My mom visits Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs regularly as a a senior daycare participant. Mom loves being there. The staff know her and greet her like she is a special guest. I have been taking her to Grand Villa for a couple of years. I enjoy the break as a caregiver and mom enjoys the social interaction and the activities provided. We have also recently done a couple overnight stays. Again, the staff greeted mom and welcomed her as if she was a VIP walking in the door. She thoroughly enjoyed each time of her longer respite stays. (We have done two different stays and are planning another one next month). This is a safe, clean, caring environment. I highly recommend for those needing short term respite stays or long term resident care. The administration staff is friendly and competent. There has been little turn over of the admin and staff which important for everyone. Our loved ones need familiarity and consistency.

[name removed] and her team are incredible. The energy they bring to the community including Carol gives residents and staff a vibrancy that is not found everywhere.

In my opinion it is a solid 5. The care level, the staff, the cafeteria staff and the administrators are doing a great job! Yes I would recommend it to others.

I have called the Pineapple House my home for the last two years. Unfortunately, I am moving in just a few days. While the move is for a good reason - to be closer to family. I'm very sad to be leaving behind such wonderful people. The staff have always been very attentive to all my needs and have treated me like family. I created great memories while I've been here. I highly recommend the Pineapple House.

Having our loved one at Pineapple House has brought our family so much peace of mind. From the very beginning, the staff has treated our family member with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. It’s comforting to know they are not only safe and well cared for, but also truly valued as part of a community.

I have been visiting friends at the Pineapple House for over 3 years and I’m constantly impressed with how well kept this community s. What calls my attention the most is how clean and fresh it always SMELLS. Truly very impressive compared to other communities I’ve visited.

I went in a tour with a friend last minute last week for his mom. I was wowed the moment I walked thru the front door. The resident and staff passing thru the café area, while we waited for sales was pleasant and welcoming. The sales team of [Name Removed] were both kind, welcoming and passionate while talking to us. [Name Removed] was very informative and [Name Removed] gave us a fantastic tour of your beautiful community.

I am so happy my brother will be joining this community. I look forward to visiting him all the time. The people are very nice, and it is very clean and welcoming.

I have been encouraging my sister to find a new place to live and this place was awesome. I know she would be extremely happy in this environment and hope she is able to transition very soon

I would to thank and recognize Debra Matranga at Grand Villa Senior assisted living community in Ocala Debra make a difficult time so much better My Mother had fallen and broke her hip she lived in an independent apartment with help from myself, her daughter and my husband, her son-in-law after this fall it was apparent she needed a different place to live and grand Villa seems to be a wonderful choice With the help of Debra, she made this such an easy transition in getting my mothers apartment secured and ready I am looking forward to spending time there with my mom. It’s a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere again thank you Deb for all your help!!!!

I am a current resident and have lived at grand Villa of Clearwater for about a year and a half. My son and I toured about five different communities and toured Grand Villa three times before deciding to move. I have made friends and even went on a cruise with a couple of them last fall. The staff are always very helpful and willing to help. The dining room staff are also very patient.

The staff is extremely friendly and caring.

I started by touring this facility looking for a possible place for my wife and within days I had a situation that I really needed to place my wife in the memory care facility. I worked with both [Names Removed] with the paperwork they were wonderful, both personally and professionally. When I go to visit my wife I see both of these individuals and they always take the time to say hi and chat for a few minutes. executive director [Name Removed] is also very personable and will answer questions that I may have. As far as the building goes it's a very nice place and they have been upgrading and painting the building. so far I've had a very good experience with everybody there, especially [Name Removed], she's a real sweetheart.

The Grand Villa staff has been truly great. They were very accommodating in getting my father situated and made him feel welcomed. The staff works hard to keep residents engaged and happy. They have a great variety of events each month which my father greatly enjoys. They have a very nice dining facility and a good selection of food options. My father was very apprehensive when he first moved in but now he'd rather be nowhere else. I greatly appreciate the Grand Villa staff for all that they have done for my father!

Exceptional community in every sense, from its beautifully maintained facility to the truly compassionate and professional staff who make residents and families feel supported from day one. From our first interaction through the entire process, the application and admission experience was smooth, timely, and well-organized. Rosie Kortabani, Sales & Leasing Manager, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient in guiding us through every step and answering all of our questions. She made what can often be a stressful transition feel straightforward and reassuring. The care team is outstanding. Antonieta Caicedo, Executive Director, leads with professionalism, warmth, and a clear commitment to both residents and families. Brunel Gue, Memory Care Manager (LPN), brings both expertise and genuine compassion to memory care, ensuring residents receive attentive and dignified support. Nurses Stefenie and Jackie consistently demonstrate kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism.

I love Grand Villa. It reminds me of a college campus just for old people. I have lived there about 3 weeks now and I love everything about my new home. It is a great place to also make friends. I have made some already

great tour lots of good information , very helpful staff , definitely considering . room size was good , people living there looked happy and taken care of

Very beautiful place. The residents love it here if I had to choose a place for my love ones it would be the Pineapple House.

Everyone was very friendly and giving with information about what to expect while going forward with making plans for my mother.
