Stopped by to visit my father over the weekend and seen many residents gathered by the entrance playing cards. They seemed very happy and enjoying the moment like if they were at a party. I walked outside to where my father was at, there was another group of residents smoking enjoying a great chat. This just made this community speak well as all the residents seemed very happy and comfortable.

Grand Villa is wonderful the way they work with families ensuring that needs are met in a timely fashion. They are professional, proficient, and extremely personable. Thank you for everything that you do!

Tuscan Gardens is not just an ordinary assisted living and memory care facility. It became home to my father-in-law until his passing. He received so much love and care here. When we were looking for a new home for him after his fall in [date removed], we immediately knew that Tuscan Gardens was the best place for him. We are very grateful for all the wonderful staffs and residents who accepted, cared for, and loved him for who he was.

We moved a longtime neighbor into Grand Villa’s assisted living community, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, organized, and genuinely caring, not just toward the new resident, but toward everyone involved in the transition. The community was clean, calm, and thoughtfully set up to help residents feel comfortable right away. It was clear this move brought peace of mind to both the resident and their family, and we were impressed by the level of support provided.

We’ve had a great experience with Grande Villa of Port Charlotte. The newly renovated apartments are beautiful, the pricing is very competitive, and the staff is caring and friendly. The residents are welcoming, the community is centrally located, and it’s pet friendly, which we love. There are always fun, activities and outings, and it’s comforting to know our loved one is happy and well cared for.

I am so Grateful for Grand Villa and the great Experience we had moving my dad in for assisted living! Everyone was so helpful and they did all the work to make it happen! The sales team has been especially helpful in this transition! I feel good in knowing my dad is in good hands! I enjoy living at Grand Villa. The staff is caring. They are attentive and listen to our problems to help solve them. My favorite thing to do is go out to lunch with my friends on Wednesday for the "lunch bunch".

Very clean. Wonderful staff. Always available for my many questions. I toured many facilities. Found several nice ones. Choose Tuscan Gardens because it was closer to my home and closer to several of my husbands friends.

Very nice the only thing we have to do is financing. I am very satisfied with everything . I would get a single room the double room is too tight. The people were very helpful. The activities offered were very good.

My father in law has been a resident of Grandvilla of Altamonte for a just over a month now. Although it has been a short time, I can not say enough about this facility. From day one, they have been nothing short of stellar ! From management to the food service to the maintenance staff, everyone has made us feel so welcome . I’ve been here since [date removed], the accommodations are very clean and well maintained. The grounds are well maintained with a very nice pool area to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There are activities available throughout every day and usual trips available off site to a variety of events.

Grand Villa of Palm Bay was an absolute lifesaver for our family during a very stressful time. From the very first call, they were compassionate, patient, and truly listened to our concerns. They took the time to understand my loved one’s needs and guided us through assisted living options that were a great fit, rather than overwhelming us with choices.

Dining servers are very good. Sometimes food served is different from menu. In one word inconsistent quality of food.

The people here are so pleasant. The employees are generally very helpful and will try to assist or guide me any time I need assistance.

My Dad and stepmom wintered for 3 months every year in a warmer climate, including 26 years in Puerto Vallarta. However, he lost his wife and traveling companion in October. We were so happy to find Grand Villa! He has three meals a day, lots of social opportunities, and the freedom to explore the neighborhood. Our family in Michigan is confident that his health and well-being are being monitored. He gets to be where it's warm without being lonely. Staff is great! They called him by name on day one. He likes his tomato juice and now the kitchen has it in the kitchen. There are more activities and services than he can take in, plus shuttle services for groceries, pharmacy, and doctor appointments. He even takes walks around the scenic boardwalk. We are pleased and he has settled in!

The staff was friendly, attentive, and well-organized arrival through move in. They clearly understood how to help new residents adjust. The room was clean and ready. The community felt calm and cheerful. Residents were engaged in activities. Overall, my first impression is very positive.

Today was my mother's first day in memory care and the staff made the transition as gentle as possible. Everyone was kind, patient and encouraging. The environment is bright, clean, and welcoming which put us at ease. We saw residents engaged in activities led with positive energy. Our first impression is that it is a compassionate and well-run community.

For me to write a review is a rare event, however I have been a resident of Grand Villas for three months and I could not be more pleased. For the past two years I knew I was approaching the need for assisted living but to be honest, I was somewhat apprehensive about the hole thing, the loss of independence, privacy but none of that was true. I have a car and am free to go as I please and my privacy is very much respected here. For the record I researched/toured no less than 15 facilities. I used three consultants, including "A Place For Mom" to assist as I was totally out of my field. Of all the facilities I visited, GRAND VILLAS OF CLEARWATER was a perfect fit. They met my physical needs to a tee, providing the assistance I needed. If you are looking for a facility for family or friend, after much research, I can't recommend Grand Villa of Clearwater highly enough.
