Overall experience since May 2026 I would give them a 5. Activities are great both in house and trips in the van. The community has just been updated with painting, lighting, flooring and it looks very nice. The nurse in charge has been very helpful with reports I requested to see how my mom's daily BP, medicines, etc were doing. We had an issue with mainly morning help for mom, just recently, and we sat down with the nurse to hear our side. I feel it has helped and we shouldn't have to worry about things like that. The food is good. More than enough. The price for guests to eat is only $5! Great. The cleaning and laundry people do a wonderful job. Front desk ladies always a smile and very helpful. The outside is kept up very nicely with lawn care and flowers. The staff is friendly. Another important plus for this facility was that there is weekly church and a weekly Bible study. I can't give all that to my parents because mom is pretty much in a wheelchair. I'm happy this community is here

I would say our experience has been 5 stars. On touring initially we were treated so kindly and we noted how clean and fresh the whole place felt (no smells lol). And after moving in it has been even better. The staff is very attentive, they all know our parents by name (and us too) and continue to be very caring and supportive. Our parents don't need much assistance yet but they both have told is what a perfect fit Bethesda Gardens is for them.

The apartment was a good size and very clean. The staff and management was amazing. The girls were very sweet and always there to help. The food was nutritious looking but a little boring and repetitive. I am more than happy to recommend The Gardens to anyone.

Bethesda Gardens has truly been a lifesaver. They have been wonderful, and I honestly don’t believe my mom would have made it much longer if she had stayed at her previous facility. I would give Bethesda Gardens 10 stars if I could! Everything about Bethesda Gardens has been consistent with what they promised us during our initial interview. The staff is caring, compassionate, and genuinely committed to the residents. Many of the staff members have been there for a long time, which says a lot about the quality of the environment and care. They understand the unique needs of residents with memory challenges and provide sensitive, personalized care. Most importantly, you can tell that they truly care about the elderly and take pride in the work they do. I am extremely grateful for the care my mom has received at Bethesda Gardens. They have given our family peace of mind and have made a tremendous difference in her quality of life.

Step mom seems genuinely happy a few negative comments about the food being bland that's probably because I'm sure the salt is less. Otherwise nothing bad.

The facility is very clean the staff are very friendly the food seems to be good her apartment is clean and they make sure she is clean also. We are very pleased with the Gardens

It was nice and I liked the smaller place kinda like family. Was considering moving there until I decided to move in with my daughter

5 across the board!! This is an absolutely fantastic facility with staff who truly care about the residents The staff is second to none. They are very accommodating to residents. There are many activities everyday to keep you busy. The entire facility recently had a complete remodel that cost $4million dollars and it shows. The apartments are nice sized. Im in a studio which is more than adequate for myself. The pricing is extremely affordable for someone on a tight budget like myself. The all inclusive includes 2 meals a day and weekly house cleaning which is nice for those who have a difficult time getting around. I visited other facilities and nothing came close to this place.

Everyone and everything has been top notch! Caring staff and beautiful facility. I would recommend to others.

The lowest point is the food. Most of the residents are not too happy with their meals. The administrator, head nurse and housekeeper are excellent. Very knowledgeable and address all concerns quickly. The activities are good but lately they have not been consistent

Every one who works here is great. Room sizes depends on each room. Some are very large and some small. Have a lot of activities. Three meals a day.

The food is good. Nice location. Not for profit facility. They have weekly manicures for the ladies, they go on outings to stores and for ice cream. Mom has a beautiful apartment with a nice view. No complaints thus far.

Listened to what our needs were. Quickly found options one of which we selected. My mom is very happy with her location. Staff is great. Very attentive. Food is good. Apartments are nice. New updates to common areas. Very clean throughout.

It's a great place! We got off on a rocky start but the staff have been so good so far. Food and dining experience is definitely lower than other places we looked at. Activities seem good, she started attending some and I think she likes them. Value for the money is hard - by nature these communities are very expensive but the peace of mind in knowing that she is taken care of is amazing!

The tour was very interestingly and informative. The care takers were nice and seamed to really care for the residents.

Look no further, this is the place that you want your loved one. The staff is sweet, the food delicious and the facility has many wonderful activities to enjoy. It’s close to my house which means I visit often and take Mom on errands. It’s the best situation for a parent who should not reside solo and needs friends of the same age. I don’t worry anymore and neither does she.

Look no further, this is where you want your loved one to live and thrive. The facility is laid out nicely, is decorated like a home with puzzle tables inviting conversation. But the staff tops it all- so kind and welcoming. The food is tasty which is so important for Seniors with little appetite to begin with. Can’t say enough positive things about the place. The Director ([name removed]) is absolutely lovely and that vibe continues with each staff member you encounter. I don’t worry about Mom as she’s so happy with her new friends and new home.

Our experience with our tour was great the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the receptionist was so sweet and [name removed] answered all the questions and concerns we had so we are going to be using this facility. It is very warm and friendly.

They get 5 stars because the staff are phenomenal w my husband!! He's very crabby and the facility is spotless and everyone is very kind.

it was a very nice experience, i think the rooms are a little small, but very adequate for the right resident. I didnt got into the memory care area so I cant make a comment.
