I found the facility to be clean and the staff very helpful. All the staff members from the receptionistu. , dining room staff, recreation staff, nurses and the administrators were WONDERFUL!! They always answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I would place him there again and recommend Somerset to anyone who asks.

Aside from arranging to place my sister in your assisted living community, I have spent all of my free time emptying her former residence. My experiences with staff were all positive and reassuring

You will love the location and the size of the apartments Great culinary program in place with three meals included each day My Mom has so many choices each day of classes, musical performances, trips. She is really enjoying her home at The Sinclair at Port Washington

Everyone and everything is great here. I'm very happy she's at Chelsea. The staff is friendly and anytime mom needs anything they are right here to help. She said the food is very good. She is seated with 3 other lovely ladies. They also watch over mom. She hasn't done any of the activities. They do offer many different things to do. The facility is very clean. I can't recall anything negative.

My only issue was that they were short-staffed giving out the meds on the weekend- several times my mom didn't get her am meds until lunchtime. Staff were very friendly and caring! My mom loved the food- too much!

The units are modern and nicely appointed, and the common areas are very nice, including the garden. The management is responsive and caring. The residents all seem content and friendly, there is a good mix of men, women, singles and couples. There seem to be plenty of activities though I don't know how well attended they are because my dad doesn't really participate in most of them. The only disappointment is the food, I think they are trying too hard to serve up "fancy" dishes instead of basic meals that elderly people would be accustomed to. And the off-menu "anytime" meals are mostly cold sandwiches plus hamburgers and hot dogs.

We have had an excellent experience all around with the Chelsea! I would highly recommend them, the staff keep us informed and our loved one feels cared for and happy and her space is beautiful and clean. We feel thankful to find such a great place.

It truly is an amazing place for my Dad.. They are very caring & always watching their clients.. He loves the food, the people who care for him & how they just watch over him.. It's very reassuring..

We are very happy with the facility. My 4 is based on early interactions with the facility that have since been much better. All of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We have never had a bad interaction with the daily staff. The amenities are great. There are multiple activities daily, the residents take trips (and I've partnered with them and the school I teach at to do communal activities). The room sizes are generally good - my mom is in a one bedroom now.

5+++ for all! I loved this place. They were very kind and loving to my MIL...could not have asked for a better place for her to spend her last few months. They were very helpful getting things arranged for her to move in. Just a great experience in general. Unfortunately, she wasn't there very long.

The facility is beautiful. From the receptionist at the front desk to the aides the staff is always cheerful & very helpful. My mom is in good hands & she is 15 minutes from work & home! I highly recommend The Chelsea at Sparta.

My 90 year old father is very happy here. It’s a nice bright sunny place. The people who work there are so kind and patient. The place is clean and the other residents seem happy and well cared for

As with most places, the staff has a decently high turnover rate but overall they are compassionate and competent. The staff has always been kind and lovely to her. We have exceptionally few complaints about anything.

We chose this facility because of the location, price, overall staff and presentation. Memory Care - excellent care, personal service, responsiveness, overall Great choice.

The onsite rehab facility, and the atmosphere--it's a recent build, beautifully decorated. Everything is clean and well cared for, and the residents and staff are very friendly. I would recommend it. Nowhere is perfect, but when concerns are brought to their attention they address them promptly and there also aren't a lot of extra or hidden fees.

The Chelsea is beautiful and the staff so helpful and most of all caring. This is a big decision and the staff took as much time as I felt I needed to ensure a smooth transition for my mother. I recommend The Chelsea.

The front desk staff - specifically [name removed] - simply amazing! Facility is spotless and physical therapy is great! Where they could do better -Three things: Quicker response from maintenance issues, Better effort to connect residents with other residents, Follow up on my request to send weekly activity schedule to my email.

My mother moved to The Chelsea at Fair Lawn after having lived for two years at a residence that was having issues with their administration and staff and this was was affecting her quality of life. She has now been at The Chelsea at Fair Lawn for four months and has been much happier. She has been pleased with the food and services and has found the staff to be consistently pleasant and professional. Since she moved, my family has had peace of mind knowing that she’s in a residence where she feels safe and comfortable.

The Chelsea is a very friendly and warm place. The staff is great. My mom complains about the food but I have not personally tasted it. The activity director tries to run trips and do fun things. I have been very happy with her care.

The people are very caring. It's expensive but my mom is very happy in their community
