We love it. She wasn't there long before she got a foot infection and has been in rehab about 45 days. But her room at Parson House is ready for her to return. Parsons House was wonderful to mom. They made move in easy, they took loving care of her, the food was really good. Housekeeping was great, the evening shift was very attentive. Everyone seems pretty satisfied and it was great for mom.

From contacting [name removed], receiving information to moving in, it was a wonderful and smooth transaction during a highly emotional time with making this decision. The staff , ( especially [name removed]) keeps a watch out for my Father and ensures that I am informed on daily events or happenings. My Dad is happy, has made friends and has the extra help that is needed .

The facility is on the smaller side so most of the residents know each other. It also makes it more personable. All the staff are kind and very attentive to the residents needs.

The staff that I interact with are typically med techs bringing her medicine. But everyone is very kind and polite. Aunt [name removed] chooses not to attend any of the activities, but I love reading on the board in the main room all the fun activities that are planned for the residents. I don't think Lou ever goes to the dining room to eat, I think she stays in her room and they make her a grilled cheese sandwich every day. But I've seen the menu and it looks great. I know the techs and nurses have taken good care of her and I feel comfortable with having her there. Even if she is a grumpy lady that yells at everyone and doesn't make friends or participate!

I'm not sure we could have found a better place for my mother-in-law. The staff is especially caring and attentive, food is very good, they do so many things to keep the residents engaged and as active as possible and there is a sincere family atmosphere. In house physical and occupational therapists, nurse practitioner that comes regularly are things you don't find most places. And mom thinks it is wonderful!

The staff there are fabulous and my mom is slowly regaining some independence. This was exactly the place we all needed!

This place is like family and a home more than a facility. There are more than enough people and activities to keep minds busy and make loved ones feel cared for.

They have a very caring staff. They treated my Daddy with dignity. Low turnover of staff. Most folks have worked there for years. Quick response to call buttons. I highly recommend Parsons House.

5 on all accounts, the staff goes above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. The facility and staff offer a variety of activities, but are open to suggestions should your loved one have hobbies or interests they don't address. They go out of their way to be accommodating to each resident. They show genuine concern for their residents, addressing issues they may see. Their communication is outstanding. Since my family member has been there they have added new specialized providers that visit Parson's House to address care needs.

My dad was a resident here for a short time before he passed away. He was always treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. He loved the people and the food. I placed a camera in my dad's room (with permission). His call button was answered quickly. The workers who responded to his call were very attentive to his needs. I highly recommend Parsons House.

When we first toured Parsons we felt loved and cared for by the staff. Now that our loved one is a resident she is well cared for. She doesn’t yet feel up to socializing with the other residents but I hope she leaves her room and participates in activities soon. The staff is all amazing and we continue to feel loved.

Parsons house is a great fit for our family. The location is very central. The staff is caring and accomadating. My brother is safe and well taken care of. The food is very good. I can highly recommend the Parsons House.

We are working on the level of care stuff because I find they are not equipped with the correct staff at this time but are working with our family to fix what is not working. Nice, would recommend and open to improvement

I would give them an overall 5 on everything. Their residents are happy, the staff is great, the food is enjoyable, and the care of the patients is great. When speaking to families of the other residents, I have only heard how pleased everyone is with Parsons House. I highly recommend this place for loved ones.

I couldn't ask for a better place to live at. All the staff are friendly and super nice in helping our director. Every resident has treated me and everyone else respectfully and friendly. It's very easygoing here. Thanks for all.

When I came here from Phoenix, this place was like heaven. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and pleasant - residents and staff. After over 1.5 years, everything is still the same. I have made a lot of friends among residents, staff.

Parsons House has a very sweet and light feeling to it. Other places we looked into felt heavier, a little depressing. The staff maintain a generally cheerful way of caring for the residents and I’ve felt nothing but trust and relief that my brother is there.

We have had a great experience with Parson House Preston Hollow in the care given to our Mother/Mother-in-law who has been a resident there for slightly over one year. Our priority has been the care and safety of our mother. The care staff is competent, caring and responsive and do what they can to make all feel like family. The leadership team communicates regularly with resident families through a Family Council, frequent email communication, and ad hoc one on one meetings. They listen and, if appropriate, they act. In addition to regularly scheduled activities for the residents, they host a monthly dinner or buffet for resident’s and families. It is an entertaining and fun opportunity to be with other resident families. Parsons House is a care focused facility with a family feel that has worked wonderfully well for our Mother.
