i visited Silvergate in Fallbrook a few times before i made the reccomendation to my mother . The facility , grounds , food , and mostly notably the caring staff is absolutely impressive. The staff is spectacular , sincere and so caring . The rrsudents are happy and its very evident . So thankful i found this place for my precious Mother . She is adjusting well and has truly improved in all aspects of her life . Highly reccomend . Ive seen many other places . This is the best place by far .

My father was a Memory Care resident at Silvergate, Fallbrook for 2 and a half years. He had such a wonderful time there! The staff is fabulous, very attentive, caring, and professional. They are truly caring, fun, with very loving personalities. Activities are very engaging for all. My Dad especially loved the scenic drives, live entertainment, bingo, puzzles, arts & crafts, karaoke and so much more. The food is great! The Memory Care building is laid out perfectly for the residents and is very modern and beautiful, with great views!! My husband and I would visit my Dad often, I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the staff. They became like a second family for us. I highly recommend Silvergate!!

Here at Silvergate you feel the warmth homey feeling when you enter. The community is beautiful and the apartments and common area are very bright and nicely decorated. The staff are so caring and the food is excellent.

My mom has lived at Silvergate nearly 4 years now. She has received excellent care for her multiple medical problems and is still thriving there well into her 90's. The medical team keeps a close watch over her and stays in contact with her doctors, pharmacies, and with her family for any issues that arise. She is on a special diet and the kitchen staff do a fine job of trying to accommodate all her dietary needs. All the staff are friendly and very patient. The facility is beautiful, well maintained, and kept very clean. I would highly recommend Silvergate.

Our mom has been at Silvergate for a year and a half. It is such a relief to our family to know she is in a place where she is well cared for 24/7. She loves the community and the people that she has met there and feels very well cared for. There are lots of activities that she takes part in such as bingo and happy hours and they are constantly having people come in to sing or play music, which she loves. Also, Silvergate does a really great job of decorating for all the holidays, which I know my mom really loves . I would highly recommend Silvergate for anyone looking for assistance living for their loved one.

Mom was moved into Silvergate Fallbrook memory care years ago. She has received excellent care and support from day one. This past year we determined that Dad could no longer live alone at home. There was never any thought about where to move Dad; Silvergate Fallbrook assisted living. Dad was hesitant but the transition went very well. Dad has new friends and receives excellent support from staff. Staffing at Silvergate is very consistent with years of experience. They provide needed care but have gotten to know my parents on a personal level. Any time there is an issue or change in care they contact me to discuss. I feel very good about the transition to Silvergate.

My mother has lived here for her last 23 months. She loves the musical programs and live entertainment they bring in. She also enjoys the chair tai chi, bingo, bible study, outings, but especially her 3 gentleman dining companions. Mom would end up in the hospital almost every other month before she moved here because she wasn't taking her medications right. She has not been to the hospital once since she moved here, and for this we are grateful. She is eating better and her emotional disposition has improved too! She was worried about leaving her home, but I think she hasn't regretted it once. Everyone was very welcoming to her. This place looks and feels like a resort and mom very happy here. My family highly recommends Silvergate to anyone thinking about it for their parent. Oh and the food is really good. I make it a point to have lunch with her as often as possible!

When it was time to move my mother into a retirement home, it needed to be a place she would feel comfortable and safe. Silvergate is absolutely the right choice. The staff is wonderful, so caring and interested in her well being. The grounds are beautiful to walk, so well kept. She enjoys the fabulous food and all the terrific activities and parties. Cleanliness was one of her top concern and Silvergate meets her standards. I am happy she is so content, has met so many new friends, and finding fun things to do. I was lucky to have found this wonderful ,friendly community for her. It put my mind at ease knowing she is enjoying her golden years at Silvergate.

My grandmother has lived at Silvergate for almost a year and she is so happy. She loves the music, the scenic drives and getting her hair done every week. I enjoy attending the luncheons with my grandmother in the main dining room, it is really a treat for her! The staff is so friendly and provide amazing care for my Grandmother. Silvergate is a wonderful community and we couldn't be happier. We visited a lot of communities prior to making our final decision and Silvergate just felt right for our family. My Father is very happy and we are thrilled to see him eating well and engaged again. The additional services such as Physical Therapy are offered and have been so convenient for us. I highly recommend Silvergate to other families that are looking for a community for their loved one.

My mother is thriving at Silvergate. It was a difficult decision to move Mom from her home but it was time. We are so glad we did as mom loves the activities, the staff and is being well taken care of. I feel a great sense of relief knowing Mom is at Silvergate.

Our Mother has never had an easy time adjusting to changes and moving to Silvergate was no different. For the first 4 months she "hated it," we "PUT her there" and she wanted to leave. Silvergate's staff was amazing and very supportive to us and understanding with Mom. They assured us this is quite normal for new residents. Now, after 6 months, Mom loves it there. Friends call from back east and she cuts the calls short because she has to get to bingo, or some other activity. She has made friends and is now calling her apartment "home!" Friends and family have visited from the east coast and she proudly shows them around Silvergate. They all comment on how beautiful and nice it is, and she quickly agrees with a smile.

All the staff knew Dads name by his second day. Dad had grown withdrawn during COVID. But since moving to Silvergate he has made friends and independently signs up for activities. The live music and performances are highlights for Dad. And if the staff wasn’t wonderful enough, the food is terrific. My husband and I enjoy having dinner with Dad in the bright and cheerful dining room.

The staff is wonderful and keeps my father safe, healthy, and happy. He reminds me every week that he enjoys his apartment and his life at Silvergate. That makes me happy and makes my life easier as his primary caregiver and daughter.

After years of worry my mother finally agreed it was time to find a place where she could live her best life. She found that place in Silvergate . I am continually impressed by the level of activities and special weekly outings. The concierge greet us by name every time we visit. We learned early on that it is best to check mom’s calendar before we come visit because she is so busy we don’t want to I interrupt. It was a long process from deciding if it was time to move to actually moving but the Silvergate Marketing team was with us at every step along the way. Mom loves it here and we rest easy everytime we have to say goodbye. [name removed]

My mother moved to Silvergate Rancho Bernardo to live her best possible life .I am continually impressed with the support from Concierge to Housekeeping . We are greeted by name when we visit because they take the time to get to know the residents and their families. The Carestaff and dining service goes above and beyond to support my mom in so many small ways. She loves the activities so much that we have to schedule our family time around the events and classes. I rest easy every time we say goodbye knowing she is living her best life!

Friendly staff at ALL locations and functions! Excellent food and service. Superb entertainment always! Silvergate is by far the best in the business. We have enjoyed every function and activity we have attended and participated in! Gold for the Silver!!!

My mother moved here after my father passed away. The staff wouldn’t let her sign until my brother and I had toured her place and given the ok. I was impressed by the level support they provided to make sure that the things she wanted to bring from their house fit into her new apartment. They packed, unpacked, and hung up all of her pictures on the walls. Mom has had the best time at Silvergate. There are so many activities for her to choose from and everyone is very helpful and pleasant. She has met so many people who have become dear friends. She is always busy with her friends going to theaters, baseball games, playing cards or whatever. We’ve had some health scares, but the staff provided caring and professional support throughout. You can tell that the staff truly care for the residents. My brother and I are relieved that mom is happy and thriving in a supportive, happy environment. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our mom.

Silvergate is extraordinary! The facility, the staff and the environment make for a very enjoyable experience. There are onsite Physical and Occupational Therapists and they are highly regarded and eases the burden of traveling to an outside appointment. There are numerous events and activities every month and they are well attended and interesting. What makes Silvergate so special is the staff. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. When telling our son about an activity or an event he always says: Silvergate never disappoints!

We have been residents of Silvergate for almost one year. We have throughly enjoyed our time here. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. There are multiple activities everyday to nurture one's body and mind. The food is excellent and plentiful. The main attraction is the people residing here. They are varied as to prior places of living, type of work or profession and interests. We look forward to mealtime and the new interactions we will experience every meal.
