Regency House Assisted Living

The staff is absolutely wonderful and truly care for my mom. They are priced just right and have good facilities and activities. They have taken the time to get to know my mom to help draw her out and make her welcome. When I visit, they always know me and give me updates, from the med techs to the medical director to the PT guy. As for the facility, the rooms are beautiful and spacious and less expensive than others I have seen.

I toured with the memory care director. The community was clean and very inviting. Memory care residents were enjoying the outdoors. Very refreshing to see.

Having lived here only a week, I am favorably impressed.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was excellent but we knew right away it was just not going to be the place for our loved one it is much smaller and not as many men

This community was lovely. The only downfall was that it was on the smaller side and my loved one wanted more people to interact with.

We moved here around 6 months ago to be closer to medical facilities and doctors for my wife who was quite ill at the time, I personally needed very little aide or assistance but my wife [name removed] needed considerable assistance which increased each month. She sadly passed away in September after receiving extremely good care in this community, for which I am grateful. We were both impressed by Charter Senior Living. It is a lovely building in a grove of trees which makes it seem out in the country, but is actually really close to any and every kind of shopping and medical need. The building is perfectly maintained and very attractive. The staff has been well trained and professional in their duty, while also friendly and kind. The food is delicious, with careful consideration of dietary needs. The entire community is immaculate and attractively decorated. I am sadly moving, but my family is in the Pennsylvania area. I will miss my many friends here and wish everyone the very best!

I toured this community with [name removed] and it is a hidden gem! The staff are very friendly and the community is clean. The residents look like they are having so much fun with all the activities! I tried the fried chicken, and it was amazing!

We toured with Regency House and everything was great, it seemed like a really nice facility and we liked what we saw.

I wish I could give Brookdale Hamilton Mill ten stars. My mom is in the memory care area and we are so very wonderfully happy with the care she receives at Brookdale. The staff that take care of mom - [names removed] and so many more- are caring, kind, patient and attentive to my mom and all the patients. They look at each patient independently and know their likes and dislikes in food and activities and all aspects of their life at Brookdale and adjust the patients life to what makes that patient happy, comfortable and feeling loved. We are so blessed to have the staff in our mom's and our life. In a situation that can be so hard and upsetting the staff at Brookdale has made it a wonderful life for mom. The facility is clean and the staff is always cleaning up for the patients and the food is very good!

My mom has been here about 3 weeks and I'm completely happy with our decision to move here. Everything is great... especially the food!

[name removed], [name removed] and the entire staff are very professional and extremely helpful. They always answer my calls and help with any request I have. I feel very comfortable knowing my mom is being very well taken care of.

My mother has been at Brookdale Buford since [date removed]. The staff is wonderful and are taking great care of her. The food is wonderful.

Regency House is great and is the place my Mom calls her home. This facility is run like a finely tuned machine, and the staff is always friendly and attentive to their residents. Recently my Mom broke her hip and was in a rehab facility, and with her Dementia, she was declining due to the different surroundings. The staff at Regency visited her several times and saw the same thing then jumped through hoops to get her back home, so they could care for her and get oversee her rehab. My Mom is doing much better now as a result, and that's just one example of [name removed], [name removed] and the rest of the staff going the extra mile. THANKS to all at Regency House for taking such good care of my Mom. My family and I couldn't be happier!

Went to this Brookdale location unannounced and they were great showing us around. [Removed] called later in the day and invited us back to discuss our options. We find this place to be great and my wife felt at piece here and felt her Mom would feel the same.

I like the care at this community. The staff are outstanding. The menu is appealing and I am glad that she is liking the meals. They do offer her to get involved with the actives, but not at this time. We like the care that she is receiving. We would highly recommend this positive caring community to other families.

This place is great! The food is fantastic! Lots of Activities and and happy residents. The staff are very nice and the administrator even gave me his personal cell phone if we had additional questions. Very homey, happy and affordable!

I was very excited to visit. The building was clean and did not smell like a nursing home. They were coking something that smelt great. There was a front receptionist that welcomed us. The rest of the staff from what I could see was doing activities with people. The building was very nice. All the rooms where private, even the smaller less priced apartments had rooms with doors vs a hanging curtain I saw at other places. We are looking in Jan. of 2017 and I can say - great place, good food, happy and busy residents and folks that you can tell care.

We did a visit to the community today as we are looking for a place for my husbands dad. This place was wonderful. They were singing by the organ and the residents looked very happy. We also saw a PT Department that was on site working with the residents and staff. It was very clean, up to date and the staff where very helpful. This may just be the spot, lots of activities, music and very nice.
