The environment was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the level of care provided. [Name Removed], in particular, was absolutely fabulous. He was not only highly skilled and informative but also kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. We just moved mom in, with the help of [Name Removed] and the wonderful staff. She made the transition go smoothly and was right there for anything that we needed. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My mother is so happy to becoming part of the Grand Villa Family. I can't thank everyone enough for all that they did to help mom through this not so easy transition.

I live in the Grandvilla in Clearwater on Drew St., Florida. I have been here almost 2 years and I checked a few places before I settled here. I have found the place that I have chosen a great location lots of activities and the staff is fantastic. We have the front office staff, which listens to anything that you might have to tell them and they will work with you. We have to maintenance which are amazing anytime that you need them. You will get someone that knows exactly what's going on and what needs to be done to correct the situation we have the cleaning crew which is fantastic. No problem there then we have the dining room servers and cooks And I love the servers and they try to meet every person's needs. It's been shorthanded at times, but they work hard. The food is good sometimes something that is not what you like but they have additional things that you can order even if it's breakfast and for dinner so you're always something to work around with to satisfy your needs. We have a lot of activities but entertainment and that is so fantastic especially when you see the older people From memory care, facilities, or the older people that are forgetful but when you play them, the music of fact then which is what we normally have the sunshine that comes into their eyes and the smiles and movements just makes you know that you're doing something right We also have many outings that are bus take us to and we get to do things outside as the museum's. This shows go to the park. They think of things for all of us to be able to do. I really do not have any complaints and if I did, it's something minor that I cannot even remember right now what they were things are taking care of immediately here I rate this place a 5+ in my eyes and seeing all that is offered here I am in independent living. I have a small room but is accessible to the activity room and I have a small balcony that I enjoy looking out, especially when the weather is beautiful.

My father has been in memory care at Elan of Manatee for almost a year, I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he receives. It truly takes a special kind of person to care for individuals with dementia, and this facility has an exceptional team. From [Names Removed] and many others. Every staff member shows incredible patience and genuine compassion. It is clear that this is not just a paycheck to them. They truly care about the residence. the food is excellent as well, with menus that change often so meals never become repetitive. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone who has a family member with memory issues.

The facility was brightly lit. There was a friendly atmosphere. The dining room was nice and the food was good, and the staff was attentive and nice. The rooms had a lot of natural light. I wish they had more elevators. The staff were very nice and called all the residents by name.

Community was inviting and lively with activities going on while I was on our tour. Staff were really friendly and answered all my questions.

I moved in because the community and staff were super friendly and helpful.

During our evening visit, the receptionist was very attentive to greet us as we walked in. Assist with very signing us in as she knew who we were visiting. Many residents were scattered, some in the lobby playing cards. And others were watching jeopardy and socializing. Very homy feeling and evening of socialization. Just like when you are home.

Good food and friendly people

My dad has been living here since end of [Date Removed] of last year. He really likes it. He is in the Cabanas and really likes the feeling of living in a "condo"! The staff are always friendly and willing to help with anything he needs. Before you make a decision, you should make sure and go for a tour :)

The environment was nice, the staff were helpful and informative. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable of their work. They were able to answer all of my questions.

My mom has found a new home at Grand Villa. The staff are always very helpful and stay on top of things, from attending to mom's health needs to communicating with family. We were recently having a tough time getting approval for a long term health care claim. Staff went above and beyond to get the claim we submitted approved by taking the initiative to reach out to the insurance company to find out what they were needing. Their effort resulted in the claim being approved retroactive to a full year. They automatically file information with them on a monthly basis to keep the claim alive. I am so glad we chose Grand Villa for my mom's well being.

I recently toured this community for my sister. We were quite nervous about moving her from up north.When I heard about all the amenities, the ambassador program and the great activity program. We knew this would be the perfect place for her. We cannot wait to move her in here.

Had a great tour with this community. They spent so much time explaining how everything works and were very transparent. I didn't feel pressured to make an immediate decision. I was able to ask a lot of questions and speak to some of the residents. It was a great experience and am grateful for all the resources they provided to help me make the best decision. I will definitely stay in touch.

We enjoyed the tour, we thought the place was very nice. The only issue was that the 2 bedroom units didn't have 2 bathrooms and cannot cohabitate with my husband with just one bathroom.

Staff was very helpful and informative. Everyone was upbeat and appear very caring and involved with the people that live there

I visit several clients on a monthly basis and this community always smells good. Super clean and staff always accommodating. I enjoy my visits and appreciate the hard work it takes to keep such a high standard. Keep up the great job!
