I can say [name removed] is so happy to be in such a nice place, and has adapted to living there very well. She heard horror stories about assisted living facilities and was concerned about a radical change in her life. The property speaks for itself , having more of a feeling of hotel lifestyle. The lobby is very inviting with a cute coffee bar; the dining room overlooks the pool and the rooms and common areas are newly remodeled. They have varied menus and receive 3 good meals a day. What's most important is the accommodating staff that are always pleasant and make the residents comfortable and seem happy being there. I am so fortunate to have found Grand Villa for [name removed] !

Choosing where Dad would live when we couldn’t safely care for him at home was one of the toughest decisions our family has ever made. After visiting multiple places, Grand Villas in Sarasota felt different than every other community. From the moment we walked in — clean, fresh, beautiful, and genuinely welcoming. But what truly sets them apart is the staff. Words can’t even begin to describe how grateful we are to each and every staff member. They take such wonderful care of our father, and we cannot thank them enough. If you’re in that stage of life where you’re researching care communities (something no one prepares you for!), I can confidently recommend Grand Villas.

Even though I wasn't prepared for this more it has been comfortable pleasant experience. I felt comfortable the minute I came into the community. Many friendly staff and the residents welcomed me. The building is very pleasant. The variety of actitives is good Activities director is fabulous, thoughtful, helpful and caring. I like my room very much.

There is a great vibe at Grand Villa. Came in on a day they were having happy hour. The staff interaction w the residents was great. The vibe inviting! Everyone was so friendly and residents were happy. It was comforting to see the community really uphold their tagline, “Looks like Home, Feels like Family”.

When first came to Grand Villa it worked like fantasy Land. I did not believe assisted living communities like Grand Villa existed. The staff is friendly and truly care about the residents. The sales team was amazing and worked with my son from out of state to give a wonderful place to live. I count myself lucky to have moved to Grand Villa.

The most special thing about Grand Villa in my book is the staff. They are very kind and attentive to all the resident. Also love the size of the rooms. My cats and I are very comfortable at Grand Villa.

Our visit to Elan Manatee surpassed our expectations in every way. The Staff was incredible! They knew every resident by name when seeing them pass by. They were not salespeople per se at all, but were focused on the care they provide and how they are different. The facility looks and smells better than an expensive hotel! Any worries we had about entering a facility and if this was the right choice, melted away in minutes. We can’t believe our good fortune and owe it all to A Place For Mom for sending us there.

Pineapple house was spotless. Lots of residents out and about. I toured with [name removed](executive director) he greeted each resident by name. Very family like. The apartments were spacious with enough storage space for all her needs. It was my first facility visit, and I have more scheduled. But I did enjoy the visit

The woman showing me around the facility was very nice, polite, showing me all the different aspects of the facility as well as the daily schedule and how things worked in general. I would recommend the facility “a place for mom, “is doing a tremendous service For the elderly community

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness of the staff members, that is top on the list. We cannot think of anything that they could improve on. I would definitely recommend Grand Villa.

The staff here is excellent they are all very nice. My studio outside is very roomy and I am happy with my room. There is enough variety of activities for me to pick and choose what I want. The food is good. I get along great with all my neighbors. Dining room service is good.

My mom is finally settled in and is enjoying it. She has made some friends, doing crafts and being more active than when she was living alone. They all seem friendly and helpful. So far so good!

Very impressed. The suites were impeccable. floor plans user friendly, beautifully furnished, bright, open and inviting. Loved the outside balcony with each suite. A perfect “Place for Mom” ??. Tour guide was awesome.

This assisted living has exceeded my expectation. I have a close family friend that lives there and I've been privy to visit her at different hours of the day. The staff are friendly and welcoming from you enter the building. They pride themselves on quality elders are as is evident in the way they treat their residents. They are always clean. The food served looks appetizing and served like a restaurant setting. This is the place I'd choose for any of my family members. Grand Villa, keep it up.

When I visit, the residents are always engaged and very happy. The facility is clean and decorated wonderfully.

I have been a partner for 2 years now and I have enjoyed the team and building can't say nice enough things.

During my evening with my friend, as I checked in, the receptionist assured to greet me and asked if I needed any help with the kosik with a smile on her face. I thanked her and continue to walk over to the lobby. My friend and sat down and played card game. I observed residents getting ready for dinner and some for coffee time. Receptionist and staff assisted when residents needed a cup of water cafe area very cleaned and stocked up Debris leaves were are vacuumed by reception.

As a granddaughter living far away, it means so much to see my grandma happy and thriving at Grand Villa of Port Charlotte. I love seeing the Facebook posts of all the fun activities like dance parties, shopping outings, and even trips to see the Christmas lights. It is comforting, knowing she’s active, well cared for and truly enjoying herself. Seeing her smile gives our family such peace of mind. I highly recommend.

Visited my grandma for the holidays at Grand Villa of Port Charlotte. She is happy and well taken care of. Everyone there is very friendly. I’m glad she is safe and happy. That’s all that matters.

I was impressed with the facility as well as the amenities it covers. It was clean, well maintained and cheerful. Staff knew their clients and called them by name. I appreciated that independent, assisted and memory care are all in the same facility. The brochure and literature I received was detailed.
