As a new resident, I’m very happy here. The management and staff truly care and consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The community is dog and cat friendly. That was important to me as I have a large service dog. There is ample grass space for him to walk!

We toured for my dad and had a great experience. The staff and residents were very friendly and welcoming. The community was clean, affordable, and well maintained. It gave us a lot of peace of mind.

I recently came to visit my Aunt at Tuscan Gardens. She was very hesitant about moving to a community however, after being there for a month, she has participated in all the activities and enjoys the baking club and the happy hour and the meals. She seems so happy and has made a lot of friends!

[name removed] and [name removed], who both work at Grand Villa we're absolutely wonderful with showing my aunt and I the unit taking her around the whole property being sensitive to the fact that she was just starting to come around to accept that she needed assisted living. They really made my aunt feel comfortable answered all our questions and you could tell that they genuinely cared for my aunt and what was gonna be best for her. They were just wonderful.

I moved into Grand Villa of Palm Coast in [Date Removed], and it was a happy day indeed!! I always start my day with a nutritious breakfast with lots of options to choose from then move on to morning exercises where I have met & made many friends. There is always a good bit of noise & laughter to be had! I love the convenience of having a doctor/nurse practitioner that comes directly to the community to see me, and we also have highly capable nurses on staff. There are many amenities that we all get to enjoy like, happy hour, puzzles, church services, bingo, games, crafts, walks along the grounds, and transportation to outings. Each week my room is thoroughly cleaned and laundry done. As Mr. Rodgers says, "It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood, a beautiful day for a neighbor, would you be mine?" We here at Grand Villa of Palm Coast repeat this to you! Come and join us! In closing I would like to add that our sales manager and executive director are the heartbeat of this community.

My mom has lived here for 8 months. One of the things I value is that the staff keeps me updated on my mom‘s situation and that we keep her busy so he can enjoy his time. I like the open door policy when I need to talk to a manager. My mom also enjoys staying busy And is an ambassador even though she says she doesn’t want to be here.

Great community with kind staff and clean, welcoming environment. The day right after I moved in there was an all-white party at the community and I spent the evening dancing, eating, and had a great time. Highly recommend Pineapple House!

My father moved into a 1 bedroom independent living apartment at Grand villa two years ago. The facilities and staff at grand villa are excellent! The apartment is spacious and competitively priced. Dad especially likes the variety of meal choices offered every day. There are lots of activities scheduled throughout the week giving residents ample opportunity to socialize.

Staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. It truly was a place my mom was comfortable in.

I was looking for a place for my Mom and Tuscan Gardens checked all the boxes. The marketing girls [name removed]and [name removed] were so wonderful answering all my questions and assisting me with all of my questions regarding my Mom’s wants and needs. Best decision we have made for my Mom.

Overall the staff and facility are fine. My only concern is with the laundry and her closet space. She only gets 1 fifth of the space in the closet to hang her clothes and no space on the shelf. The laundry keeps putting her roommates cloths in her small hanging space. Also I keep finding the cloths for both residents in the wrong laundry basket. I keep buying new itowels and socks that seem to get lost in the laundry.

The staff are very caring and helpful. You could tell they genuinely care about their jobs. I would definitely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I am a resident and have lived here at least 3 years. I have peace of mind knowing that my laundry is taken care of and my meals are provided. I enjoy having access to the gym/therapy room so I can work out at least five days a week. I also enjoy playing canasta with my friends a few evenings a week. I would recommend Grand Villa.

I had a wonderful experience when I toured this facility on behalf of my father. The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with what to expect should my father need their services.

We had our tour and we were very impressed. Definitely an option after my father in law does his rehab. I thought the rooms were very nice, and it seems like plenty of activities. I really appreciate all the help.

I was truly impressed with the people there. Everyone seemed happy. We even had lunch and it was great.

During our evening visit, the receptionist was very attentive to greet us as we walked in. Assist us in signing us in as she knew who we were visiting. Many Residents were scattered to some in the living room playing cards. And others were watching Jeopardy and socializing. Very homey feeling and evening of socialization. Just like when you are home.

The people are amazing!! I've gotten to know everyone, from janitors to executives and they seem to really care! The room is great and we've gone out to the courtyard a lot!!

Penthouse view is beautiful and the staff is more than friendly, for the most part. Compared to my previous assisted living home, this place is a dream come true and it is just like being at a resort cruise.

I would give Elan a solid 5 in every single category. These people have blown us away with their caring, their quality of care, the cleanliness. The activities are superb: my mother lives every single day there! I can't thank A Place for Mom enough for sending me there. It had been one of the most rewarding experiences ever. You made it easy!!!! And Elan has made it great!!!
