My spouse and I moved to the Pineapple House earlier this month. We are very pleased with our experience. The food has been consistently delicious, and the staff have been incredibly kind and attentive. We did have a small WiFi issue, but the maintenance supervisor responded right away, and even the Executive Director got personally involved to make sure everything gets resolved in a timely manner. We’re very grateful to be here and feel cared for.

I toured Grand Villa of Port Charlotte and was very impressed. The community is clean, welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and engaging activities for residents!

I moved in a few weeks ago and so far I've got to say that I'm impressed. It is better than I expected. The food is great, the activity programs are fun, and the other residents have been friendly and welcoming. I used to live right across the street, so I have old neighbors that visit me often and they all comment on how nice this place is.

The best part of Grand Villa, in my opinion, is the amazing socialization. My mom is not only safe and well cared for by the team, but she is surrounded by people everyday. Besides the many activities they offer, the residents gather in the lobby daily just to chat and enjoy each other's company. My mom is never lonely. That peace of mind means everything to our family.

The sales team helped me find the perfect apt for my dad. My dad loves it! They also held my hand through the move in process to help it be less stressful. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They have gone above and beyond to help my dad get settled in since his move.

Great place for this “senior” to happily enjoy this stage of life. After spending a long time in rehab, waiting for discharge, I really appreciate that the team stayed in touch and worked to help me get here. I feel safe and supported. It is exactly what I was hoping for. Happy to finally be here

From day one when I walked in the door of Gandvilla I knew it was family oriented the staffs are so kind and friendly. This community really let you feel so at home. The meals, activities and entertainment /Happy hour on Fridays are great

Toured Tuscan Gardens and really liked it. It feels more like a cozy resort than a typical senior living place. The staff were super friendly and actually took the time to talk and connect. Everything looked clean, bright, and well kept. I could definitely see someone feeling at home here.

I have been a resident here for 3 months and I am very happy with where I am. They are very kind and always checking in on me to make sure all of my needs are met. The food is very good and the place is clean and organized thank you.

Made a visit during the week to a friend of the family that resides at Grand Villa. As a typical business hours day, there were lots of engagements happening. Many residents were going to an outing for our friend and others were doing Zumba. Residents seem very happy. Our friend is very happy and has made many friends. Community smelled great and observed the bathrooms being cleaned.

I love coming here to visit my friend. Everyone is friendly and I am encouraged and invited to join in the activities.

Ever since I left rehab Grand Villa has been my home and I have loved every second.

The staff & residents all seem happy & friendly. 1 bdrm apt is not that big but it's all he needs. I have never eaten there but my Dad says the food is good, he likes wine Thursday, but he did say the food was better where he was before.

We had a wonderful experience visiting Grand Villa in Sarasota. The building is beautifully bright and impeccably clean, and seemed warm and inviting. We especially loved the back deck and screened lanai area, which we could imagine spending a lot of time on if we were to live there. The residents we saw seemed busy and friendly and we even met a few cute dogs sunning themselves outside! The location downtown makes it so convenient for us to get to church and all the other spots we currently enjoy.

Cannot say enough good things about Grand Villa of Clearwater. All the staff are extremely kind and considerate. Everyone is so helpful. It feels like a home and not an institution. The rooms are so comfortable and well equipped. They feel like having your own apartment in a retirement community with tons of activities and fellowship. All the residents seem very happy and friendly. It feels like a family. My rather commudgery neighbor moved in there, and even she is really liking it. She hardly ever likes anything...lol I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for their loved one or themselves.

I have been here approx 2 months and I rally love it here. Other residents are so nice and staff is great. I rally have no complaints. Nursing staff is extremely helpful. I am very glad I’m here. The best decision I’ve made.

Since I have been here I have made wonderful friends and I am very happy. I think I’m better here because of grandvilla and I thank all the staff for that. I love the activities here at grandvilla including prayer services and Shabbat.
