My daughter took me on a tour of Grand Villa Englewood. Beautiful campus and very well taken care of. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were very nice in the building was extremely clean.

Apartment size is perfect and good value. Overall Staff is great. Regular turnover noticed in wait staff but they are usually pretty friendly. Food is ok, could be a little better. My dad is not into the offered activities so maybe more could be added. All areas are kept clean. The staff really try to get to know the people who live there, what they like and recognize their habits. We would recommend this community to others

I visited because I am looking for a suitable facility for my mother. Getting a tour and pertinent information was super easy. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Also, the actual grounds and living spaces were impressive.

To me Grand Villa is a place you learn to love and it teaches how to get along with others. Overall the residents and the staff are nice people. Also the staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents are comfortable.

I visited recently during my last trip to Florida. My mother has worked in Senior Communities, so I’ve experienced several through the years. I was very impressed with Grand Villa of Englewood. It was clean, bright, & modern, and looked like it had been newly renovated throughout. The receptionist and staff encountered in the halls were friendly, and stopped to introduce themselves. The people living at Grand Villa looked happy, with several activities & lively conversations happening throughout the building. I will be considering Grand Villa of Englewood as a home for my loved one!

I recently moved my father to Grand Villa of Clearwater. He is thriving there. He really likes the food. But as his daughter and caregiver, what I appreciate most is how caring and personal everyone at the facility is. It's not at all cold and clinical, and you can tell that the residents are happy and content. The staff is very responsive, and I was able to get answers to my questions quickly, at all times of the day. I also love that they utilize text messaging so much, so it's very easy to fire off a question without having to wait around on hold on a phone call.

I am a new resident at the Pineapple House. I have never lived in a community like this before so I was not sure what to expect. I'm happy to share that my experience so far has been great. The staff has been so helpful and welcoming and the other residents are very friendly.

Definitely one of the better places we looked at. Good staff that show they care. They community was clean. We were invited to lunch, the food was very good.

The staff was wonderful and shared lots of knowledge. All residents we encountered had smiles and seemed happy. They freely told us what they liked about living there.

My mother lived at Elan Manatee's memory care facility "The Cottage" for 3 1/2 years. Elan is expertly managed and led by [name removed] who carefully recruits and selects loving, caring and professional staff members to provide what I call God's work. From intake, to kitchen staff who carefully managed my mom's restricted diet, to cleaning staff to activities director to nursing, everyone was loving and caring toward my mother and our family. The facility is beautifully decorated, clean, and well maintained. Anytime I had a question, I received a return phone call or email within the hour - amazing for any type of health facility. I highly recommend Elan Manatee!!

I been here for over two (2) years and love it! Everyone is very nice from residents to staff. Staff is always making sure we are all taken care, from assisting us with our daily activities of daily living, to making sure we have all our meals, the meals are all good or we have the all alternative menu. I am very happy to be here.

I was extremely impressed with the features and liked what is included with the rooms. The apartment I saw was a very nice size and the people seemed warm and friendly.

I am in the real estate business and have worked with several clients over the years that have moved to Grand Villa and all of them have had very good things to say about the community. They love the convenient location downtown and proximity to all the great spots Sarasota has to offer.

We love this location and are strongly considering a move in the next year after hearing very positive reviews from our former neighbors that moved in a few months ago. We go to church close by and have many favorite spots that make Grand Villa the perfect spot to continue on with our activities and lifestyle. It seems very clean and bright and the few folks we met were very friendly.

Very impressed with Grand Villa. My wife and I have visited many Senior Living Communities through the years, both for family needs and to visit friends. Our family friends, who are residents, have been very happy and we continue to be impressed by the staff and amenities of Grand villa each time we visit.

The staff and leadership are fantastic. They treat you and your loved ones like you’re part of their family. The place is absolutely beautiful!

I had a wonderful tour of Tuscan Gardens and was very impressed with the Assisted Living community. The community was beautiful, welcoming, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the tour was very informative and knowledgeable. Overall, a lovely community with a warm and inviting atmosphere!

We toured tuscan gardens for a future move in for my father. He is completley independent now but will need assistance in the future. They offer a transistion of aging in place where you can stay in your apartment and not have to go from room to room or building to building. My father really liked the option.

Tuscan Gardens has a beautiful Memory Care Community where the residents are highly engaged and actively participate in a variety of activities. The community features a lovely dining room and a very spacious activity room that provides plenty of room for residents to gather, socialize, and enjoy their time together. What I loved most, however, was the courtyard. It was beautifully designed with the residents in mind, creating a peaceful outdoor space where they can enjoy fresh air and sunshine independently while still being in a safe and thoughtfully designed environment.
