My mother has experienced friendly residents, an exceptionally caring and helpful staff, and a clean and comfortable environment. She loves her room with its huge window giving her an opportunity to grow her favorite plants. There are multiple places to sit such as the large living room, community room for activities, library, dining room, and a lovely outdoor patio. The Victory Center community functions as a large family, and I am very impressed by what I've seen and how happy my mother is.

The staff at this community have been very good. They make dad feel comfortable and they are seeing to his needs. They are accommodating and we have good communication. He likes the food. The residents are friendly and dad has made friends. He has participated in an exercise class and has enjoyed the pool. The community is very clean and the rooms are nice. I would highly recommend this community.

My father-in-law was a resident at Victory Centre of Bartlett for over two years. He was 92 when he passed away. Everyone in this facility was kind, friendly, compassionate & caring. They treated him with the utmost respect. He felt very comfortable and loved. If he was not up to going down to the dining room for a meal they brought his meal to him. The last couple of months was very trying for him as his health was deteriorating, the staff checked on him regularly. My husband and I felt very comfortable having him at Victory Centre. They put our minds at ease know that he was being very well taken care of. He was always clean and had fresh clean clothes on. Victory Centre of Bartlett made our lives some much more tolerable knowing that Dad was in very, very good hands. We highly recommend Victory Centre of Bartlett!

This is a good community. We liked the staff who are caring and attentive. The menu is excellent and we like that she is going to join the others at meal times. The community. is clean. We were happy to know that they work with Medicade We are happy knowing that she likes this community and would recommend the care for others.

Mom likes living at this community. She likes the food and they offer a variety of choices including soups and salad. They do offer daily activities. Dad is still trying to adjust to living at this community. The staff has been great at trying to help dad get adjusted. They offer physical therapy and we like that they have a pool. They keep the community clean and I would recommend this community.

Thank you much for your care and concern for us. We have moved into Waterford Estates as of 7/26. We are very thankful for the facility's willingness to work during the long process passing papers on home. We are settling in and are so far HAPPY with our choice of new resident. I like this service for finding us someone as soon as needed to come to our home. I like knowing that the care takers comes on time and is very respectful. I know that she is reliable and is always happy with being able to help with some of the household responsibilities that are needed. She helps with cooking that is required for the assistance that is needed. We have recommended this service and the care takes for other families for great value.

my love one is doing great with her move to this community. I know she is safe, and in a good hands in this facility. They have an awesome staff at this community. When I visit the community, and her room. I have no complaints about this community. It has been a great experience for my love one, and her family. I would highly recommend this community.

My mother has been a resident of Waterford Estates for nearly 9 years. She is now 95 years old. The staff here is very friendly and genuinely care about the residents. When my mom was still able to travel, Waterford offered a bus that would take her to the drug store, grocery store, bank, etc. It gave her a sense of freedom and independence that made both of us feel better. The staff knows our family on sight and always greets us with a smile. I have peace of mind, knowing that help is near if Mom should need it.

I am very happy knowing that my parents are happpy in this nice community. We like the staff that is always very attentive and pleasant. The community is clean and my parents are happy with the nice variety of meals. They have a nice variety to choose from when it comes to the activites. I would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

The staff were wonderful even before my mother in law moved into this community. They explained things up front and did everything they could to assist us. They got her connected with the medical staff and we have good communication with them. They showed her around, introduced her to other residents and encouraged her to participate in the daily activities. The food is great and the community is kept immaculate. They have a resident dog and the staff are active with the residents. I would highly recommend this community.

I like the care at this very nice community. The staff is always caring and attentive. The menu is very appealing and we like that she is happy with the menu. They have a lot of activities that are offered for the residents who want to participate. This is a great value for great care.

I had to take notice to the fact this community is not as close to our family. It looked like a suitable community and the representative did good showing me around and answered my questions about living in the community.

I cannot express enough how wonderful the facility is! From first walking in the door to seeing how personable and caring the staff is and how beautiful and exceptionally well kept the building is - it is a sense of warmth and family oriented that you feel. How fortunate to know such a facility exists for loved ones!

I like the careThis is an outstanding community. The staff is caring and very attentive. The food is very good and they are enjoying all the meals. They have activities, but since the community is so new there are not enough residents to participate. We do recommend this community to families for the care of a loved one with a good value.

Everything about the Waterford Estates has been positive! I am very happy since my move here. They do everything they promised upon move in and they are speedy about doing it too. They have a good selection of food during meal times, and if you do not get full, you could ask for more. It does not get better than that. I love it here.

The property and staff there were wonderful and we are considering this place for my mother-in-law.
