Regency House Assisted Living

Absolutely fell in love with this place...welcoming, clean, homey, cheery feeling ...happy residents and staff. I would gladly want to call this place home if it was for me and have no reservations about placing my mom's care in their hands.

I don't give out fives often but this community deserves one. Melanie the Sales Manager and Pat the supervisor of the memory care unit are kind, helpful and very communicative. They keep the community and my dad's room clean. He likes to participate in some of the activities and has made new friends.

We have only had my Dad there for a month now. We have been very pleased. They have been very accommodating, caring, and helpful with his adjustment to assisted living life. We are so happy that my Mom will probably be joining him soon.

We were at the Brookdale Buford for a week because my loved one was on respite care. I was very happy with everything. They went above and beyond. They made the process more easy. They were able to find my loved one a place in a short period of time. I loved the experience. I would go back again. I have already recommended this facility to everyone. My overall rating of this facility is five stars. (Activities Not Applicable)

My mother was only there about three weeks, but communication has been good, I have been very pleased so far. I have been very happy, nothing negative to say. Everybody is very friendly there and open and if I ever have any needs or questions they respond right away.

My mother has been here for about a month. She's happy here. The Regency House Assisted Living is such a nice place because of the clean and fresh atmosphere. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars because it is always clean there. I rate the friendliness, value, care services, and activities 4 stars. My mother doesn't really participate in the activities. Overall, This is a great place.

So far we're very pleased with everything at Brookdale Buford, it is working out well. It's a nice looking clean place, the staff are friendly, and they are taking good care of our loved one, we are satisfied with the service.

Everything has gone fine with Emeritus at Buford so far, they've done a great job across the board. Everyone was very warm and receptive when we moved my loved one in, and they seem to be doing a great job taking care of her.

One word, WONDERFUL!! She is over the moon about that place. Getting her here was four months of hell, she went kicking and screaming. What a difference, she goes to bingo and plays cards, she gets her hair done. She loves everyone, the other residents, the staff, and she will say that she gets into bed and she just thinks this is perfect, it doesn't get any better than this. She has done a complete turnaround.

Love love this one. Right across the street from np Hosp. Food is great. Staff very friendly! All inclusive except if they to med pass.

Very nice... $2995 + phone and cable, can also convert to shared room $1695 @ month. Room has fridge and microwave. Residents wear pendant around neck for assistance. $115 @ month for unlimited incontinence supplies.

Staff very caring and residents seemed happy. Big rooms. Only Assisted Living so will not work for us.

We loved Charter Senior Living - the sales gentlemen [name removed] and [name removed] were unbelievable to work with and really helped us move our loved one in. We cannot say enough good things about them. The staff were just the nicest, and sweetest individual who were more then willing to assists us with any help. Just like everyone else at times the struggled with staffing but for the most part the staff and aids working stayed on a consistent schedule and always treated our loved one with the upmost respect. They had activities going on all the time on the assisted living side - a lot of musical entertainment. On the memory care side they had activities as well for those who were able to take advantage of them. It was a wonderful experience

Regency House is great and is the place my Mom calls her home. This facility is run like a finely tuned machine, and the staff is always friendly and attentive to their residents. Recently my Mom broke her hip and was in a rehab facility, and with her Dementia, she was declining due to the different surroundings. The staff at Regency visited her several times and saw the same thing then jumped through hoops to get her back home, so they could care for her and get oversee her rehab. My Mom is doing much better now as a result, and that's just one example of Kimberly, Sharon and the rest of the staff going the extra mile. THANKS to all at Regency House for taking such good care of my Mom. My family and I couldn't be happier!

Have had good experiences with staff management with regarding getting help when in need. Good experiences with activities and content.

I have had good experiences with staff, though some are freindly than others. Quality of care is good.

Good and fair.

Since moving in my mom has been quite well. They just hired a new activity director and Director. We meet the Director and she is sweet. My mom likes the and meals she fell in love with some of the staff. Her apartment is just right for her. It has a small area off the kitchenette, comes with a microwave oven and a small refrigerator, it has a bathroom and a nice size bedroom. We mostly picked them for the price and the closeness to my house.

We had a very good tour of this community. Everything went very well. Everyone was very kind to my family, and I. The community looked great, everything was nice, and well maintained. The staff was kind, and our questions were answered. Unfortunately the location of the community was to far for our families to travel too. However we did end up going to one of their sister communities, and everything is working out well.

Brookdale is a great place. My mom has been very homesick but she is doing much better. She is well cared for and the facility is beautiful. I feel confident now that she is here and watched after.
