The facility is beautiful. From the receptionist at the front desk to the aides the staff is always cheerful & very helpful. My mom is in good hands & she is 15 minutes from work & home! I highly recommend The Chelsea at Sparta.

My 90 year old father is very happy here. It’s a nice bright sunny place. The people who work there are so kind and patient. The place is clean and the other residents seem happy and well cared for

As with most places, the staff has a decently high turnover rate but overall they are compassionate and competent. The staff has always been kind and lovely to her. We have exceptionally few complaints about anything.

We chose this facility because of the location, price, overall staff and presentation. Memory Care - excellent care, personal service, responsiveness, overall Great choice.

The onsite rehab facility, and the atmosphere--it's a recent build, beautifully decorated. Everything is clean and well cared for, and the residents and staff are very friendly. I would recommend it. Nowhere is perfect, but when concerns are brought to their attention they address them promptly and there also aren't a lot of extra or hidden fees.

The Chelsea is beautiful and the staff so helpful and most of all caring. This is a big decision and the staff took as much time as I felt I needed to ensure a smooth transition for my mother. I recommend The Chelsea.

The front desk staff - specifically [name removed] - simply amazing! Facility is spotless and physical therapy is great! Where they could do better -Three things: Quicker response from maintenance issues, Better effort to connect residents with other residents, Follow up on my request to send weekly activity schedule to my email.

My mother moved to The Chelsea at Fair Lawn after having lived for two years at a residence that was having issues with their administration and staff and this was was affecting her quality of life. She has now been at The Chelsea at Fair Lawn for four months and has been much happier. She has been pleased with the food and services and has found the staff to be consistently pleasant and professional. Since she moved, my family has had peace of mind knowing that she’s in a residence where she feels safe and comfortable.

The Chelsea is a very friendly and warm place. The staff is great. My mom complains about the food but I have not personally tasted it. The activity director tries to run trips and do fun things. I have been very happy with her care.

They are all 5 except of course we wish is was less expensive. But it is a great place. It is more than just clean. It is a lovely yet comfortable environment which is what we initially thought about it when we initially visited it. My mother (and us)feels very positive about about the facility and staff. It is clean and the staff provides excellent service and care.

My mother loves it here!!! The Director of Country Cottage is absolutely hospitable and attends to all concerns. The staff are attentive. I have no concerns in how my mom receives her care. They look after my mother very lovingly and genuinely. She also has her own room.

The staff is excellent! Always looking out for the residents. Good communication with me. Always encouraging mom to participate in activities. Not entirely happy with food services but I'm told they're working on it. Apartment size is perfect for my mom. Especially that she doesn't have to clean it lol cleaning ladies come faithfully once a week and take care of everything for her.

Good place clean and nice staff great food very helpful and we like doctors coming here for the occupants to schedule appointments with . Excellent people work here could not be happier with this service

We are very happy with The Chelsea At Fair Lawn. The staff are always in a good mood and very nice. The food is fantastic. The grounds are always clean and well kept. We like that. They have physicians come to the facility, which makes things so much easier than Having to transport my mom to a doctors office and waiting in a crowded waiting room.

The place is nice, the staff is warm and helpful , [name removed] and [name removed] were fantastic in guiding us the process, as redundant as it was, they worked hard in making my mother welcome. The staff are great in assuring she is at every activity and meal. She has met a few good friends and realy likes it there. They were able to get us a great discount that will last the entire time. I have already recommended this place to 4 other friends.

The Residences at Plainview is a great facility that is very well kept. The management really takes care of the residents there. Based on the experience we have had with the community we would recommend this community to other families.

It is expensive and I have to provide paper towels and toilet paper. But mom is very happy and well taken care of so I am grateful for that!

After careful consideration, we made the difficult decision to move my mother from our home to a memory care unit in November 2023. We chose The Chelsea at New City (Atria). Our decision was made with the help of the Community Sales Director who guided us through every aspect of the process and continued to keep in touch with us over the past 5 months. The transition from home to the memory unit came with challenges for my mother but with the constant guidance of the unit Director and caring staff she has settled in nicely. Our family takes comfort in knowing that she is well cared for and is kept safe at all times.

They love the community there they really like the other people who live there they love the staff. The staff team at The Chelsea are very caring and capable workers.
