I visit my grandmother regularly and it's nice that the staff takes the time to get to know me and call me by name when I come in. I always see the same people which gives me piece of mind that there isn't a lot of turn over with the employees. My grandmother says the food is good and the people are kind to her. Thank you!

It's been a whirlwind of touring and meeting with people at different communities while looking for the right place for my mom. Grand Villa in Boynton stands out as a place to consider. It has this homey, caring atmosphere that you cannot fake. Everyone was so welcoming and stopped to say hi. When the time comes, I will definitely be back.

Visiting a resident that [Name Removed] helped me place in Grand Villa. He was at another Assisted Living. Decided to move him to Grand Villa after[Name Removed] presented the facility. So glad I relocated to Grand Villa with Shannon’s wonderful assistance.

Tuscan Gardens staff were very warm and friendly. The sales staff were excellent. The building was beautiful and well maintained. The final selling point was the ability to Age in Place.

My great grandma is a resident here at this amazing community and I couldn’t be more thankful for the atmosphere she is in! I love the wide spread of activities and staff involvement. Always smiling faces wherever you look.

The staff is friendly and my mother-in-law seems happy there. She really enjoys her Bible study and knitting club. They have made some changes in the kitchen and she thinks the food is better. There are growing pains with a waiter now coming to take your order, but they are getting quicker now with more practice. They have replaced most of the flooring throughout the building and done a lot of upgrades recently, including the elevators.

The community was friendly and warm. When I went to visit my friend she let me know how many ladies she'd been able to connect with. She plays bingo and meets up for cards weekly. I'm thankful she found a place to call home.

The Memory Care community at Tuscan Gardens always has some type of activity going on. [name removed] the Life Enrichment Director does a wonderful job with meeting all of the residents needs. She is always doing beautiful crafts with them to hang on their doors. They always seem to be smiling and engaged in activities.

I went to visit a friend of mine mother, and I was so impressed with the cleanliness, location and the friendliness of everyone especially [name removed]. Unfortunately, my parents are deceased but if they were still living, I would definitely have them come stay there. It's really really beautiful and you all do a wonderful job.

I realized i needed a bit more care then i was getting at home. my boyfriend and I decided to look around and settled on Grand Villa. It has a beautiful area to sit under by the big oak trees. The staff and care techs treat us very well.

My boyfriend and family found this community and not only did I move in, but my boy friend did also. We love it here. They have kind staff and residents to help out as needed. I walk outside and rest in the sun under the big oak trees.

I've had family members who lived in Sr communities throughout Pinellas County for years, and I wish I would've known about Grand Villa sooner because I think it's the best. I had a clear idea of what I was looking for when it was time for my Mom to move. The convenient location is why we initially looked there, and we both loved it. If you're looking for opulence and stuffiness, you won't find it there. If you're looking for a nicely appointed, clean environment filled with staff who are not only kind and compassionate, but actually happy to be there, Grand Villa is the place for you. The minute you get out of your car you will see happy residents and happy staff. Our Leasing Rep [Name Removed], was exceptional at finding Mom the perfect apartment with a nice view and full sized fridge! She has made many friends, and the Activity Director [Name Removed] and staff, are excellent at keeping everyone entertained and engaged in a wide range of activities and outings that are suitable for all residents

Tuscan Gardens is a beautiful community. The staff is so friendly. You can tell they truly care for their residents. They have a great happy hour on Fridays that includes live music and pizza. The residents seemed like they were having a wonderful time.

Love the staff at Grand Villa! They always go above and beyond to make residents and families feel comfortable, supported, and valued. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism truly set this community apart.

Grand Villa Senior Living has a great vibe with friendly staff who truly care about each resident. The residents are happy, friendly, and welcoming, creating a warm, supportive community that feels like home.

I brought my parents here for a tour and we were all very impressed, the place is very well kept, no odors, the staff were engaged and the people that live there seemed happy. We looked at both the one bedroom and two bedroom apartments and both were spacious. The tour was professional and informative, [Name Removed] was very patient and answered every one of our 50 questions and made us feel welcomed and part of the family. We also stayed for lunch which was delicious. My parents are looking forward to calling Grand Villa their home.

Please note that this review is solely for the activities department staff in memory care unit. [Name Removed] , [Name Removed], and [Name Removed] are top notch. They are kind, caring and attentive individuals that truly are doing the Lords work. As far as the nursing staff/aides, there is much to be desired

The memory care unit at Grand Villa East is a very nice place, full of activities and good food. I am a care giver for one of their residents and he is very happy as well as his family. The team does take good care of him and the other residents. If you are looking for a memory care unit, this is the place.
