As a professional in Senior Living for 18 years, I can say The staff at Grand Villa Boynton Beach truly make the community “home” for many grateful residents. The staff and residents were extremely warm and welcoming during our visit. My client and I spent a lot of time with Elaine and the Executive Director Felicia, discussing the care needs for my client’s mother. We both felt completely comfortable and our concerns were addressed with ease and empathy. The community is not too big or too small and there was a great energy and liveliness during our visit. I highly recommended visiting Grand Villa Boynton if you or your loved one is in need of a friendly, caring and active environment!

Staff is usually very responsive, medication administration timing has been really the only issue, making sure mom gets her meds in a timely manner, but we have worked out a system that so far is working for us where mom self-administers her time sensitive ones. So if your family member has time sensitive meds, you may need to look into some kind of system that they can self administer with (like a hero system) They have good food options. The only improvement would be if the kitchen was open all day instead of just at meal times, but mom keeps snacks i her room, so that's workable Also on med administration, they dont do vital signs, so if its something like Blood pressure meds and you need to track your blood pressure, they dont do that either. I dont know how they check blood sugars for diabetics too

I thought I already reviewed this- but perhaps it went onto the other facility. I had a great visit at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs. It's a beautiful facility- gorgeous dining room with great menus, the grounds and staff are wonderful. My visit with Nick was rich with information- he gave me all the time I needed to understand the financial implications and the benefits of life there. Very much appreciated.

My mom is a resident at Grand Villa Palm Coast. The staff are professional and friendly. She has become more engaged with activities than she has at other prior facilities. She seems to feel safe and well taken care of there which has been a big relief!

I like that many of the staff have been there for a while, so not a revolving door of staff. Everyone is very professional, they know my dad and he is really loving it there

The assisted living community where I currently reside is closing. I have a limited time in which to find a new "home", and it needs to be fast. I telephoned Grand Villa of Delray East. I spoke with the executive director, who was very pleasant and reassuring. Making arrangements for a tour of the community was easy and at my convenience. My experience when I entered the lobby was very warm and welcoming. I loved the apartment that I was shown and renting this beautiful apartment was fast and easy, which I needed, given my current circumstances. I was able to move several of my belongings in before my actual move in date. The motto of Grand Villa is "Where it looks like home and feels like family". I can't wait to come "home".

Tuscan gardens is a beautiful community. The staff is caring. The residents are happy. The food looks good. For being 10 years old this building is very well kept.

I recently visited a friend’s mother at Grand Villa. What a delightful surprise — a hidden gem in Sarasota. Amazing to be so close to downtown, with such lush tropical views. The staff were so professional and gracious showing me around. The units are modern, bright and airy. The residents I met were mostly long-time Sarasotans who seemed very happy to be there. I think my mother would love the downtown energy along with the beautiful setting. Can’t wait to bring her for a visit!

My mother lived here for a year in the assisted living section and almost a year in the memory care unit. We were extremely happy with the facilities and the food was terrific! The staff members assembled and was a role model for, had qualified, professional, yet helpful and warm department heads. Any problems that occurred over the course of the Alzheimer’s progression my mother experienced were improved through group problem-solving, including the wishes of the family. They were especially helpful when we were working with Mother who was trying to care for her dog as long as possible. The front staff always welcomed us as GV family and were obviously involved with all of the residents. The staff members taking on the responsibilities of personal/medical care for mom and the other residents were loving and thoughtful beyond what was expected for

Toured with friends for their mom. Great community that I would put my parents in. I appreciate how clean it was and feel that is very important when considering a move. Everyone we encountered was nice to us and we learned a lot! Would recommend!

I visited with family and was so impressed with how comfortable it felt. The staff seemed to really care and that stood out to all of us! Great location downtown and very nice apartments. The people we met seemed very friendly.

Extremely informative, very clean, the staff was extremely happy with, the questions that we asked. Did not feel that we were rushed.

Very friendly. Very helpful. They enjoy their residents. Pet friendly with treats. The only thing that they could improve is a few more people in the kitchen/dining room.

From my point of view, the facility is very clean and well laid out. The staff are all friendly and helpful—whenever I have a question, I just need to ask, and they’re always happy to assist.

This facility is amazing! I just moved my grandma in a month ago and she loves it. The staff have been so great, friendly, openly communicating with me anytime I reach out. The memory care floor she is on, has great friendly vibes that almost makes you feel like a family. The waterfront view is obviously a plus. The people I have to praise the most are [name removed] at the front, [name removed] who my grandma absolutely loves and the memory care director [name removed]. Everyone has been wonderful but I have worked closely with them and can’t be happier that my grandma is happy and safe right where she is with such great staff all around. Thank you!

The grounds are well kept. The place looks nice and clean. Good outdoor places to sit and get some sun. This was a preliminary visit but I think it will be our best option.

Pleasantly surprised. There were lots of activities. The dining room was beautiful. I look forward to taking my uncle to see all that they offer.

Very pleasant environment, upbeat, clean, friendly, helpful efficient staff, lots of things to do. Administrative Services ([name removed]) has been extremely helpful as is [name removed](Nursing). The Nurse Practioner ([name removed]) has also been extremely helpful in coordinating medication orders. My loved one is very happy there.

My experience at Grand Villa of Port Charlotte was excellent. Everybody at the facility were so friendly and kind. Answered all my questions and concerns. The tour that I had gotten was awesome. The leasing coordinator was professional, very thoughtful of my situation and very kind. The reisdents all seemed happy and there was a lot of activity and happiness. I spoke with sales assistant via a phone conversation and she too was so kind and answered questions that I had. The facility is top notice and I can see why the residents are happy as is the staff. As the name itself this facility is Grand. Thanks for making me feel comfortable and being thoughtful and kind.
