This facility was warm and welcoming. The leasing coordinator and director met with me and answered all my questions. I pleased with the amount of activities and amenities available to residents.

Our family visited several senior living communities and chose Grand Villa of Clearwater. People were awesome, services and activities cover all my mother's needs and the meals are very good. A family member visits daily and the facility has always been very clean and employees very helpful. Thank you Grand Villa.

Went on a tour of the Pineapple House. I liked that they have a bunch of different floorplans to choose from. The amenities are great and it's very clean and comfortable. They had a live singer in the lobby and the residents seemed to really enjoy the entertainment.

My wife has been in a memory unit at Grand Villa since [date removed]. I visit her regularly. I find the staff caring and competent, though some, naturally, more than others. I had only one bad experience with a staffer, and on my complaint to the administrator she was immediately transferred. The facility is kept clean, the food is very good, and the meds are well managed. Grand Villa has also arranged for a new medical practice to serve facilty residents, an overdue but welcome change. One area in need of improvement is the handling of resident clothing. On arrival, a resident's clothes should be labeled and the staff should be trained to match laundered garments with owners. As this has not yet been done (though the administrator says she intends to do it), the residents commonly end up with someone else's clothes. All-in-all Grand Villa is a good choice for dementia and Alzheimer's patients, well-run and considerably less expensive than most comparable facilities.

I toured the Pineapple House and really liked it. The grounds are well kept and quite lovely, and the common areas feel comfortable and welcoming. Everyone I met was pleasant and kind. It seemed like a nice place to call home.

I visited this community today, looking for an apartment in assisted living for my mother. I really liked the community, it was very nice and well kept. They are doing some beautification projects and I can't wait to see the end result, it is going to be stunning! It's very clean, spacious, friendly staff and the residents all seem happy. I didn't get to sample the food but it did smell delicious. I think this is the place for my mother when she is ready to make the move!

Staff respond and follow through with family concerns.. I recommend. I visit my mother daily, and feel she is well cared for.

The staff is very friendly and helpful !!! The dining room is like one on a cruise ship! He loves the food they serve him and the ladies are wonderful servers. He likes the cute little theater to watch movies. It is just a cute place for the seniors to live.

They were extremely personable and spoke directly to him. And they all "welcomed him home" the day he moved in. And they have been extremely helpful all along.

Stopped by The Pineapple House in Naples and really liked it. The place feels warm and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly. Everything looked clean, comfortable, and residents seemed to enjoy themselves. Definitely worth touring.

The tour was great, The Staff very Professional. The facility very clean and organized the food area very clean and the food great. The room was small not much space for me.

They have been a fantastic place for my MiL. She hadn't wanted to move but couldn't stay by herself anymore. But she loves it there. She's been there now for about 6mos. They have made changes because they had just been bought so the umbrella company is a family business. And they stepped up for us when we had a glitch in getting her in there. We were very impressed and thrilled that she was a part of this company of assisted living places. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The food is really good and the place is very clean! They have lots of activities but my Mil's favorite is when they have someone come in to play music which she loves. She just has a studio apartment which is all she needs . She was able to take her dog which was a priority. I would highly recommend. It really was amazing how it all came together. Although that wouldn't have happened without [name removed] from A Place for Mom. She was incredible and I will always be thankful for her help, guidance and going the extra mile to make it all possible. God blessed us with her at just the right time!

I work with a few clients in the facility they are so friendly and makes sure there residents are taken care of. The staff go above and beyond for the residents. They have amazing activities every day the residents can join. They have outings for the residents and they also have a clean and neat memory care. I love everything and grand villa
