My sister and I knew before our mom moved into Victory Center that she would be happy there, and she is. [names removed] helped us thru the governments paper work and admittance for our mom, the engineering crew helped with the move, lovely young women on staff stopped by and introduce themselves, to see in mom needed anything and a lovely resident named [name removed], who is the welcoming committee, stopped by to have a chat with mom and then came back to take her down for dinner. What started as an overwhelming and daunting experience was at once make easier by everyone at Victory, we are so grateful.

The Grand at Twin Lakes has been my home for three years. Entering the lobby for the first time, I knew I was home. Everything was so clean, the library an unexpected delight. We felt very safe here during the COIVD virus and we followed all the necessary precautions. My focus today is on the activities and its chairman Vicky, she works tirelessly keeping us active with games, hobbies, and making new friends. What a delight she is!!! making The Grand a happy home.

Everyone does their best to make our lives as satisfactory as possible. My wife and I are extremely happy to live here.

The building is clean, the employees are friendly and helpful and there seems to be plenty of activities for the residents.

My mom lives there and was the best choice. She loves the food, enjoys painting classes and staff nice. They go above and beyond

My dad likes playing poker with the guys. They take care of his medicine, laundry, and housekeeping. He is happy with meals and really is happy in his new home. Building is clean and staff is great.

We chose The Grand at Twin Lakes because of the convenient location and the facility itself. The apartment sizes here are very good. My friend enjoys the food. I would recommend to others who are looking.

I liked this senior care living a lot, close to my daughter, wonder caring people, my chose when I am ready to move.

Our mom has been at Victory center for approx 5 year's. This last year of covid-19 her mind and health had declined significantly, sadly she is on hospice now at Victory centre. She's been taken care of in every way we have needed. They have always responded to our inquires in a timely fashion. They have kept up with CDC guide lines at all times and had very few covid-19 cases. We want to say thanks for all they do, especially with the new world we've all had to deal with. Victory centre is a safe, clean, respectable home for our beloved mom! Thanks to all there!

Every time we call our loved one she is constantly talking about how much she enjoys the meals and dining service there, everything really has been amazing. She is absolutely happy at The Grand community.
