I would like to commend the staff for their continued professionalism while my father has been there for the last three years. The process is definitely a hard one when you see a family members health changing and they need more help than we as family members can give individually. I would like to personally thank Nurse [name removed] in the wellness department during this process, she continues to make sure my fathers medical needs are meet and notifies me if there are issues or concerns. My family really appreciate what you do with me dealing with his need with me living out of state. I also would like to recognize [name removed] Director [name removed] for her continued support who goes above and beyond to make sure my fathers needs are meet as well. I appreciate everything the staff does at this facility .

I was very scared to move my mom into a supportive living facility, the director of this facility had my back every step of the way from start to finish and made the process seem-less, this was not an easy decision as most know if they care for a LO, my mom is happy here, the head nurse answers my texts no matter the time of day, the doctor that sees the residents noticed my mom had a UTI and had her on antibiotics right away, my mom has gained 26 lbs since moving in to her apt, her heart doctor was impressed at how well she was doing in such a short amount of time, the dining area could use some improvements as far as I noticed some heaters broken and ceiling issues, but that has no effect on the great food they serve, my mom LOVES IT! She has been here 4 months now and thriving, she was even able to bring her cat Pariah with her which was a huge plus with her dementia, the residents are nice, staff is always friendly and very aware of what each resident is doing daily.

The staff at Waterford Estates Senior Living have been both professional and personable. I would definitely recommend this facility to others looking.

We picked this community because it is close to family.I have already given the neighbor the phone number and address. I told her she would be very pleased with their level of care.

They have transformed into a vibrant place that empower residents to live their best lives. The amenities are clean, delicious food, and wellness resources as well as the ability to build plenty of new social connections. outdoor space is also nice,

The head director is cold and has terrible communication skills. She makes these patients sit all day and doesn't want them walking around. It's like a concentration camp. The assistant living facility is very nice. Memory care needs a swift shakeup! Please do something.

I would let others know that there are professional staff members throughout the facility. The Director [name removed] has been very helpful in assisting with the initial application, and later on with Medicaid applications as well. This facility is in a great location too! There do not seem to be many activities provided to the residents. I would definitely recommend Victory Centre of River Woods, I have also recommended them via other online surveys as well.

My mother was a resident at Waterford Estates Senior Living and everything was great for her at this facility! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and quality of care are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We were so thankful to find this place because we had no idea of where to put my mom with their help. We found the grand Regency and she has been there about two months and couldn't be happier. Thank you for all your help. Our experience has been very good.

Waterford Estates is a friendly place, and the food is good.

The facility is very clean and the staff is amazing. My loved one loves the food and enjoys the activities that are provided. She likes meeting new friends. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

My mother just moved in and is loving living at The Grand! Her apartment is beautiful and clean and she loves the food! They have lots of activities going on and the staff is so friendly. We made the best decision for us and you won't be disappointed. Lots of good things here!

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience, it was a secondary choice, the price was a little cheaper but the location was not going to work out for our loved one

I would rate the first 1 as a 5 the second as a 4 and the last ones as a 5. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. They were very attentive and if ever I had an issue ( which wasn't too often) they addressed it immediately and efficiently

Every day is a pleasure-the surroundings are beautiful & well maintained. The nurses & helpers are always encouraging & very helpful.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff were accommodating from the application process to move in to after my loved one passed.

We have not been able to have a meal there with our loved one but some of our other family has and they seem quite satisfied. The staff members have been extremely helpful with our loved one who can definitely be a handful at times - they really seem to go that extra mile and even the residents living on the floor with our loved one really help her out. All the different activities going on during the day helps our loved one stay busy and active.

They were so accommodating and helped us get in here fast. My friend is getting great care and attention from the staff. He raves about the food, it is a posted a menu each week. The assistant director [name removed] bent over backwards to help us with our needs and was there every step of the way. They are not just sitting back, they are very involved and helpful with anything you may need. The medical staff have been great and are super responsive and on top of things as well. I would definitely recommend Victory Centre of River Woods.

Overall I am actually pleased with this community. I would definitely recommend them for you or your loved one. They have activities at this community like prom, live music, story telling, movie night and more for the residents to do to stay busy and active in the community. The staff are perfect. Everyone knows me by first name when I walk in the door and everyone is always friendly.
