I can’t say enough about The Grand Villa. I had put my mom here and now her sister. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming so it actually does feel like home. I never have any worries about the care for my aunt. The entire staff is always so helpful especially [name removed]! I would recommend sending any of my loved ones here.

I love living at Grand Villa. The Care Staff is always here to assist and take care of you when needed. Most of the residents are friendly and kind. I sit in the main lobby regularly and observe and talk to people. Overall Grand Villa is the place to be.

Once I toured Grand Villa and noticed how the entire staff engages with all of their residents, I knew this was the place for my Loved One.

I enjoy being a resident here very much. The staff and nurses are amazing. [name removed] at the front desk always smiling and always making sure that we’re ok. The food is fantastic, the housekeeping always make sure everything is spotless and clean.

The place is absolutely beautiful. The staff is great. The sales assistant has been an absolute gem helping with the paperwork! My Mom is so happy there. She loves reading so the library is a perfect spot for her. My mind is at ease knowing she is happy.

We toured and found the community centrally located to shopping and banks. The staff was caring and residents were friendly! Highly recommend, this is a great senior living community.

My mother in law has been at the Pineapple House for 2 years in assisted living. She’s been very happy during her time here. The housekeeping and nursing staff are truly outstanding. The activity programs are very engaging. Overall we’re so happy she’s here!

I recently toured this community and during the tour Everyone was very friendly. The staff was very nice. The residence seemed very happy and enjoying activities. They were just getting ready for happy hour which they do every day at 3:15. Very nice place.

The activities program at tuscan in both memory care and assisted living are fantastic!They keep the residents engaged and have great outings! Highly recommend this beautiful community to anyone looking!

We were a drop in tour at Grand Villa. We were warmly greeted by the front desk. She was friendly, welcoming, and assured us that Saturday tours are always accommodated. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, personable, and clearly passionate about what she does. We were impressed from the moment we walked through the doors. It was refreshing to see a modern, updated community rather than a dated facility with old carpet and fixtures like some of the places we had just visited. The apartments were clean, bright, and well-maintained and affordable. The residents and staff we encountered were all friendly and welcoming. We especially liked the movie theater and the overall atmosphere. Grand Villa is currently our top choice for my sister. We highly recommend taking a tour!

I love that everyone is so friendly staff and residents. The food is good and delicious. We have a great swimming pool which I love to swim in regularly. The like the Grand Villa atmosphere. It feels like living in a resort with lots of amenities. I feel lucky to live at Grand Villa.

My kids live in Deltona. I am close and they come to visit often. I love the people at Grand Villa and the staff is amazing. I also like the programs and entertainment offer, they are amazing. I love living at Grand Villa.

I moved my parents in 6 months ago. I wanted to submit a review after my parents acclimated for at least 6 months. I wanted to make sure what I wrote I was accurate. From the moment I toured Tuscan to the present time I’ve had nothing but a great experience. When we first brought my mom and dad in to tour we were so welcomed. My sister and I had so many questions during the move in process, there was never a time even late into the during evening hours that my sister and I didn’t get a response or the help we needed regarding our questions. We are very pleased with Tucan gardens.

My family and I have thoroughly been pleased with what we’ve experienced the last eight weeks at Tuscan Gardens highly recommend it. Everyone has been fantastic. It does take time to get adjusted but after the first 2 weeks my father in law got acclimated.

I moved my mom in a few months ago, cause she had fallen at home so we thought it wasn’t safe from the moment we walked into the community to where we are now everybody made it feel like family. People have been very helpful anytime we’ve had questions we’ve gotten a quick response so that’s been really nice and she has really started to find her new friends and that has been a sense of relief for my siblings and I.

If you’re looking for a special place for mom and dad in the Sarasota area , I highly recommend looking into Grand Villa of Sarasota. This is a wonderful, convenient, downtown location, with beautifully remodeled common areas, and apartments with pretty views and large oak trees. The community is large enough to offer a wide ray of services, but also small enough to feel intimate.

The overall experience was terrific. They understood the urgency of the situation yet were not frantic or panicked by it and it helped to CALM the anxiety one naturally experiences when the cascading series of events begins when a loved one is in decline. The facilities were BRIGHT and clean. Very important as depression is something that everyone involved struggles with when confronted with this turn of events. The apt was fine... also bright.

What we like the most about Grand Villa of Clearwater is that they were able to get my brother involved in activities. He had a difficult time adjusting but the staff was very friendly and won him over.
