Very luxurious community. The rooms are spacious and they have a very large closet in the one bedroom. Definitely good for downsizing. Nice kitchenette but all three meals are included. If you enjoy walking they have a beautiful courtyard with multiple sitting areas. Lovely community.

Looking for the future for my wife and I. They had both independent and assisted living and you are able to age in place which was a huge plus. Beautiful community. Definitely one we will look into when the time comes.

My Mom has lived at Grand Villa of Clearwater (GFC) for almost 2 years and is absolutely thriving since moving there. Being at GVC truly feels like home for her. The staff, at all levels, are amazing! Many staff members have been long term employees which provides stability to the residents in that they see a familiar face on a routine basis. Residents are treated with respect. The facility feels like walking into a high end hotel. It is clean and very well decorated. The activities are endless and highly attended by the residents. There are many amenities within the facility, beauty salon, sundry shop, fitness rooms. I witness on a daily basis the compassion that is shown to the residents making resident's lives better. I highly recommend GVC your loved one. Of final note, the food is quite good!

I love Grand Villa. It is a special place. It is convenient for family and I have lived here two weeks now and love the staff and the food. I have also made some good friends.I also live the activity events and trips.

My parents having to leave their home and move into Grand Villa was difficult and sad for them. However, All the staff have made the transition easier. They are always ready to help, answer questions and have become like their family. When the staff sees them, they'll stop and talk to them even though they're busy, and they all know my parents names along with the other residents! Thank you for having loving hearts, patience and great understanding. All of you are such a blessing to my parents!

I recently toured Grand Villa Assisted living facility in Ocala and was truly impressed by the experience. From the moment I arrived, I met with an agent, Debbie who was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a bright, inviting atmosphere. It was clear that resident comfort, safety, and dignity are top priorities here. I was especially impressed by the sense of community and the thoughtful amenities and activities available for residents. Choosing an assisted living community is such an important decision, and this tour gave me real peace of mind. I had an opportunity to tour this property last week and I found it very welcoming & clean. I was able to meet with [Name removed] who was so helpful in explaining the property, the levels of care they provide and all of the many amenities the property has to offer. I especially loved the activities schedule. The dining menus were appealing and provided many options. I was very pleased with this property.

Staff is usually very responsive, medication administration timing has been really the only issue, making sure mom gets her meds in a timely manner, but we have worked out a system that so far is working for us where mom self-administers her time sensitive ones. So if your family member has time sensitive meds, you may need to look into some kind of system that they can self administer with (like a hero system) They have good food options. The only improvement would be if the kitchen was open all day instead of just at meal times, but mom keeps snacks i her room, so that's workable Also on med administration, they dont do vital signs, so if its something like Blood pressure meds and you need to track your blood pressure, they dont do that either. I dont know how they check blood sugars for diabetics too

I thought I already reviewed this- but perhaps it went onto the other facility. I had a great visit at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs. It's a beautiful facility- gorgeous dining room with great menus, the grounds and staff are wonderful. My visit with Nick was rich with information- he gave me all the time I needed to understand the financial implications and the benefits of life there. Very much appreciated.

I like that many of the staff have been there for a while, so not a revolving door of staff. Everyone is very professional, they know my dad and he is really loving it there

The assisted living community where I currently reside is closing. I have a limited time in which to find a new "home", and it needs to be fast. I telephoned Grand Villa of Delray East. I spoke with the executive director, who was very pleasant and reassuring. Making arrangements for a tour of the community was easy and at my convenience. My experience when I entered the lobby was very warm and welcoming. I loved the apartment that I was shown and renting this beautiful apartment was fast and easy, which I needed, given my current circumstances. I was able to move several of my belongings in before my actual move in date. The motto of Grand Villa is "Where it looks like home and feels like family". I can't wait to come "home".
