Staff is great. Helped personally with the move in. I don't do the activities but from what I've seen they try very hard. Food could be a bit healthier so id recommend a fridge in the room for produce and water.

Wow what a great place from the time we walked into this facility there was a great vibe from the young man at the desk who greeted us and showed us to a room to wait for [name removed] (the person who was going to give the tour).Everyone was so nice and I would really like to commend [name removed] for all the information he gave he really kind of put our fears to rest as to having to place mom all the amenities from the pool to the choice of meals daily to the theater the little store downstairs the place was so clean and the rooms were as well the only thing l will say that was kinda a very mild set back was the bathtub they were kinda a high step for a elderly person but there was a shower but it was down the hall.Overall I give the Concord a 10 out of 10 .

Toured all facility, discussed strong points and even alternative facilities. Showed each type of living unit and all common areas. Discussed financing options and advantages living in Illinois regarding Medicaid.

My experience at a place for mom was very enlightened to see smiling faces of seniors like myself of all ages and how they mingled together. I am looking forward to visit again at a place for mom. I enjoyed the tour of such large place for moms.

[name removed] the manager, was very helpful. He knew the staff and residents by name and everyone was friendly and happy. Facility is new and clean but does have very limited outdoor space and access. The food looked great.

What we like the most about the community are the Incredible amenities and super helpful/friendly staff. Move-in was really simple and coordinated well. The food is delicious and much better than we expected in a community living center. Yes, we would recommend Concord Place community to other families based on the experience so far.

It was very clean and modern and the staff seems extremely friendly with a lot of activities for the residents! I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a community.

5 for every category. The staff are really friendly and I like that residents are out doing activities at all different times. There is a wide variety of things to do.

They were kind, patient, and helpful. They worked with me to make sure we could get the right help and situation for my brother. The staff, especially [name removed], are very knowledgeable about all the things you need to do to get the most benefits for your loved one. For example, things I needed to make sure we're in place so they could apply for Medicaid for my brother.

I'm so happy here at Concord Place in Northlake Illinois. The food/dining, activities, staff and apartment size are all great!

Concord is the best value I've seen in the region. They accomplish this by scale. There are A LOT of units and the land its on is cheap. It's not inspiring like some of the other places in the Chicago region. Staff is great. Food is reliable.

After bringing my elderly sister from Florida finding her to be in poor condition mentally and physically I was able to get the assistance necessary to move her into Concord Place where the staff works with you to secure proper medical,financial and living support. The facility is filled with events and is well maintained. I would recommend a visit if this is something that you are interested in.

I moved here a month ago it's amazing yes amazing home I Love it here. The staff is outstanding great.,and resident's are so nice too. I'm write you because I believe in this friendly home ,all my prayers where answered . Living here made me the Happiest person (.at my age ) and being this happy .wow so if your looking for a great place .come here....... Thank you staff, and resident's..your great!!! For special needs seniors the staff does a lot to be helpful. Definitely would recommend Concord place to others.
