Everyone here is social. When you walk in you can see how happy everyone is here. All residents love living here. The staff is genuine and kind. This is a very active community and I love it! Everywhere we walk there is a smile!

Terrific community. Everyone in the building is helpful. I get three meals a day and don’t have to cook. I don’t even have to clean because housekeeping takes care of everything for me. I’m happy in choosing to live in Grand Villa of Delray East

Grand Villa is like finding a 5-star resort. Sitting by the pool, the staff is fabulous, and the food is wonderful. Problems are solved quickly by staff. I have been very pleased with my experience so far.

I came out with my sister to tour communities for her. She’s been living in independent living for the past year and is ready to utilize a little additional care. The whole community was warm, friendly and immaculately clean. Residents greeted us as we passed. This is definitely going to be my sisters first choice.

I am extremely impressed and surprise and found a warm and open community. It is a warmer community than expected from the outside. Overall care has been excellent. Plenty of activities and from encouraging socialization. Very happy I moved here.

We liked the atmosphere and friendliness of people in this facility. We got there during the lunch time and were surprised of very meal appealing. [removed name] who spend time with us was very detailed oriented and was able to help me to answer all my questions. I would consider this place for the most important person in my life.

Grand Villa is awesome because of the way the staff cares and takes care of us. Also location close to my sister.

We came to Elan Manatee after a very bad and heartbreaking experience in the elderly care industry, and the relief was immediate. This place truly proves that when you hire people with good hearts, good things happen. Is it perfect 100% of the time? Of course not—but on the very few occasions when an issue arose (and I truly mean few), it was acknowledged immediately and resolved just as quickly. We would not want to be anywhere else right now. Thank you to everyone at Elan for giving my mother a peaceful, caring place to live during this difficult time.

The people working at Elan care about every single resident. They know them by name. They know their backgrounds. They talk with them about things that they’re interested in, they feel like family to the residents. It is the cleanest, most beautifully decorated, most spacious facility we visited. So many things for the residents to participate in. They are encouraged to participate in activities. My father-in-law lives his food. The meals are delicious, nutritious, served restaurant style in a beautiful dining room and let me tell you he does not eat like an elderly person and he gets more than enough to eat… in fact he has gained 10 pounds since moving there eight months ago. He and where are so happy to have found Elan.

Took a tour of the facility and very pleased. Great people and wonderful environment. It feels secure and safe. So happy to have found it!

I recently toured this place for mom. I found it very clean and beautiful. The staff is very caring and the activities should keep her busy and active. The food was also very good. We were impressed with the overall feeling as well as the attention to details we saw when on our tour.

Communication is what sticks out the most that has made this such a positive experience so far.

Elan Manatee has truly become a wonderful home for my mom. From the moment you step inside, everything feels inviting — the building is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and designed for comfort. But what stands out most is the Elan Manatee staff. They are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They know my mom by name, check in with her often, and make sure she’s eating well and staying active. My mom has made several new friends since moving in, and seeing her connect with others has brought us so much peace of mind. The friendships she’s formed — with both residents and staff — have become an extension of our own family. We could not be happier with the care and community she has found at Elan Manatee!

All the staff are very friendly and kind. The facility is very clean and smells great. Everyone is very polite and professional. The food smells great and I love the awesome pool. I visit Grandvilla on a weekly basis and must say the facility is always is a great condition and staff always has smiles on there face. Awesome place to live and work.

I like that I have close proximity to everything I need like Walgreens library, Publix etc. It's all within walking distance. My daughter lives within a 5-10 min walk. It's very convenient. I also feel like the kitchen staff do a good job with meal service, and the staff is always helpful.

I believe that the Grand Villa has a diversified inclusive program. It is hard to determine which services will best serve my family member but I am confident that they will find a good fit. The only thing missing in my opinion is a grassy area for the residents who enjoy the outdoors.

The staff has been very helpful. So too have the resident The activities director keeps is busy there are plenty of activities to choose from. My room is wonderful. The staff is what makes Grand Villa the special place it is.

I recently moved my sister to Grand Villa of Clearwater. This was the best decision that I could have made for her. The staff from the top to the bottom is helpful, friendly, kind and caring beyond what I could have dreamed of. My sister is so happy! She thanks me everyday for finding it for her. She has become so much more active. She is socializing, exercising, eating and so incredibly happy. She tells me that she leaves her apartment for breakfast and rarely goes back until after dinner. Grand Villa is top notch and the absolute best place around! She is sometimes too busy for a visit! Knowing how happy she is, makes it so worth it!!

Brentwood is turning into some other name as we speak but, fortunately, they are retaining most of the key staff. Individualized, attention is most adequate when needed, and the food is absolutely unparalleled. Also tenants have more freedom here than at other assisted living facilities. Needs are more addressed on an individual basis as opposed to strapping everybody in for the same ride, which can be Depressing for those that don't need the extra security.Et cetera. They know how much freedom to give each person

We chose this facility due to the location, the size of the room and the dining options. The staff are very kind.
