We had a beautiful tour of the community. It was nice to learn about how assisted living communities work and everything that is included in your monthly rent. I also was impressed by the amount of activities that they have.

I was taking on a tour through your establishment Tuscan Gardens. The community is very well kept and friendly atmosphere. The residents were having a nice time at happy hour while we were touring. I look forward to touring my mother-in-law to your facility.

Grand Villa of Palm Bay is by far the best assisted living facility Dad and I have visited in this area. The caring staff, beautiful building, and stunning location right on the Indian River are amazing. The senior living consultant I spoke with said that their memory care unit is known in this area for having high functioning residents, and it is true. The MC wings in other places Dad and I visited could be downright depressing, but not at Grand Villa. The staff is attentive, the residents are smiling and interacting, and lots of activities are offered. Move-in day was tough for Dad, but the staff at Grand Villa really stepped up to make it as smooth as possible. It is early in the process, admittedly, but at this point I have been so impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness and cheerfulness of the building, and the wonderful views from pretty much every window. Even the units not facing the river have a view to a lovely marina right next door.

My Mom was very sick and her partner had dementia and she was no longer able to take care of herself or partner. I was hit double whammy and had to find a place for her partner. Grand Villa was close to my Mom's and I went to look. I looked at a few other places but felt good about Grand Villa. Everything happened so fast. I placed [name removed] in Grand Villa in December and my Mom passed beginning of January. Grand Villa was great. The staff is wonderful. I knew [name removed] was being taken care of and they kept me informed of her situation when I wasn't there (went usually every week to see her). [name removed] was full of information and guided me to Long Term Hospice within Grand Villa's memory care and it turned out to be a lifesaver. [name removed] declined the past few weeks and the hospice Grand Villa recommended stayed with her 24/7 till the end. She didn't have to be moved in her fragile state to a hospice or hospital. I have been truly impressed with Grand Villa. It is located in a beautiful part of Sarasota, and the facility itself is clean and has a cheery feel. The staff really does make you feel like family. Highly recommend!

I am impressed with the professionalism and demeanor. The tour was very knowledgeable and in my opinion deserves a praise. The facility is clean , beautiful, and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and welcome as well. The residents seemed very content and happy to be here.

My mother is in memory care at Grand Villa and is flourishing. It’s beautiful and clean, and has a wonderful and caring staff. The food is delicious and the residents have lots of outings, in-house events, and entertainment.

Here at grand villa you will not disappointed, they took time, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Bonus, met the director as well and he made us feel like family. Thank you guys so much.

The whole experience was awesome from the minute I choose Grand Villas for my mom, their team of people were wonderful and helped me navigate the whole process. The nurses are awesome with my mom and she us very happy. The physical therapist who is working with her has her working on walking with a walker and doing well. She loves the activities and has made friends and doesn't have the feeling of loneliness anymore.

I toured for my dad. I was happy with the community- the cleanliness, the apartment size, the many activities especially outings. The residents were friendly and talked freely about liking where they live and the liking the staff. When we need to move my dad for more assistance, we will move him to Grand Villa of Port Charlotte.

During my tour I was truly blown away by the community. Everyone was super nice and friendly I stayed for lunch and the food was excellent.

I have been struggling to find a place to call home for my dad. When I stepped foot in grand villa I was instantly greeted and welcomed with a kind smile and was then greeted by the sales director who was very knowledgeable about all things grand villa and Medicaid. Through the tour both the staff and residents seemed happy and healthy, with even some of the residents stopping to say hi. I was truly blown away.

I visit residents at the Pineapple House often. I am always impressed by how clean it is and how good it smells, as this is not common in other communities I have visited. Additionally, I have to add that the staff is always very friendly.

I have been a resident at grand villa for about a year now and I have come to love living here. Everyone from the staff to the other residents have gone above and beyond to make me feel included and loved.

I Toured the community recently off of a friends recommendation, and all I can say is wow! The residents were in the middle of there happy hour with a live music group. They were dancing and singing along, they seemed happy and full of life.

I toured to community looking for memory care for my husband. I am currently is sole caregiver but know in the future I will not be able to do it. I liked that the Memory Care "Villa" is small. I feel as though my husband would get more personalized care with less people to take care of. The caregivers were interacting with the residents and they all seemed to enjoy each others company. It had a warm, family-like atmosphere.

Grand Villa is a very friendly place. All the staff members are so kind and greet us every time we visit. They take the time to get to know all their residents and their family members too. The activities are unique and enjoyable.

My great grandma lives at Grand Villa and she speaks so highly of all the staff and how friendly they are. The meals area always fresh. She specifically expressed how good breakfast is every morning. I love that family is always invited to visit and participate in activities.

I was impressed with the memory care at Grand Villa after visiting a friend, who sadly, could no longer live alone safely. The move was hard, but he has adjusted well and the staff have been wonderful. It is very bright and clean and there was music playing and activities going on when I was there. It was not what I expected and I left feeling much better after seeing it for myself.

The staff has been wonderful from the Executive Director [name removed] down been very attentive to our needs. If there's any assistance that arrives he's been wonderful as well as the whole staff. The place is very clean smells clean. Mom's room is adequate inside for what she needs. she seems happy and they're really no complaints that we can make of the serious kind.
