I'm so happy here at Concord Place in Northlake Illinois. The food/dining, activities, staff and apartment size are all great!

The staff is exceptional and very helpful. The location, including the private room is very clean and well maintained.

Concord is the best value I've seen in the region. They accomplish this by scale. There are A LOT of units and the land its on is cheap. It's not inspiring like some of the other places in the Chicago region. Staff is great. Food is reliable.

Great value for the cost. Staff is kind, people are friendly, facilities is clean. Thank you! Getting my mom there had been the best thing for our family! She's very happy there!

After bringing my elderly sister from Florida finding her to be in poor condition mentally and physically I was able to get the assistance necessary to move her into Concord Place where the staff works with you to secure proper medical,financial and living support. The facility is filled with events and is well maintained. I would recommend a visit if this is something that you are interested in.

I moved here a month ago it's amazing yes amazing home I Love it here. The staff is outstanding great.,and resident's are so nice too. I'm write you because I believe in this friendly home ,all my prayers where answered . Living here made me the Happiest person (.at my age ) and being this happy .wow so if your looking for a great place .come here....... Thank you staff, and resident's..your great!!! For special needs seniors the staff does a lot to be helpful. Definitely would recommend Concord place to others.

The staff made my aunt's transition so very easy. Also staff is very helpful and genuinely nice. Also Concord is one of the few places that will help you transition to Medicaid if the need arises.

What we like the most about Concord Place is that it seems safe. They are not too pushy in terms of participating in activities but they are aware of who does not participate. They focus more on assisted living residents (as expected) but I feel they could be a little more attentive to independent living folks.

Very happy with Waterford. She is in Supportive Living with Medicaid. Very nice facility and staff. I think they do a great job with everything.

The Grand is a beautiful facility, very friendly people. We are very happy with our choice to move mom there. The apt is very spacious and there's alot of closet space. It fresh and clean there and because it's a smaller facility it's easy to navigate.

I was happy to see such happy and friendly folks throughout our experience at Concord. Literally our first visit and we were approached by numerous residents offering friendly tips and warm greetings. Staff and Management are friendly, competent and helpful in every way. It’s a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The piano playing in the great room is so fabulous. The living rooms on the mezzanine with beautiful fireplace and decor are delightful. I really cannot say enough good things about it.

Communication, and open communication with everyone. Always get everything documented and copied. Pleasant staff members. Make sure there's always follow-ups and checking on every person that lives there no matter if they pay for it or not. Wellness check is very important.

The tour was prompt, informative, professional, and friendly.

It's a very clean nice facility. If there was any issue it was more about my cousin. Concord Place really is a great facility.

My loved ones were only here 3 months, but they really loved it there. They both passed away last year. The staff was great. My mother in law was becoming more social. It made me sad when they were forced to leave because she got sick.

I was very impressed with they're willingness to help out in any way to make the facility available to my cousin. Her accounts were frozen and they were still willing to help. Also because they provide so many different levels of service the cost is reasonable compared to other places. Since my cousin has special needs, I was concerned about whether they would be willing to go the extra to provide services needed and so far that has happened.

By far Concord is Exceptional! Absolutely the most wonderful experience . They work very hard to ensure residents are treated with dignity kindness and promote wellness! I love the staff from the front desk, cleaning and wait staff, to the care team, back office, shuttle driver, admin and store ! Just an awesome place.
