My mom is very happy at The Residences at Plainview community. The people are nice and the staff members are very caring. She loves it and loves all the socialization they have going on. This community has changed my moms life, she is busy all day.

My experience there thus far has been incredible Very friendly supportive and engaged staff Place is meticulously clean I've eaten there once - food was good Nice vegetarian options The activities are diverse and frequent My mom has gradually been moving in and the staff has supported her choice to do that. She will be officially in on the [date removed] The place is expensive And I hope she will take part in all they have to offer to make it worth the cost. My mom's happy new home

The overall experience has been good. Staff is very friendly. The only issue we are having is the quality of food is not good. We are working to try and get this resolved. She is in a studio which fits her needs.

My uncle is in memory care in Somerset Gardens and I'm so happy with the environment with the staff everything about it I feel my uncle is the most important person to me and I want him to having a place with people know him in a friendly and he's not lonely and they take good care of him and that's what I feel he's getting at Somerset. Also medically he's had a very rough year. He's been in and out of the hospital a lot and they monitor him and they know when he needs to get sent out and it helps me out because I think I would get so stressed out so it takes a lot of the stress off me but the place is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and I don't think I could be happier anywhere else for him

It was the only place that even mentioned a discount for Veterans. It's a great place that I feel my family members are being well taken care of.

Every staff member at The Chelsea at Sparta that we encountered was compassionate, dedicated, and professional. The facility is beautiful, comfortable, and warm. They were wonderful! The residents seemed very happy with the meals. While Assisted Living is costly, I did not find that the cost differed from other comparable communities. I would definitely recommend The Chelsea at Sparta to others and I am grateful for the experience that my family had there.

The process for moving into the Independent living facility was smoothly accomplished with the help of the Chelsea staff. The apartment was so nice and accommodated all our needs. Circumstances necessitated a change to Assisted Living. Here again the staff was most amenable to facilitating the steps necessary to accomplish this. The Assisted Living building is very well appointed and should easily meet the needs of its future residents.

The ambiance was more male-friendly in decor. But a big factor is that they will accept Medicaid after his private funds run out and he won't have to be relocated. We picked this community, because my loved one has his own bedroom, as opposed to sharing.

Great place that I felt very comfortable leaving mom with. Feel the activities can become redundant. Diet not always the best- but there are options. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Somerset Gardens to other families. Despite the age range being a bit higher than my moms they are always welcoming and receptive to myself and my family- the occupants always saying hello and talking to us. Always a pleasure!

My loved one lives here. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Maple Pointe Assisted Living. The staff doesn't just care for the residents, they care for their whole family! The staff, from marketing to the nurses, are wonderful. The food is good and they even have a food committee for the residents to participate in. It is a community, not just a place to live. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I picked this community, because of the closeness to my family; cost; smaller community - less residents, more opportunity to meet and make friends; near stores - grocery (ShopRite) etc) hair salons, restaurants, banks, senior center, Community Center, Pharmacies, clothing stores,Doctors, Dentists, etc etc all within 2 -3 miles. Facility is brand new, underground parking, allows pets. Many stores within walking distance. It has lived up to my expectations. There were a few minor glitches because it is a new construction but they were quickly addressed by the very competent and friendly staff. I would highly recommend it.

We chose The Chelsea at Sparta because it is a new facility that is clean and nicely decorated. The entire staff here is very caring. I would definitely recommend The Chelsea to other families looking.

My sister and I are both happy having our dad here. The staff is so nice. The chef is great - our dad loves the food. All of the patients run to get their meals! I'd say the price is reasonable. No place is cheap, but The Chelsea is really nice.

We've had a decent experience at The Chelsea - the parents are continuing to adjust - but we all know they are safe and being taken care of when I'm not there- I live 11 minutes away.

I toured this facility. It was beautiful and new and huge, however it was way too big for Mom. She needed a cozier community. The price was way more, as well.

They have a very friendly staff, and the pricing is competitive. Both the staff and residents are all very happy and seem to enjoy it there. It would be nice if they added more outings off the premises.

We picked this community because, it provided all the services, that was needed for my loved ones. The administration of the place could be slightly better. I would recommend to other families.

We liked the feel of the community. The building is new and rooms were bright and cheery. The staff we met seemed genuinely pleasant. There were some add-ons and restrictions that didn't work for our mom and the bottom line was out of our price range.

It's very expensive but you do get what you pay for. It's like a cruise ship on land. They are fast to respond and assist. They will pretty much cater to any/all requests. They were in a totally separate league than the others. Zero comparison when it came to NOT looking like an assisted living facility. It really LOOKS like an upscale apartment complex.
