Very clean community. We toured both the MC and AL. They have beautiful courtyards in both communities. My aunt loves to sit outside and read so this was perfect for her. She is excited to eventually move in to the assisted living.

My Dad has been a resident for some time, and has been enjoying his time he has made friends as well as a girlfriend. He enjoys his days between meals and the activates, I am happy to see he is enjoying his days.

Every time I visit my mom, I'm impressed by how caring and attentive the staff are. The community is always clean, welcoming, and has such a warm atmosphere. It's comforting to know my family member is surrounded by people who genuinely care about their well-being. I always leave with peace of mind, and I'm so grateful we found this community.

After touring many communities, my daughter and I decided that the Pineapple House was the best fit for me. Now that I have lived here for 3 months, I can say that I made the correct choice. The staff is friendly and caring. The housekeeping team is unlike any other. I have made new friends that I enjoy spending time with. Overall, my experience has been very pleasant.

My parents moved into an independent living apartment at Water's Edge about four months ago. While that is a very big adjustment for them of course, it has been such a blessing to be there. It's happy and friendly and feels so comfortable. The other residents are very welcoming and intentional about including them in what's going on. It's beautiful and clean and it feels nice to be there. The staff TRULY is there to help them. I know if anything happens or is needed, they will be there. My parents ended up moving from an apartment to a villa after deciding they preferred a little more room. Making that change was no problem with the management. They are flexible and personal and that is so appreciated. Of course there's good food, a pool, Bingo, movies, physical therapy and so much more. It's been a great experience!

I love everything about Gravilla. My daughter put me here cause she said this is the place to be. The food is great and the staff and the resident are nice and friendly. I especially like being close to everything in the area like the supermarkets in the stores.

Where do I start. First the services are amazing. The staff is very good, caring and friendly as well as the residents. Love the pool area. The food is good and overall atmosphere at Grand Villa is warm and friendly.

We were greeted enthusiastically and promptly. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We were shown 3 room styles and then a tour of the facility. We were not rushed and all questions were answered with knowledge. The following day we returned with 2 potential new residents (age 95 and 99). We were given the same tour and again, we were not rushed and our guide answered all questions with patience. We were treated to a lovely lunch, served by a delightful waitress and then a lovely nurse conducted the evaluation. Her questions were asked in a gentle way, and she was also very patient. I can rest easy knowing that my loved one will be well-cared for and living in a beautiful, clean setting.

Staff was super nice and friendly. It’s a great location and very well maintained. Definitely recommend!

I am a resident and have lived at Grand Villa for 1.5 years and it was a good choice. The community is beautiful but it is all about the people. The staff are all so friendless And they all know me by my name. My family are all happy as I am that I am living here. If I ever have a concern, I share And I know my voice will be heard And issue resolved.

What a fantastic community and the location is perfect! The staff is unbelievably kind and compassionate. I have heard so many positive things from many people in our community and a family friend just moved her parents in.

The Nurses, cleaning staff, maintenance staff, management are all doing a very good job of taking care of the residents- they treat them like family!! Grand Villa of Port Charlotte is a wonderful place for your parents. My 93 year old Father just loves his "New Little Condo" as he calls his residence there. The nurses are so nice and take excellent care of him from giving him showers 3 times a week, shaving him daily and making sure he takes his meds daily as prescribed by his doctors. They are so friendly to him, me and my wife when we visit him. The staff always remembers our names and the bosses in their offices are very friendly and answers all of our questions and requests. My dad really likes the meals there and he always eats a big breakfast, if he doesn’t feel like eating, someone brings some food to his room to enjoy. I feel the dining room is as good as a Dining room on a Cruise ship! The dining room staff does a very good job of taking care of the residents! I think it is nice that there is a very nice theater and many different kinds of entertainment for the residents. I really appreciate when the staff calls me when my father falls or if they have a problem with him. They keep me well informed on everything that may affect him. I highly recommend Grand Villa because he is so happy there and provide so much better care than my wife or I could provide since we live in Fort Wayne, Indiana and only live in Port Charlotte 6-8 months a year.

Great staff and wonderful apartments. Love the on sight pharmacy and salon for mom! Love the pets even though our mother does not have.

I toured Tuscan Gardens Assisted Living and thought it was a very nice place. They have very nice model rooms and have options of different room sizes. You also can age in place there so you don't have to move rooms if you need assistance.

Tuscan Gardens is a beautiful assisted living community. It was clean and welcoming . The staff was friendly on my tour, and I enjoyed my tour. It seems like a wonderful place for seniors.

After visiting several communities, Tuscan Gardens stood out because of its welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend scheduling a tour if you're looking for assisted living for yourself or a loved one.

Everything is conveniently located in one building, making it easy for residents to get to dining, activities, and common areas. The apartments were spacious, and the community had a bright, open feel that was very inviting.

I moved into Grand Villa recently. So far the staff and residents are nice & friendly. My room is spacious and nice. The meal are tasty and love I also like the pool area and the café. Life is great at Grand Villa.

We are looking for a place for our mother. Grand Villa Sarasota is beautiful. We had heard so many good things about the community and staff, and the tour did not disappoint. Definitely on top of our list.
