The grounds are well kept. The place looks nice and clean. Good outdoor places to sit and get some sun. This was a preliminary visit but I think it will be our best option.

Pleasantly surprised. There were lots of activities. The dining room was beautiful. I look forward to taking my uncle to see all that they offer.

Water's Edge Staff is absolutely what makes Water's Edge and out standing choice for Independent and/ or dependent living. [name removed] was my go to for all my questions and concerns about how to best approach my father with the idea of his moving to and living at Water's Edge. Between the two of us we managed a smooth move for my father. He is happy with his apartment, the staff ,the dining and ha managed to find activities that he really likes to participate in. He has made some good friendships and best of all he feels at Home.

My experience at Grand Villa of Port Charlotte was excellent. Everybody at the facility were so friendly and kind. Answered all my questions and concerns. The tour that I had gotten was awesome. The leasing coordinator was professional, very thoughtful of my situation and very kind. The reisdents all seemed happy and there was a lot of activity and happiness. I spoke with sales assistant via a phone conversation and she too was so kind and answered questions that I had. The facility is top notice and I can see why the residents are happy as is the staff. As the name itself this facility is Grand. Thanks for making me feel comfortable and being thoughtful and kind.

Very clean, all the staff were very friendly! I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of activities are available to the residents.

Grand Villa is one of the nicest Assisted living facilities I've looked at. It is a new building that was purpose built to make my parents life easier. The staff was wonderful and very attentive.

This is excellent place for my dear friend,very clean and good food and caring staff and good social activities,she is doing very well under there care .Have been to visit friends in other similar places but Elan is the best one.

I have a friend who resides at Grand Villa. I visit her often. Each time I'm at Grand Villa I am greeted by name. Staff make eye contact with me as well as my friend. During my visits staff check in to make sure our needs are being met. I love visiting my friend and see her being treated like a queen.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. The different living areas give you a choice. Lots of activities throughout the week, and a bus for transportation.

The things I love best about grand villa is it always smells clean and the place is maintained well. Also the activities keep us moving and entertained and the staff is warm.

Everyone is so friendly and caring. The happy hours on friday are a blast. They have live music and pizza. They keep them busy with different plays and outings throughout the entire week. So glad we found Tuscan Gardens!!

Thankful for Grand Villa of Port Charlotte. They take real good care of my grandpa. Means a lot to us! We are out of state and cannot visit as often as we would like. He has friends there. We know he is safe and happy.
