My mother-in-law really enjoys living here. She likes the restaurant style dining room, including the food! Happy hour is her favorite activity. The atmosphere is fun and inviting, and the Waterford staff is very friendly.

Beautiful and clean. [Name removed] couldn’t have been nicer. Rooms are very nice, lots of extras in this community.

We live in Palatine so The Grand would be a good fit for us. We were pleasantly surprised by the light and airy decor and the overall cleanliness. [name removed] made us feel very comfortable with the entire operation. We would probably be ready to move in if it were not for the size of the units. They are not adequate for our needs.

We were in need of a faculty that would care for our parents as they entered the later stages of retirement. Our parents have been at Victory for 2 Years. We couldn’t be happier with choosing this faculty. The staff is friendly, caring and personable. This is a modern, very clean facility. Check with the business office regarding Medicaid. Daily activities and trips are ongoing to keep your loved one involved. The wellness center will manage medication requirements and can assist with most basic needs. You truly become Part of the Victory/Pathway family. We have had such a positive experience we felt the need to share for any other families looking for a great place for the care of your loved ones. Highly recommended!!

Very nice warm feeling there. Lovely courtyard and nice clean common areas. The only concerns we have would be 24/7 medicine management/nurse care as the person we are looking for is unable to administer his medication himself.

During her 2 bouts with cancer in her 80s contributed to her rebound and her functionality is equal prior to the diagnosis and now she is 90. Tremendous leadership, staff and facility! My family and mother are grateful for Victory Centre.

My mother was a resident here for 1 1/2 years. Everything about this facility was wonderful. While she was still able to, my mother enjoyed many of the activities and outings they have. All of the staff are outstanding. They are always cheerful and compassionate. I visited frequently and at various times of the day and never saw anything wrong. As my mother declined and things got emotionally very difficult the LEA's and the wonderful ladies at the front desk helped me to cope. I would highly recommend this facility.

You walk through the door and you think you are at a resort. Beautiful rooms and amenities. Retirement living at its best.

This was a very nice facility but I did not pick this one for my Father because he would have been farther away from home. It would have been a whole new area that he would have to learn. The facility itself was very clean and orderly. They do offer a lot of activities but they are geared more towards a younger crowd and couples. Some of the activities include pool activities and cocktail hour. I would recommend this community to other families

I had to place my friend here at Victory Centre, Riverwoods,in Melrose Pk. I was very impressed. The place is very clean. The staff from the executive director to the aides are very accommodating. Any concern I had was addressed. His unit was in great condition.They have activities daily. I would recommend this place.

Through a referral I found Coles Assisted Living for my brother. He has been there since August 2017 and seems to be adjusting very well. [Removed] and her staff truly care about the people there and they walked with us through every step in getting my brother settled in. My brother was in another facility and it was pretty horrible, the conditions were deplorable and now he is thriving, from the positive energy and interaction with the staff and other residence. I am truly thankful to [Removed] for giving my brother the opportunity to become a part of the Coles family. Keep up the great work!

I visited several homes and selected us for my uncle. I made the right decision! He really like his new home and has made many friends. We is a warm and caring senior living facility. My uncle and his family are treated with courteous and respect. We provides many activities both onsite and off. The food service is very good and accommodating as well.

This facility is like moving into a hotel. Beautiful furniture, grounds, stand was exceptionally nice. My love one will feel good here and be safe.

I couldn't be more happy with the choice my Mom made. I had my reservations at first but I think most daughters do when they entrust people other than family to keep an eye on a loved one. Since I don't live near my Mom, it was extremely important that she was somewhere safe. I recently came to visit and I was I was extremely impressed! The staff are so friendly and the facility is clean. My Mom has made so many friends. She calls me almost every night after supper to tell me about her day. She raves about the food, tells me funny stories about her new friends, and the latest and greatest happenings. I want to send a sincere thank you to the Executive Director [Removed] and her staff. [Removed] has built such a caring team and you can feel it as soon as you walk into the building. Thank you so much for all that you do for my Mom. I know she is happy, safe, and healthy. So thank you from the bottom of my heart! I now sleep soundly and without worry as I know you are all caring for her.
