The food is good. Nice location. Not for profit facility. They have weekly manicures for the ladies, they go on outings to stores and for ice cream. Mom has a beautiful apartment with a nice view. No complaints thus far.

Listened to what our needs were. Quickly found options one of which we selected. My mom is very happy with her location. Staff is great. Very attentive. Food is good. Apartments are nice. New updates to common areas. Very clean throughout.

It's a great place! We got off on a rocky start but the staff have been so good so far. Food and dining experience is definitely lower than other places we looked at. Activities seem good, she started attending some and I think she likes them. Value for the money is hard - by nature these communities are very expensive but the peace of mind in knowing that she is taken care of is amazing!

The tour was very interestingly and informative. The care takers were nice and seamed to really care for the residents.

Look no further, this is the place that you want your loved one. The staff is sweet, the food delicious and the facility has many wonderful activities to enjoy. It’s close to my house which means I visit often and take Mom on errands. It’s the best situation for a parent who should not reside solo and needs friends of the same age. I don’t worry anymore and neither does she.

Look no further, this is where you want your loved one to live and thrive. The facility is laid out nicely, is decorated like a home with puzzle tables inviting conversation. But the staff tops it all- so kind and welcoming. The food is tasty which is so important for Seniors with little appetite to begin with. Can’t say enough positive things about the place. The Director ([name removed]) is absolutely lovely and that vibe continues with each staff member you encounter. I don’t worry about Mom as she’s so happy with her new friends and new home.

Our experience with our tour was great the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the receptionist was so sweet and [name removed] answered all the questions and concerns we had so we are going to be using this facility. It is very warm and friendly.

They get 5 stars because the staff are phenomenal w my husband!! He's very crabby and the facility is spotless and everyone is very kind.

it was a very nice experience, i think the rooms are a little small, but very adequate for the right resident. I didnt got into the memory care area so I cant make a comment.

The facility was welcoming, well maintained and the people I met were friendly and helpful. In addition, they supported me and my concerns and spoke with my parent in a soothing manner. The receptionist was enthusiastic, greeted everyone and made introductions. The intake interview was fast and thorough, but what stands out for me was the warmth and support I felt for my situation.

Overall I'd give it a 5 for cleanliness, as well as the attentiveness and friendliness of all staff members. They offered a variety of activities that residents could participate in if they chose. The apartment was the perfect size for my sister, understanding of course that the size is up to the individual living there.

The representative showed us around and went over everything and was very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and decorated nicely. Residents were playing games and waiting for an activity to begin. It is a very nice place.

[name removed] gave me the tour and I found her to be warm and very helpful. The facility is clean and bright. I was impressed with the activities and the food options available to residents. I found their prices to be competitive. This location is probably too far from our family members and medical providers. However, I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. The food seems to be good, my mom enjoys it. There are a variety of activities and she does several of them. It keeps her busy.

I was pleased with the people that helped me see and understand their facilities and how they worked with the people in residence there. I have one or two more facilities to check out and I then plan to meet with my attorney on the [date removed] to make sure I am doing everything I should be doing. I will update you after I meet with the attorney.

What we like the most about the community is that It is a safe place for our mom. It is close to most all of us. The staff seems to be friendly to everyone. Yes, we would recommend The Gardens at Barry Road community to other families.
