I started by touring this facility looking for a possible place for my wife and within days I had a situation that I really needed to place my wife in the memory care facility. I worked with both [Names Removed] with the paperwork they were wonderful, both personally and professionally. When I go to visit my wife I see both of these individuals and they always take the time to say hi and chat for a few minutes. executive director [Name Removed] is also very personable and will answer questions that I may have. As far as the building goes it's a very nice place and they have been upgrading and painting the building. so far I've had a very good experience with everybody there, especially [Name Removed], she's a real sweetheart.

The Grand Villa staff has been truly great. They were very accommodating in getting my father situated and made him feel welcomed. The staff works hard to keep residents engaged and happy. They have a great variety of events each month which my father greatly enjoys. They have a very nice dining facility and a good selection of food options. My father was very apprehensive when he first moved in but now he'd rather be nowhere else. I greatly appreciate the Grand Villa staff for all that they have done for my father!

Exceptional community in every sense, from its beautifully maintained facility to the truly compassionate and professional staff who make residents and families feel supported from day one. From our first interaction through the entire process, the application and admission experience was smooth, timely, and well-organized. Rosie Kortabani, Sales & Leasing Manager, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in guiding us through every step and answering all of our questions. She made what can often be a stressful transition feel straightforward and reassuring. The care team is outstanding. Antonieta Caicedo, Executive Director, leads with professionalism, warmth, and a clear commitment to both residents and families. Brunel Gue, Memory Care Manager (LPN), brings both expertise and genuine compassion to memory care, ensuring residents receive attentive and dignified support. Nurses Stefenie and Jackie consistently demonstrate kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism.

I love Grand Villa. It reminds me of a college campus just for old people. I have lived there about 3 weeks now and I love everything about my new home. It is a great place to also make friends. I have made some already

I did a walk in of the facility just because I was driving by. The building caught my attention. There was a warm welcoming feeling when I entered the lobby. I was greeted by a sales associate and asked if it was possible for information and a tour for a friend. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a gem that is hidden which is to bad!

This facility has been updated and will definitely consider this for my mom when she's ready. She will be well taken care of here

Very luxurious community. The rooms are spacious and they have a very large closet in the one bedroom. Definitely good for downsizing. Nice kitchenette but all three meals are included. If you enjoy walking they have a beautiful courtyard with multiple sitting areas. Lovely community.

Looking for the future for my wife and I. They had both independent and assisted living and you are able to age in place which was a huge plus. Beautiful community. Definitely one we will look into when the time comes.

My Mom has lived at Grand Villa of Clearwater (GFC) for almost 2 years and is absolutely thriving since moving there. Being at GVC truly feels like home for her. The staff, at all levels, are amazing! Many staff members have been long term employees which provides stability to the residents in that they see a familiar face on a routine basis. Residents are treated with respect. The facility feels like walking into a high end hotel. It is clean and very well decorated. The activities are endless and highly attended by the residents. There are many amenities within the facility, beauty salon, sundry shop, fitness rooms. I witness on a daily basis the compassion that is shown to the residents making resident's lives better. I highly recommend GVC your loved one. Of final note, the food is quite good!

I love Grand Villa. It is a special place. It is convenient for family and I have lived here two weeks now and love the staff and the food. I have also made some good friends.I also live the activity events and trips.

My parents having to leave their home and move into Grand Villa was difficult and sad for them. However, All the staff have made the transition easier. They are always ready to help, answer questions and have become like their family. When the staff sees them, they'll stop and talk to them even though they're busy, and they all know my parents names along with the other residents! Thank you for having loving hearts, patience and great understanding. All of you are such a blessing to my parents!
