5/5 Stars: A Warm and Welcoming Community I recently had the pleasure of presenting at Grand Villa of Englewood as part of their educational series, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. It is clear that the community prioritizes the well-being of its residents, from the thoughtful, engaging programming to the beautiful and comfortable amenities that truly make it feel like home. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and centers on creating a genuine sense of family for everyone who lives there. What really stands out, however, is the staff. The team at Grand Villa—especially [Name Rmoved]—are incredibly professional, kind, and dedicated. It was a joy to see how engaged and well-cared for the residents are, and the staff's commitment to creating a vibrant, supportive environment is evident in every interaction. I did a walk in of the facility just because I was driving by. The building caught my attention. There was a warm welcoming feeling when I entered the lobby. I was greeted by a sales associate and asked if it was possible for information and a tour for a friend. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a gem that is hidden which is to bad!

This facility has been updated and will definitely consider this for my mom when she's ready. She will be well taken care of here

Very luxurious community. The rooms are spacious and they have a very large closet in the one bedroom. Definitely good for downsizing. Nice kitchenette but all three meals are included. If you enjoy walking they have a beautiful courtyard with multiple sitting areas. Lovely community.

Looking for the future for my wife and I. They had both independent and assisted living and you are able to age in place which was a huge plus. Beautiful community. Definitely one we will look into when the time comes.

My Mom has lived at Grand Villa of Clearwater (GFC) for almost 2 years and is absolutely thriving since moving there. Being at GVC truly feels like home for her. The staff, at all levels, are amazing! Many staff members have been long term employees which provides stability to the residents in that they see a familiar face on a routine basis. Residents are treated with respect. The facility feels like walking into a high end hotel. It is clean and very well decorated. The activities are endless and highly attended by the residents. There are many amenities within the facility, beauty salon, sundry shop, fitness rooms. I witness on a daily basis the compassion that is shown to the residents making resident's lives better. I highly recommend GVC your loved one. Of final note, the food is quite good!

After touring many places, I chose Grand Villa for my Grandma. At that time it felt the most like home, from the residents I saw just living their lives and the service that we received from Dawn and her team. It seemed like a great fit. Now its been a month and Its been nothing short of amazing for her. They have a nice "restaurant" for her meals, the WHOLE team is so helpful and they have enough activities for her to remain busy while also not be overwhelmed. I am so very glad that we chose Grand Villa for her new home!

I love Grand Villa. It is a special place. It is convenient for family and I have lived here two weeks now and love the staff and the food. I have also made some good friends.I also live the activity events and trips.

My parents having to leave their home and move into Grand Villa was difficult and sad for them. However, All the staff have made the transition easier. They are always ready to help, answer questions and have become like their family. When the staff sees them, they'll stop and talk to them even though they're busy, and they all know my parents names along with the other residents! Thank you for having loving hearts, patience and great understanding. All of you are such a blessing to my parents!

I recently toured Grand Villa Assisted living facility in Ocala and was truly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, I met with an agent, Debbie who was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a bright, inviting atmosphere. It was clear that resident comfort, safety, and dignity are top priorities here. I was especially impressed by the sense of community and the thoughtful amenities and activities available for residents. I had an opportunity to tour this property last week and I found it very welcoming & clean. I was able to meet with [Name removed] who was so helpful in explaining the property, the levels of care they provide and all of the many amenities the property has to offer. I especially loved the activities schedule. The dining menus were appealing and provided many options. I was very pleased with this property.

Staff is very nice and caring. The food is very good and they're on a schedule. A lot of activities.
