I am happy to be among friendly resident and a caring stuff that has time and compassion for everybody. I feel safe and there are activities for all that want you to take part. The food is healthy. Do come. I'm 99, active, and I like it.

I like living at Waterford Estates. They offered plenty of activities. The staff at Waterford is very helpful when in need.

For the value it is really good, and I would recommend this community. Everybody I have interacted with, the residents and staff have been very cordial and friendly. I think this is due to the management team. Last year they were taken over by another Executive Director. I believe she has brought very friendly people on to the staff.

My brother really likes it here, they have been extremely helpful with all of his needs. Some staff have gone above and beyond. He moved from out of state so they helped me furnish his room. They offer temporary furnished rooms until their permanent room is ready which was great. They are very welcoming and helping us get his settled. My favorite part about the community so far has been how easy they made the transition. I would recommend the community.

This community is a great place. They have really been able to take care my mom. They go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this community. There are still activities out in the community areas of the Waterford Estates, this is for the memory care unit.

Put my mom in a week ago. Feel like the luckiest people on earth. This place is amazing. From the staff in every department to the residents. The food happy hour. Activities. Bright clean. Truly amazing. Anyone in Chicago area should be here.

I loved it. They have a pool, movie theater transportation. They offered two to three meals a day, your choice. They have a happy hour weekly. They have lots of activities, crafts, cards, bingo etc. We loved it but my dad kept forgetting that he could not smoke and kept trying smoke so I had to move him out.

It is a great place. The Waterford Estates is very clean and bright. The apartments have balconies. They have a pool. The lay out of the community is good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really like Waterford Estates.

Beyond amazing. The employees, no matter what they're doing, always have time for the residents and treat them with respect and kindness. I can only say great things about my entire experience with them.

A wonderful facility whose aim is to help you be the best you can be both mentally and physically. Their aim is to try and get you to assisted living and my family loves that this place thinks that way. It is clean, well run and tht staff is very caring. [Name removed]

Jackson Park Supportive Living is its own community within itself. The residents acts as family helping each other when possible. The staff works greatly together, providing the best services possible for the residents to the best of their abilities by going beyond their job descriptions. Team work is key & JPSL has demonstrated this greatly. Great Work Guys!

I'm beyond happy with the care my Mom receives. Every time I go to visit her, I'm greeted warmly at the front desk and I always feel so welcome. My Mom really needed to be somewhere that had a lot of programs to keep her busy and happy. She was so lonely at home and now I know she is enjoying life again. She especially loves participating in water aerobics. I was extremely impressed when I found out the Executive Director, [name removed], leads the class. I find that extremely impressive that she takes time to out of her day to engage with the residents living there. You can tell she truly cares about her job and those she is caring for. I really couldn't be happier with our choice. A huge thanks to the staff for everything you do!

We liked this facility very much and feel enough care would be provided as my mom ages. If we don’t find a place we like that would be a little closer for my brother, we will seriously consider Victory Centre.

This is a really clean and well ran establishment!

I recently visited an old fiebd at this Facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness and my friend enjiys the meals.

From our first visit to now 3 years later we could not be happier with Victory Center. The staff have taken wonderful care of her and kept us well informed of any changes in her health. Her room and the facility are clean and never are odors present. She is clean and well dressed always. Mom has severe dementia so their close attention to her needs give us , her family confidence when we can’t be with her. We are so glad we found Victory and at peace knowing Mom is so well cared for.
