Elan Manatee has been a phenomenal experience for both my mom and me. From the very beginning they were welcoming, caring and understanding. The facility is immaculate; superbly maintained and managed. The staff is amazing and caring. Things like food, laundry etc. are just easy! Room sizes are appropriate. And again, everything works great inside as well.

I came to visit an old friend today during their happy hour and resident birthday party and it was such a great time. All the residents and staff were dancing to the live music, it was lovely to see!

My husband and I moved into the Pineapple House just a few months ago, but in that short time I have been amazed at how caring and compassionate the staff have been during some difficult situations. I would confidently recommend this community to anyone.

We had a lovely tour and there were apartments available. My mother is very excited about all the amenities. She is moving in next week!

My wife and I moved in 2 months ago and we can’t say enough good things about our experience so far. The staff goes out of their way in every way possible to help us. They know us and call us by name which makes us feel like we matter. The cleanliness of the community is outstanding and we have found our new apartment to be perfect for us. The activities have brought us closer to other neighbors and I have especially enjoyed the weekly card games. My wife is doing her physical therapy here and they have helped her tremendously. She has improved in every way since being in rehab prior to our move and they take special care of her, which means so much to us. We are happy!

Our experience with the care staff has been great and they have been available to address any initial concerns we had, along with the maintenance guys helping us with whatever we needed at move in and beyond. The location is convenient for us to pop in for church pick up or dinners and we are able to visit more often. The residents are very nice and we are very happy that my dad feels so comfortable.

Very Friendly atmosphere and the residents all seemed content and very happy! The cost was high and someone on a fixed income would have trouble affording it, but it was a great place!

I recently visited a former client/friend who moved to Grand Villa about a year ago, and she is thriving! Living alone in her large home was no longer manageable and she is noticeably happier and more social. Her apartment is decorated with all of her favorite things and she was excited to show me around. The building is bright and very clean. The people I came across were friendly and smiled and said hello. I left feeling very good knowing that my sweet friend is in a good place.

I moved in just a few months ago into independent living at the Pineapple House. In that short time I do feel that I have been very impressed. I'm on a special diet and the kitchen supervisor and her staff always try to accommodate me, which I'm very thankful for.

I have been a resident at Tuscan gardens since February. The community is beautiful with good views. The food is good and I enjoy going to the activities especially happy hour. I am glad I chose Tuscan Gardens.

I take care of a resident at the community and it's great to walk in a see every resident so happy. The community has so many activities and their entertainment every Sunday is very good. I so the family of my patient decided to bring him here. This is a great place to live.

The activities at Tuscan Gardens are top notch. This week they went to the mote marine aquarium and Cheesecake Factory. [name removed] does such a great job keeping them busy with fun things to do. We are so happy mom chose Tuscan gardens.

Had the opportunity to visit the community for a friend who is looking for an asssited living. The community is extremely clean, and residents seem very happy. When we where there their were several activities going on and my friend like that specially those who were playing Mahjong.

The community is well maintain, is very clean, staff is extremely kind and all the residents are well taken care off. My friend moved here almost a year ago and is very happy and that makes me happy. If you are looking for a home for a friend or love one this is the place!

Tuscan gardens of venetian Bay is a beautiful community with wonderful staff. They have a very nice always available menu and great activity program. The residents were engaged in bocce ball during the tour. The grounds are amazing and everyone was so kind on the tour.

I just toured this community with my family. We looked at six communities which felt like it was overboard. This was our last stop at Tuscan Gardens. I felt very informed when I left they provided me with more information than the other communities which was super helpful as well as kind and didn’t feel rushed since we have been through this process. I felt like a pro, but there were still many things that I gathered when I was there the one thing I did appreciate during the time I spent there was people stopped and spoke to me and my family as we walk through the hallways and talk to us about what they have experienced living in Tuscan Gardens. It’s very helpful taking to people while we were there

Tuscan Gardens has such a beautiful atmosphere. The residents bring so much warmth, personality, and joy to the community, and there’s a genuine sense of connection here. It’s a welcoming, peaceful place where people seem to truly enjoy being around one another. The community has a special feeling that’s hard to put into words.

Staff very friendly. Plenty room in the apartment. She likes the food and we would recommend Grand Villa to other families

Since my dad has moved into Grand Villa, I believe he has been the happiest I’ve ever seen him in living in an assisted living facility. The facility itself is very well maintained and clean. [name removed] was absolutely amazing as to his help with getting us a tour of the actual apartment my dad would have and also making sure that after my dad moved in that everything was ok. [name removed] was also amazing as she was instrumental in helping me navigate through the paperwork. She introduced me to all the medical people as well as introducing me to housekeeping and the chef. [name removed] also was able to answer all my questions and had all of the documents that were signed in a file for me to take home for my records. [name removed] was also extremely helpful in helping me get the necessary forms that were needed from the other facility where my dad was at. The receptionist in all medical staff are equally hard-working and friendly. I would highly recommend Grand Villa.

The residents seemed very friendly and enjoyed living there. They had various activities going on and a variety of different places to gather that made it feel like visiting someone’s home.
