionate. The residents were very friendly and told me how much they enjoy the community. I went in expecting a run of the mill facility, I am happy to say I am wrong.

Toured for my in-laws. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the community, the friendly people ( staff and residents), and the big movie room. The layout of the building is convenient, all amenities are on the 1st floor so it's easy to learn your way around. Apartments are newly remodeled and even have large 1 bedrooms with 2 baths. Definitely on top of my list.

When I moved into to Grand Villa of Port Charlotte I did not want to be here. I was being released from rehab and was not able to move back home alone. I could barely get out of my wheelchair to stand for a few minuets. I started PT here at the community. Slowly I got stronger. I don't use a wheelchair anymore and just use my walker to feel more secure. To my surprise I have made many friends. I enjoy live entertainment w/ happy hour. My apt is a nice size. 6 Months ago I would not ever believe I would say I am very happy here, but I sure am!

During our tour the residents were happy and welcoming. They engaged with us and mentioned how much they loved living there. The tour guide was forthcoming with all details. The community was clean, apt are a nice size and include a lanai.

I have been Living here now for a few months. Great place. Great food and great activities. Glad I went with Tuscan Gardens. I am looking forward to the future here and continuing to meet new friends.

Very informative tour. I learned a lot. The brochure was good, particularly included the price ranges. That was very important factor to decide.

Staff was great, no complaints. Dining room management could be improved. It was crowded, with slow service and dirty.
