My in laws love the staff. They say the food is good but not a lot of seasonings but that is to be expected cooking for so many people. The decor is nice and it is a very inviting place.

Elan Manatee staff and administrators were so welcoming to my family. Their kindness and compassion was very comforting. Elan Manatee truly 'looks like home and feels like family'. My family will always be grateful for the time that everyone spent with us, the advice that was shared, and the warmth that was shown. Thank you!!!!

The residents seemed happy and engaged, participating in activities that were both social and stimulating. It was clear that the community puts real effort into keeping daily life enjoyable and meaningful for everyone who lives there. The facility itself was spotless and had a fresh, pleasant smell, which is not always the case in assisted living settings. The environment felt comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

I recently visited Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs, and the first thing I noticed was the warmth and smiles everywhere. The staff were welcoming, the residents looked happy, and the whole community felt bright and uplifting. It’s clear they truly care about creating a positive, supportive environment. A wonderful place with smiles all around!

GVPC is the place to live, enjoy the activities, and enjoy the fabulous food. Each staff member truly cares about our health as well as our self-esteem and our happiness in our senior years. As a resident in The Cottages. I am still encouraged to participate in all the activities. My family is welcomed here for all events. They have peace of mind because they know the all of the staff members are open to any of my needs.

I recently toured Grand Villa and was honestly impressed. The building was spotless, the common areas felt bright and inviting, and every staff member I passed greeted residents with real warmth. The atmosphere felt calm and positive, and the residents I saw looked relaxed and engaged in their activities.

Grand Villa seems to be such a warm and caring community. The staff is kind and attentive, and the residents always seem happy and comfortable. It truly feels like a place where people are cared for with heart.

Grand Villa is a beautiful place to live. The view from my room reminds me of a tree house that I grew up with. My dog Bailey had enjoyed walking with me along the nature path out back, and I appreciate the pet station at the side of the building with bags for dog droppings. The residents have been extremely friendly since moving in and this location is so close to everything I need. I hope to be here for a very long time.

I am a resident And have lived here for approximately 3 months. Moving from my home was a very hard decision but I realized I was struggling on my own. I wasn’t eating properly which then brought be weakness. My driving became a challenge so I felt it be best to give it up. Since moving to grand Villa I’ve made many friends which I never did at the mobile home. I have a closeness now And we all look out for each other. I’m happy I am here. My daughter helped with this process And we are so blessed

I had the opportunity to visit the Grand Villa in Clearwater last Thursday. I am looking for a place for my Father who is currently living with us in our home but is in the need of a memory care facility. From my first contact with the sales director stayed through the end of my tour I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The cleanliness of the facility and the quality of the food that I sampled were top notch. Everyone that I came in contact with treated me like I was part of their family. [name removed] the Director even took the time out of her busy day to spend a few minutes getting to know a little more about me and my father. While this is a very difficult situation for us the team at Grand Villa made it much more comfortable and I left felling that my Father would be in a place where he felt welcomed as well as valued.

I have lived at grand Villa Clearwater for almost two years. The staff and caregivers are caring. Thoughtful and respectful. As a new residence for me it was a struggle, but over time I’ve made many new friends ands have stayed busy in the many activities that are offered.

I recently visited during Happy hour and the residents were having a blast. Singing and dancing with one another. It was amazing to see. Activities department seems to be doing a great job. The staff was also very friendly.
