My loved one is here now and she is very happy with this community and being here.

My sister in law has been a resident at maple pointe assisted living for just about three years. From the moment my husband and I went there to review it we were highly impressed. Upon walking In It’s liking walking into a small lobby inn in Vermont. Very nicely decorated, very clean and everyone is very personable. She has never been more happier. She raves about the food the activities and the staff. They are constantly busy and if you choose not to participate you can be left by yourself. The executive director and her staff are like a second family. There isn’t enough that they can’t do to help you solve a problem. If you are in the market for a safe and happy environment for your loved one maple pointe is your place. Checked other places in the surrounding area and they didn’t come close. So you’ll be happy and so will your loved one. You’ll never have to worry about them. One last note during COVID they were exceptional and overly protective of the residents. Residents are 1st

It is hard to believe but my Mom has been living at Maple Pointe for almost two years! Maple Pointe has provided a safe and happy home through challenging times. Balancing activity needs, with staff resources with Covid safety protocols has been quite the balancing act - but Maple Pointe has done a great job. If your mom is like mine, she'll always find something to complain about, but with Maple Pointe she has to work really hard to find something to be nit-picky over! We live several hundred miles away and it is comforting to know that she is in good hands.

My parents moved into Atria in October. I could not have found a better place for them to live. After lots of research, phone calls and tours. We decided on Atria New City. I have siblings involved in making the decision but independently we all came to the same conclusion. We wanted the best for my parents and had full faith in the staff. They have not disappointed. I would strongly encourage anyone who is considering senior housing to go to Atria New City

At first mom was apprehensive, but yesterday she was just telling our family how happy she is and how she cannot wait to get back there, she absolutely loves it. They are really on top of her care. They have tons of activities provided, she goes non-stop and I swear she is never in her room. We got a great deal when moving in. Overall we have been extremely pleased and would for sure recommend. She says it feels like home.

We're very, very happy with them. We've been very pleased with the care my mom is getting. She's had some real life upheaval in the last six month. She was at another assisted living facility that was absolutely horrible. It has been such a positive change moving her here. When we contact them with any problems, they get back to us in a reasonable amount of time. There was only one instance where the nurse didn't get back to me in a couple of days, and it turned out she had quit. But I'm happy very with them overall.

I loved Maple Pointe! The facility was clean. The tour was very informative. And the lady at front desk was very cheerful.

Somerset Gardens has been a very caring assisted living community for my mother. From the moment we selected this community for her, the director was so supportive as we transitioned her from rehab and hospital stays. My experience while visiting other facilities was that many just felt like it was all business without a true supportive touch. Somerset Gardens went above and beyond to help us out. The director is amazing. The apartments are really nice and modern. Many with terraces. Yes, the community is one of the older ones, but when it comes to the care your loved one will receive, Somerset is top notch.

After touring many places, Chelsea at Sparta was one of my top picks. It just looked bright and clean. They had a Shuffleboard thing that your wheelchair could go up to, which looked like it would be fun if I brought my kids to visit. They had a nice little theater too.

Our family had an in person tour and the individual we spoke with and who was in charge sat with us for over an hour really explaining everything to us. It was great, because they helped us learn what to expect and we really appreciated that.

The staff are incredibly caring, and everyone is nice. They have activities available for the residents, it is sometimes hard to get all the residents to participate in the activities. The staff have been very helpful with any questions we may have, and very genuine. The residents are very friendly as well.

My mom moved to the Chelsea from another facility. The medical staff and administration are top notch. My mom's health has steadily improved. The staff are very personable and solicitous. the meals are great and the activities enticing to my mom. The maintenance staff are amazingly helpful. My family is so delighted to see my mom thriving.

The first time I walked into Somerset the feeling was totally exceptional. I accompanied my friend to look into bringing her dad there from another facility. My first impression with everyone was firstly kindness, loving, friendly and helpful. When we left I turned to my friend and I said [name removed] this is the place, dad will love it, as I love it here. I even mention that I wanted to move in there. A great environment of wonderful people. We just moved him in there yesterday we were welcomed with open arms. Somerset it’s like family!!

We chose Somerset Gardens because we got a warm feeling from them during our tour and we were impressed with their memory care unit. The location is great and they also have parking on the spot that is very close. The staff is extremely helpful and I would recommend them.

We chose Atria New City because it was clean, the facility was brand new, location was great for us, and the director took us out to dinner. When you walk in you get a resort/hotel type feel, it does not feel like a nursing home at all. The room sizes are very nice and spacious. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and that is the most important thing to us. I would recommend to others and already have.

We chose The Chelsea because of the close location, I am able to get there quick if I need to and it is so nice having her that close. The room sizes are very nice, she has more than enough room for what she needs. It is a very warm and inviting environment, all of the staff are so caring. It has given me great peace of mind having her here and I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking.

This felt too big for my loved one. The people were nice here.

The community has been wonderful, caring, and supportive. The director is superb. My loved one has received good care so far. The room is large and much better for my loved one that at another community. This is an older assisted living community. It is very nice here.

The Residences at Plainview was lovely. It was a new, large, and modern facility. My friend wanted a smaller and homier place. But I thought this was a spectacular new facility, with gyms and beautiful swimming pools and decks, none of which she cared about. She tended to be intimidated by the larger, fancier places, and even though to my taste I thought they were spectacular, I had to remind myself to look through her eyes since she would be the one living there.

My mother mother move into Atria New City three weeks ago. I could not be more pleased with how the staff helped my mother transition from her own home. The chef had dinner waiting for us the day we moved mom in. Big thank you to everyone there.
